I want to sell a merit source legendary account for $200

Will go through an escrow.

All necessary info included

So a Legendary account that require at least 3 years to active and become one of 109 users from 3 Million users (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;stats=sources) that got selected by the administrator, want to sell it's account only for 4 weeks of signature campaign? :D

This is completely scam and I don't think there's a trusted user want to become an escrow for account trading in these years.

So why don't you try to buy it to see if it's genuine?  ;D

If it too good to be true,  then it definitely not true,  the offer is too good and full with scam attributes,  the account is a scammer targeting newbies like us who do a not know how the forum works but want to go from 1-100 just with 200 bulk this is a clear scam waiting to happen.

Such an account most probably has everything on for being recovered, hence I expect that whoever falls for this "great business" will end up soon enough with the money gone and no account.
And no escrow can fix that.

Scammers like something that will attract someone to become their victim. What I am thinking more about this is that the account seller of a merit source account is not selling anything but a lie. He may want to troll or looking for a way to scam. But just like you said, if this is legit, the buyer will later lose. With the cost of the account, it is a scam.

This is one of the tricks of fraud, no one should fall for this scam. All kinds of money will fail, there is no such account, due to fraud.
