You'll have to do it at exactly the whole hour, and you'll be competing against thousands of other people for 100 spots. Good luck, you have about 2 seconds to try each hour. I don't think anyplace else is going to do it for less. As LoyceV said you can try the viabtc accelerator for one of them, but with fees spiking over 100 sat/vb it's going to be tough to get in at the moment. ViaBTC has around 11% of the total hashrate and it's estimated that they mine 1 block in every ~ 90 minutes on average. Title: Re: Help accelerate my transactions I will pay 30.00 USD. Anyway, I added the second one for OP, it'll probably confirm within about 6 hours. I tried it and it says the same thing. It means someone else has submitted the transaction before you. Probably hosseinimr93 submitted it.
