Your site should list how much one gets paid, and the minimum amount to request payment. Webring is a thing of the past there should be some sort of directory of all the participants, signup page to a dashboard to track earnings and track clinks, there's no FAQ or terms either so how would people understand the concept, especially for new people who do not know how web rings works and what's the CPM for one participant to cashout, I don't know if you understand the concept but it's way too late to re-introduce it now there's already Google.
