Your site looks good with that blue background color and I find it quite attractive. I'm just thinking about 40 wager on the first deposit. Can you get it down to around 20x the wager? If you can't, that's okay.

Oh yes, for the second deposit, do we also have to place a bet of 40x or is there a reduction or even no bet at all? If there isn't, that would be good because I think many gamblers can get their winnings on their second deposit so they can withdraw their winnings.

Looking at the responses from other members it does seem you have got good fan following. Checked out twitter and its amusing how you have strong followings. I think its time for you guys to publish the casino on bitcointalk and go miraculously more popular. Welcome to the forum. I tried accessing the website but somehow its blocking me. Can you please provide the list of countries that is restricted/allowed.

I thought it is really just that a simple blockage because of being restricted whether into the country but
i have tested out on using different IP but it do really just that end the same or showing on the

But it's clear that still need help from a specialized manager who can provide you with better solutions to clearly display images. A bitcointalk manager would help you spread the space about Rainbet by running promotional campaigns like seasonal contests, review campaign, and signature campaign.

Op don't get me wrong! you are doing well. Although hiring a manager would give Rainbet a help-hand to be at the level of aspirations of the community.

I don’t know which manager they are currently in discussion with but I think they already have it in their list. But it would be better if they go with one that knows how to handle clients and also organizes events or knows how to talk to people who are in charge of an event so that they can sponsor that event for more exposure…

I am too getting the same block message. I am not from a restricted country, still getting the same message. Tried checking your website using a VPN and I got access after Cloudflare auto verification. I think you need to check your configuration on Cloudflare, as a new casino you need to fix this issue asap as it does not create a good impression. BTW, Welcome to the forum!

Looks like the problem appears when we are trying to access Rainbet by using the subdomain 'www'. Cloudflare isn't blocking me when I'm trying to access your site without using the 'www.' before the domain name. The hyperlink in your main post contains the subdomain in it. Perhaps, everyone is getting the block message from Cloudflare whoever trying to access through that link. I can see a discussion about similar thing (https://community.cloudflare.com/t/site-will-work-without-www-but-wont-work-with-www/352058) on Cloudflare community, where the source of the problem was HubSpot connection.

BTW, it doesn't look good as you have posted two big images in the reserve post in this thread. Reserve posts should be used for change log and to give updates about the bonuses.

Bad first impression!

On the above image, we can see that the minimum withdrawal is $15, not $10 as what they write in the terms page and the withdrawal fee is $22.30.
I guess they are using dynamic withdrawal fee but I think $22 is a too expensive, at the time I write this the best suggested fee is 156satoshi/vB (cost no more than $10).

22 bucks? That's messed up especially for a new site like this one. This is becoming a problem with many crypto gambling sites these days primarily due to ordinals and other congestion crap driving up BTC TX fees.

Also, I couldn't find much information regarding whether they provide crypto like LTC etc as payment methods which could resolve this issue.

Their ToS states that verification may take up to 7 working days to be completed. This doesn't mean it will take exactly 7 days. It may be completed in one day or even few hours.
However, you are right, the support agent shouldn't have made that claim and should have repeated what's on their ToS.
I don't want to make the same mistake as the support agent but unless they find something suspicious about your account/bets then I don't see any reason why the verification process should take more than a day.

Actually similar thing happened in most casino where the support agent answer something which is not the same as what written in the ToS page.
Most cases usually because the casinos use 3rd party live support which means that the support agents do not know all things but most of them usually use common senses or common thing they know based on their own experience.
The other possible case is because the live support agents (although it is internal staff), they are not well trained or they are still new as support agent.
When it comes to such verification procedure, support agent can only say an estimation because they are not the one who do the verification process.

Although I doubt that they can help you because there is also 1 complaint at casino guru which is also related to the sports betting and casinoguru said that they cant help much for sports betting related issue but trying is better than not doing it.
