I did not find any POR (proof of reserves). However, the page https://easyswap.biz/reserve/?action=reserve&group=crypto is not updated. I visited it 3 times during the past hour and did not find a change in the numbers. Is it updated periodically or EasySwap.biz does not have enough demand.

According to what I saw when I tried to test their service. It's not P2P. It’s more of an instant exchange.

P2p exchange means Peer to Peer exchange, and it should not involve av third party. You should just check out how Bisq operates for learning purposes  ;)

I've tried to play around with your conversion and it seems that you're charging quite high and I don't see how much % you charge per exchange.

I have noticed that as well. While most of the instant swaps I've used don't require email or it's just an optional feature, yours is making it as a mandatory requirement before proceeding the exchange and forcing people to agree with the AML/KYC policy.

Exchange rates are not encouraging compared to ID verification, I can do that at CEX and convert cryptocurrencies with zero fees and fixed withdrawal fees for all transactions.
Because they need your data to complete KYC, as there is a limit of $10,000 per account. If you exceed it, you will be asked to complete identity verification. Without creating an account it will be difficult for them to find out.

Possible updates in DNS are changes in the domain registrar, hosting or whois data. None of these changes are made in regular maintenance. They are certainly not "technical difficulties". We can speculate, but the timing for those updates is very strange.
