"Investors need to take a more active approach to their portfolios. This is not a time to switch on the investing autopilot; it’s a time to take the controls. It’s important to be deliberate in taking portfolio risk, in our view, and we expect to deploy more risk over the next year."

Something else is screaming hard into my ear, and that's SELF CUSTODY, don't play with this guys, Black Rock are well known for forcing their ways through everything they want to take control over, nowhere else is safe for your coins than your crypto wallet, keep your private keys private, and stay away from centralized entities.

What is coming in the coming year is unknown and many people wont be prepared for it, but I do believe that your coins will be a lot safer in your non-custodial wallet.

Also remember that, profit can only be realised if you secure them, assets don't always surge forever, take advantage of pumps and wait for dumps to increase the number of your satoshis.

The situation is bizarre - on the one hand BlackRock should be listened to, they don't just make noises. On the other hand - what should the average person do? BlackRock's playing on a level that's way above us. The question is whether it is possible at our level to use the information to our advantage? BlackRock is a very big business... and it's played on the level of governments, not the ordinary market.  There are very few such companies, and it's the "big leagues" of the world economy.

Well this isn't a shock, it's been quite enough, the inflation and the money printing and then SEC hard work to keep it low and fix it has been done so far, it's getting back to normal levels which means that we are going to end up seeing something change. I am not saying that it has to be quick, but it will definitely be something that may happen quick enough. So that is why I am expecting a situation where it could change over course of some period, and why not 2024 as a whole year?

I think that has to be important case for them, and from the looks of it they do care about it good enough. I believe that the best thing to do in this case would be just letting people know that you are going to take bigger risks, and they did just that.
