Title: What's Your Feeling After You Finish Gambling.
Post by: robelneo on December 29, 2023, 06:14:02 AM
Gambling whether you play it online or offline is a mental game there are a lot of mixed emotions going on while you play
Excited when you're winning, anxious when you're chasing your losses, ecstatic when you won a big amount but have anxiety about cashing out.

It's a roller coaster ride when we are playing in casinos whether online or offline that is why we always come back to gamble because we feel alive and we have mixed emotions.

But after finishing the game what's your overall feeling how did you overcome this feeling and how many hours or days did it last?

Very interesting thread. It can show what part of us has an addiction problem and what part of us plays for fun.
As for me, I play very rarely and with a clear attitude - to have fun and, for the feeling you described as, "we feel alive". So that's exactly the mindset I approach the game with, so in my case I either end up feeling "enjoyed" when I had fun but lost, or "Satisfied" when I had fun and won.
If you feel depressed or worse after a night in casiono ... I think you should take a longer break if not quite entirely.

I can’t answer this question right away. In many cases, the mood depends on the situation. In truth, here you can put and select several options at once, and not just one specific one. Yeah... Voting is too difficult for me. Here I sit and think about which one to choose.

I remember many cases from my game, for example, in slots. At one time I was full of joy, and at other times I was disappointed that I simply left with nothing.

You just want to continue, lol, keep on playing, but I have to control myself, specially if I'm in a losing streak. So as much as I wanted to continue to play, I will simply stop. And I guess this is what the majority feels after playing.

There is that urge that you want to continue, but you have to think of the consequences of your action.

But maybe if I still have the money? I might continue to go on and chase for more money, or losing it.

Gamblers are always chasing that high they felt the 1st time they gambled and won. I would say how I feel is dependent on how the gambling went. If I am a winner on the day I am satisfied and relaxed, if a loser I have a certain feeling of frustration I suppose.

The mood is different depending on the gambling as well. If I am playing a slot, I know that I have a smaller chance of winning and feel less disappointed on the loss. If betting sports I feel I make a more educated bet and have a better chance at winning, so if I lose I feel more disappointed.

Primarily, what I'm feeling would always be tied to how well/bad on the gambling side. I think that's pretty much explanatory to everyone knowing that you would be able to talk to about gambling that when you win, it's a good feeling, "ecstatic" and if you lose, sad or "remorse" because you would think that you shouldn't have gambled today or make excuses.

That's how it goes for me at least.

It is a choice between remorse and satisfaction, remorse every time  I lose and satisfaction every time I lose but the feeling of remorse only happens if I am not satisfied with my losses, on many occasions I am still satisfied even though I lose as long as my losses are good and it's not something that I won then I lose all my winnings this is heartbroken.
There are good losses because losses are inevitable when you're gambling, I hate it when I've lost chasing my previous losses, I want to log out feeling satisfied because you are gambling to have fun, so I'm doing my best to feel satisfied and this is my hope that I will always feel every time I play.

We cannot conclude how we feel after gambling directly because it depends on how our gambling activities are, whether we are on a losing streak or winning streak, that can determine how happy or sad we feel. So you have to see how the end result of someone's gambling is then you can ask how they feel after gambling, because how could someone be sad when they are winning or vice versa.

My feeling depends on what's the output of my gambling session on that day.

If I was able to cashout a good and decent amount on that session, I would have a good mood all day long. But on the other hand, if I'm in a big loss on that session, obviously a bad mood will be my whole day feeling lol. As a result, lack energy and will just stay in my bed for a long.

The good thing is, I'm not that kind of person that after losing big in a certain session, it will also affect my approach to my families and friends.

In cases like this it often arises from within a gambler, depending on how each individual reacts to it. But for me personally, feelings like that will sometimes arise and are something that usually happens, if I win then I will definitely be happy and happy and conversely if I lose then feelings of anxiety and regret will appear after the incident and I will start to realize what steps that must be taken. which I must do immediately.
So this is where I think after I finish gambling, I should play in a good situation or condition because this also influences me in gambling and apart from that, I will definitely not force myself to gamble if the money I have is not enough and I think the risk of losing is certain. will happen, but at least I can prevent it early on by not forcing myself to gamble if circumstances don't allow it.

I'm sure everyone will answer that it all depends on the situation. If you win after you finish gambling you will definitely feel happy, but when you lose you will definitely feel regret and guilt but do it again the next day.

but personally, TBH, I never feel regret, even if I lose my bet, I still never feel regret because currently I often bet on sports betting with an amount I can afford to lose. so there is no reason to regret because I have prepared everything and am mentally strong enough for me.
It's just that sometimes when betting and watching the match I feel annoyed or angry when the referee is unfair and that's when I feel angry but not because I lost my bet.

and in the past when I still often gambled on casino games like slots and roulette almost every time I lost I felt a little regretful why I didn't stop and use the budget for the next day again. but this feeling of regret will heal quickly when I think it's okay to lose because the money I used is part of the campaign proceeds. so that the regret I felt didn't last too long in my mind.

This depends on the results of the game being played, of course the expression will be different every time you gamble. If I win, of course I feel happy. If I lose, I usually sleep to forget about today's defeat.

The feeling after gambling depends on the surrounding circumstances and mood. If I have a lot of money when I fail, that usually means I'm not disappointed or frustrated. I once hit a jackpot at a casino, the reaction was also different, I couldn't even sleep because I was too excited and wanted to have fun. In essence, how random is the reaction after gambling, but you always want to gamble, you still have to be responsible.

I guess that all depends on the outcome, those mixed emotions that you've mentioned while on the process of gambling, one of those will going to be the feeling you get when you finished.

Depressed, when you lose big.
Exhausted, whether you win or lose when you have a long straight hours of gambling you'd probably going to be drained physically and mentally.
Remorse, it's when you lose excessively.
Enjoyed and satisfied comes along together when you get to walk out the casino with a good amount of win.

IMO, these were just the most common feeling you'll get after gambling, which depends on the situation or the outcome. Of course these are all based on my personal experience and the other people I knew experiences.
There are even times when you don't feel satisfied and you wanted to gamble more, but the casino is closed.

Why I can't vote all the options? I felt all of them.

If I make money from gambling, I will feel Satisfied
If I haven't gamble so long due to busyness, after I finish my gambling activity I will feel Enjoy
If I spend more money than I should, I will feel Depressed
If I gamble too long because I don't have any activity to do, I will feel Exhausted
If I wrongly put my bet due to mistakes, I will feel Remorse

Of course this will really depend on the results of the gambling we play, if we get a win and we can enjoy it, of course we will be very happy and very different when we get a win and we still want a bigger win but we can't get it, so this is very sad because we have missed the victory that we have obtained.
For some people who gamble just to have fun, of course they won't think about losing in their gambling because when they gamble, all they want is fun.

Frankly my mood doesn't really change much at all when gambling or afterwards, although you do get a little happiness any time you get a win. I place relatively small sports bets and generally end up positive for the session, but because the amounts are so small it is never going to be a life changing win. The best part is just trying to take advantage when a bookmaker has priced odds so badly, but often that just relies on a gut feeling and taking quick action instead of any strategic plan. However, it's better to stay neutral all throughout because you're likely to make more rational and logical decisions that way, even entering a session which you identify as having no decent bets available and then leaving again.

I feel satisfied but also somewhat exhausted. I think the exhaustion comes from all the never-ending excitation of the adrenaline and of course the psychological component from all the blinking lights, the music and so on. Basically, casinos do not really let your brain rest even for a moment. Everything about gambling is designed to keep your brain in an excited state. Of course that tires you out, mentally and physically.

But I also feel satisfied even if I lost my daily gambling funds because I only gamble with teeny tiny amounts. So I might not win millions but I won't lose anything that will make me feel dread.

I think OP should add unsatisfied to question pool. Because in a situation when I gamble and caught myself loosing more than winning, or on a loosing streak and I make a decision to make a pause, in the end I feel that I am not satisfied with outcome. That is definitely not a depression, because I dont gamble irresponsible and never gamble with all my money (becoming broke is the only thing that can make be feel depressed if we talk about gambling). Definitely not exhausted, as I dont gamble long. And obviously no remorse, as when I deposit, I feel like I have already spend those money; purchased emotions.

Before I was doing that, like having a big mental picture of what I am going to win and after the winning how i will split my wins the kind of business i am going to open or how i will become rich over some period of time but when I began to notice something unusual in me it was like I am giving myself higher hope and if lost the bet or i feels so sad that i lost. After lost i don't mind selecting another games to make sure that i win for that day but i realized that I was doing a revenge gambling so I decided to keep myself neutral after i place my bet without hoping for lose or winning on the contrary if win then is plus plus to me and if lost then it won't be affecting me that much or will remain good mood.

Sometimes I goes to the gambling board not just to have fun but to game and drain my anxieties so that I can't be emotionally free so it basically depends on the notation that instigates my reasons for gambling.
By so doing, I am sure of having the satisfactory goal on the gambling in the sense that I gambled for the fun or to do away with my anxieties.
But stressing on the anxieties, sometimes, there are entends I could loose beyond my holding that I can't  endure so at such a point, it doesn't help my aim instead the grieve towards my anxieties is aroused in-between controls and uncontrolable.

The truth is that some responsible gamblers are flexible to loose control of their gambling budgets despites not the goal to make profits as a priority but because some of the responsible gamblers are overtaken and more emotionally broken as more they looses which they may feel so relaxed and have more of stakes above their limits just because they instigates that at their winning is the summary that do have them the joy to had overcomed their aim of gambling at most especially gambling to do away with anxieties.

I guess not always similar since the feeling I get will always depends on the gambling result. If I win usually I'm happy and satisfied that's why I feel like to comeback playing tomorrow since I want to feel if the luck still ongoing then try to get another win.

But also sometimes not feel satisfied since I also got frustrated with the result shown especially If I commit some mistakes upon placing my bets on some scenario which I think can give me better chance to win but result comes out which is not favor at my end.

That's why on this question for sure many people have the same thoughts since not every time result will be the same and we can say that we always got satisfied every gambling season time we have done.

Of course, because gambling when played or gambled on can provide quite high levels of adrenaline and the adrenaline from gambling will always be mixed with emotional feelings and anxiety.
It just that maybe not all gamblers feel the same way because for those who gamble only to fill their free time and look for fun, they can never feel emotional.
People who gamble just to fill their free time and have fun know how much money they will use and they understand very well what it means to lose and they will never care about losing.
Gamblers like this will be very generous with their money and of course they have prepared everything to lose.

Quote
What's Your Feeling After You Finish Gambling?
I not an active gambler or spend some time gambling every day but only few sessions month, sometimes once week or even twice and of course I have prepared everything to be eliminated.
Whatever the final result will be, it will still make me feel happy even though at times I might be disappointed, but the disappointment is only warning that I have gone too far and been careless.
There are no such deep emotional feelings every time I finish gambling.

Of course, the result itself (especially if you managed to win something) plays a large enough role in the feelings after the end of gambling. However, if the size of the loss is small enough, you can experience a certain degree of satisfaction (while it is wise to analyze why there was a loss of money and whether the result could have been improved)

To be honest, I am not professionally addicted to gambling. Basically my gambling is to satisfy my mind and enjoy. I prefer silence for my mental fillings while gambling. But when I fail to stick with the bet for a long time, my brain slows down a lot, and I get depressed. But when I win from gambling, my happiness increases. But after I quit gambling, that's when I feel like there's something missing in my life. At that time I can feel the imperfection of the joy of gambling playing

Initially I felt disappointed and emotional because I lost, but after thinking a few times, there was no reasonable reason for me to be angry and gamble with emotion. Everyone must already know that gambling is not only about winning and big money but also risk. losing the money we bet at the casino, if I am angry and disappointed it means I don't really understand the risks of gambling that I shouldn't play.

Everyone has the choice to gamble or not, if you want to gamble, why be angry and disappointed when you finish gambling even though the casino doesn't force us to gamble, that's a choice we have to make and accept all the risks, I'm not a hypocrite and don't tell the truth. with feelings, it's just that why should I get emotional and angry when I finish gambling and lose, it won't help recover all the money I lost, it's better to just enjoy the game without caring about winning and losing. Isn't gambling just for fun?

I vote Enjoyed because whatever results I get, I try to accept them. If I win, I will also accept it happily but not too happily because being too happy can cause a feeling of wanting to continue gambling after taking a break. That's what happened to me, so I tried to suppress the excitement. Plus, it's very rare for me to get big wins so the excitement was like Oh, that's what I got.

If I lose, I will accept it without thinking about recovering from that loss. I knew it could lead to bigger losses so I immediately decided to leave the casino to avoid even bigger losses. Indeed, gambling games are like roller coasters that make us get mixed feelings, but that's what it is.

like my father said to me losing have a higher chance than winning if I win I'll be I'll enjoy but if I lost , surely I will be depressed.

It's a pretty complicated question and I think it's hard to put all the feelings we can feel after we finish with gambling session in just one word. I am not a "one game" person, so depending on the game I am playing and how I am doing, I can feel negative in some cases. Mostly it's because of some "beginner mistakes" during the game.

But if I need to choose a "one-word answer" to this question I guess it would be satisfaction... As I already like to gamble and if I can afford it after the end I feel satisfied, it's especially nice if I end up with some profit in my pocket. And if I lose, I wish myself better luck next time.

Lose = Angry
Win = Wanna deposit again

It's always been like that ~xd that's why after my gambling section and win a good money i always withdraw them to cash never stored on my bank to avoid being used again and lose these on casino.

I would add "nothing". Likewise after playing gambling everything is ok ... just some time passed in a funny way.
I think that gambling must not modify our feeling / emotion. Of course "positive mood" is a benefit but it's not crucial.

Gambling is an emotional mind maze! I sense relief and introspection after gambling. Success is followed by a sobering reality check. How to fix this? The key is reflection. I examine my thoughts, feelings, and discipline. If the game is intense, this can take hours or days.

But gambling should be fun and controlled, not emotional. Money and emotional constraints are important to me. Balance is crucial. Smart, responsible play is equally as important as thrills. The appropriate way to gamble can be fun, not regretful.

Do I advise? Gamble wisely. Be aware of your emotions but dont allow them overwhelm you. Games should be enjoyed, not endured.

I think this is a very interesting thread, because all gamblers definitely feel different things. I myself choose to enjoy it because every round that gives a profit certainly gives me a sensation and I feel that, but perhaps more precisely with what the end result is like, and what way of responding to gambling is also like, and in my opinion in one The game will definitely make you feel a lot, whether it's happiness, surprise, annoyance or depression. but maybe in my opinion, if their goal is to make a profit, of course the losses they get can make them upset or depressed, because they have lost the money they bet, and maybe vice versa if the person gambles with the aim of just having fun, such as getting into In tourist attractions, even though the final result is that they lose, they don't regret it but rather enjoy or be satisfied.
and perhaps many people who gamble feel this with the main aim of aiming to win, but who knows, each person's thoughts are different, but what is clear is that it is likely that many gamblers feel upset.

I don't want to remember my gambling past. Currently the type of gambling I'm doing is make some profit and stop. What I basically do is keep a moderate amount in my gambling site. Start low and do martingale. Whenever I get to my desired amount which is mostly about double my initial bankroll. I leave.
Even if I settle for small wins, I often do lose all my bankroll. With much gambling over years, I've lost most of my emotion and the time I deposit, I'm mentally prepared to lose it all. So, even though there are mixed feelings, it don't last long for me.

Post-gambling emotions is complex. Despite the outcome, I typically feel exhilarated and regretful as I leave the table. Like getting off a fast roller coaster, adrenaline and brains race. What followed? It varies. Sometimes hours are spent reviewing strategies and wondering what could've been. Sometimes it's days of reflecting on the exhilaration of split-second decisions. The desire for excitement and challenge drives us back to gambling

Mental resilience and game knowledge are important. One must handle highs and lows gracefully. Numerous games and experiences have honed it. Key? Balance. Gambling is fun and a test of luck. Thus, we must embrace passion but ignore reason. Staying grounded while enjoying the game is key. Not just playing the odds, but knowing our thinking

I'm not a gamer, but my friends are. Guys go crazy with computer games, casinos, and sports betting; I just watch how their moods change before and after. But since most often we see losses, all I observe is a feeling of guilt towards their significant other for the lost money.
Nowadays, many guys give in to excitement, and while playing, they get a dose of dopamine. However, scientists have proven that those who often play and often lose mostly have low testosterone levels.
It would be better to turn to specialists and take care of your men's health instead of playing games.

I chose satisfied because I usually play with a particular amount set aside just for gambling, so as soon as I exhaust my money, I'm satisfied, but sometimes it doesn't end that way.

I usually have these exhausted feelings too, and most of the time I enjoy them; in fact, they vary depending on what the target is or the particular game I gambled on. When I gamble on sports betting that takes some time to finish, I end up feeling exhausted. But when it comes to casino games, I enjoy them, but at the end, I'm satisfied.

I tend to love the thrill of the moment more than the outcome, as I don't gamble much, and I don't do it often enough to care if I win or lose.  If you know how to control your emotions and gamble sensibly, I believe that gambling may be an enjoyable leisure activity. If I win, I can determine whether my skills are becoming better, whether the skill I'm using is effective, or whether it was just luck. To be honest, I also feel a little relieved and satisfied with the outcome and that is when I win. However, there is also a part of me that feels regret and disappointed if I lose the game, especially if I bet a significant amount of money. Fortunately, though, I learned to restrain my emotions and refrained from chasing losses.

In the end, however, what matters most is that I enjoy myself while still having the opportunity to benefit (assuming I don't lose) :D and gain knowledge of and experience with how gambling works.  Gambling is giving you mixed emotions and sometimes can drive you crazy.
In my opinion, the feelings we experience after we finish gambling depend on our individual preferences, expectations, and past experiences.

Would really be a roller coaster like kind of emotions on which you would really be that normal you would be able to experience on the time that you do gamble. You cant really just that be able to stay up on a single
emotion on which you would really be happy and entertained on the time that you do lose money which it cant really be that possible. We would really be that highly be that reactive on the time that we do lose money.
No one would really be happy on losing money on which it is really that normal that we would really be highly reactive into this time. If we do speak about emotions or feeling about finishing gambling then it would be varying
whether you are winning or losing. Most of the time we do really stop when we do bust up all of our gambling businesses on which it would really be just that a normal approach.

You would really be finding yourself to be that disappointed if you do bust up all of your bankroll on that single day but if you are really just that someone whose really that
aiming for having leisure and allocating those funds for the sake of enjoyment then it wont really be that an issue.

Whether i am winning or losing i feel exhausted. This is because I have to spend lots of time gambling, which I can put into other things. Firstly, you have to think of the game or bet you want to place. If it is football you would check their statistics like head-to-head and all that. so that you will know their current performance. So the process of analyzing can be somehow stressful with so much mental work on it.

And lastly, after gambling, you have to wait for the result. In the process of waiting for the result, your mind will be high because you want the game to go as you predicted them. If a game is going contrary you will be praying for it to return.

I couldn't vote because the options were limited. I would have loved to vote if the option included your feelings if you lost or won. It is generally known that when you lose you become depressed especially if you gambled with more than you can afford to lose. I also feel unhappy if I lost a sports bet that I was winning and later lost due to the underperformance of a particular team. You always go home happy if you win games and will become remorseful if you exceed your gambling budget and lose. You will feel fulfilled when you derive pleasure and sometimes when you win. Gambling for me is not an everyday or important activity in my life because I am not addicted to it. The satisfaction I derive is not based on compulsion or necessity but out of the desire to be entertained and make some money. Since there are no hard feelings attached to gambling, I will naturally overcome my frustration or disappointment in a few hours or days.

Excited, thrilled, regret, happy or proud.
Those are the feelings that I would feel after I finished gambling, there are also times that I wouldn't feel anything special.
Mt feelings after gambling depends on the outcome.
The twitching or radiant facial expressions are the clearest factors that indicate our mood after playing but having talked to many people who have gambled, they seem to lack radiance, in general, with them there are more profound emotions, sometimes victory cannot compensate for the indescribable parts of their mood. Actually, perhaps when we lose more than we gain, our instinctive emotions and facial expressions will no longer exist, fighting like a program that has predetermined paths, results and ends like a of course

After gambling, the feeling that I often experience is regret, where I always experience defeat or failure, even though it's only a little, but the feeling of regret is always there.
And it cannot be denied that the feeling was only momentary and I still gambled even though I was not an active gambler. And it all also depends on the situation at the end of my game. And when I am in a winning position of course I feel happy and excited, even though the amount is not big but it makes me happy, and when I win I always stop when I am in a winning position no matter the amount.

That's the gambling ecosystem here in the crypto industry. As for me, when I play gambling here in crypto gambling, my normal feeling is that when I win, of course I feel happy because I have withdrawn my winnings, and when I lose, it's still normal.

As for me, even if I don't win my game, it's fine; it's not a big deal to me because I don't think it's good to make money playing gambling. And I'm not addicted to gambling because my only intention and pursuit are to have fun.

honestly, it was quite confusing for me to choose these options because sometimes i feel these things after gambling. for example, when the game goes as i predicted, then i will feel satisfied, when on that day the average match i bet on ends in defeat i will feel depressed, or when i play slots excessively i will feel exhausted and remorseful. so it's quite confusing for me to choose which option is most appropriate for me because it depends on the situation.

After 15 votes this is the poll result

Satisfied   - 8 (53.3%)
Enjoy   - 4 (26.7%)
depressed   - 0 (0%)
Exhausted   - 3 (20%)
Remorse   - 0 (0%)

It's quite surprising that nobody voted for depressed and remorse, does this mean that we are all enjoying our betting experience and we learn to accept the consequences of our actions whether we lose or win, we learned to accept that there's no use being remorseful or depressed because it will just harm us in my own experience I felt all of these I experienced my worse and I felt remorseful and it took me 3 days to overcome and I also experience satisfied when I won a decent amount and it lasted for a whole week, so if we enjoy our gambling experience this will make us feel good for a long time because we like this feeling and when we experience remorseful we want to get it over as soon as possible

I am also surprised that nobody feels remorseful after gambling even after losing. I have also had a good time that I felt satisfied for a long period. There was a time when I gambled a made so much money that helped to feed my family for a long time. Each time I pass and see the food that I bought with the money, I will always feel happy. There was also a time I lost my weekly wage on gambling and I regretted my actions and felt remorse for many days. I feel exhausted anytime I spend so much time gambling and maybe have a bad day. But a win can make you active even when you have spent so much time in the casino.  I don't spend so much time on gambling because of my tight schedule. But when I am less busy, I derive pleasure in visiting a physical bet shop where I will watch football games with friends and fellow gamblers.

Maybe if you ask these five things, for me the answer depends on the situation when the game is over, when you are gambling, the feeling is there, but it all depends on the situation.
For example:
After gambling and winning, of course the thing you feel is satisfaction and enjoying the whole game, that's all if you win or lose in gambling. The other three points come in, that's what you feel in the gambling arena.

This question cannot be answered honestly, because situations are different, sometimes you win today and you lose tomorrow. Personally, of course I have to choose all of them, for the reason that these five factors are felt by every gambler.

Well, it's just boredom when I lose what I had planned and on the contrary excitement if I get a big win and make a cash out, but I don't get carried away by emotions for the next sessions, because I am aware of the house edge, and I know that there will be bad sessions to come. I am quite rational and I don't usually spend too much time betting if I lose, nor if I win, I know how to stop and close the session.

This actually depends on the outcome of my games.

Normally when I finish strong or when I profited from my games, I would feel ecstatic to the point that I would use my profit to treat my family and/or friends a nice meal for dinner. Sometimes, I also re-gamble a percentage of my profit to be used as my allocated budget for my next gambling session.

Obviously, I also feel somehow depressed and anxious whenever I lose in my gambling games. I feel like I have this obligation to recover these said losses by gambling again, but my gut tells me to stop and call it a day for the fear of increasing my losses even further.

At the end of the day, what I feel depends primarily if I profited from my gambling session or not as I view gambling more as an income stream than a source of entertainment.

Well I could say this depends on how the actual session ended with the gambling because I know that for sometimes when am gambling I do enjoy while sometimes it really gets frustrating as the outcome I need doesn't come to light. But all the same I will say the truth, I think I always feel exhausted when am through gambling especially when it's a long session because sometimes it requires alot of calculation especially with sportsbetting like football.

It really depends on the outcome after gambling, usually, we feel those positive feelings whenever we're coming home with a win right, and when we lose we feel sad or frustrated. For me, most of the time I always feel exhausted, especially in the actual casino, of course, there's still satisfaction, enjoyment, frustration, etc. The mental state plus your emotions would be drained in a roller coaster feeling especially when your money is at stake. Whenever you really want to win a game you should think smart and analyze the game and the possible outcome that may occur for you to win if you use your brain every round, it would be tiring. Still, it relies on luck so these feelings can be felt by any gambler depends on luck.

If I win, I get a profit of 2X my total deposit, I will immediately withdraw it and try again in the next few days to play, the same goes for losing but it takes longer to open the gambling site.

Most of the time, negative betting outcomes will last longer, emotionally. Positive betting result will just leave you amazed for a day, perhaps, and you will gamble after already 'coz an idea that your bankroll is up in profit, and that you can win more, will more likely to exist. Unlike if you have lost a huge amount which will put you in regret for a period of time even after you have the courage to gamble again, there would be a fear or anxious thoughts that same thing could happen not unless you managed to win, that's the time where your feelings will shift.

I think it would be better to say that the longevity of a certain feeling after a gambling session, depends on the gambler. There are gamblers who easily moves on after a huge loss simply because they're used to it. Some people would also celebrate their winnings for a period of time and wouldn't attempt to gamble within few days 'coz they want to enjoy their winnings and are afraid to again lose given that we cannot guarantee consistency with betting outcomes. We just have different ways to deal with our emotions especially if it involves money.

I have to feel satisfied there's too much stress in my work and I don't want something stressful that I could carry in my work, if I will not be satisfied in my gambling session then I don't have to play, that is why I allocate only money that I can afford, so even if I lose I have no problem with my feeling, remorseful and anxiety only happens when you expect too much from gambling you have to place gambling to where it should belong and that is for entertainment only if you change it then you have a problem.
After our work or on the weekend we want something that will take us away from the stress of our work and if you choose to gamble then don't expect profit.

Satisfied was my answer for the poll. I cannot say I enjoyed it because there are moments when I stop gambling and with losses so, that's either a bad feeling or I am just okay with it and still can sleep without any regrets.
But when I stopped and slept after a win, that's when I could tell I enjoyed it. I find it hard to make gambling more fun anymore because I have been playing the same games over and over again. Maybe it's time to find a new game but in casinos, the games that offer low bets are limited, most of them are in the originals while slot games do have a minimum bet and I don't like wasting that much money just to enjoy a game.
That's why sometimes I like it more when I am playing other games like Tome of Life which is more like a slot game but listed in the originals so you can play at small amounts. The same with Scarab Spins.
Most of my time though is spent in Keno finding that right number combination to win the multi. I always play at high risk because I want to hit the x500 to x1000 which are really difficult to hit.
Plinko too, gave me x1000 just earlier this day. I smiled just looking at my graph at how far it jumped. I stopped after that and I can say I am satisfied.

Quite interesting... and this depends on our initial goal of gambling. If your main goal in gambling is to gain as much profit as possible, then the end of your gambling will only be regret, because in reality gambling is not like that and getting wins and profits from gambling is not as easy as you imagine. You regret having put quite a lot of money into gambling, because you thought that gambling could be a place to multiply your money.

And when we think that gambling is for fun, we are lying to ourselves, because in fact when we lose, it is very difficult to accept it. And as a person, I quite enjoy gambling, if at the end of the game I get a big win, I feel very happy and when I lose I am the same as other gamblers, where I feel a little disappointed. Disappointed not because I didn't make a profit, but disappointed because I behaved carelessly when gambling, so that the end result was only a loss.

All the gamblers who enter the casino here in the crypto gambling business really have emotions that they feel when they play gambling. And that feeling is not consistent, because others may be excited at the beginning, but in the end, the excitement has been replaced by disappointment because they lost a large amount because they expected that's how their feelings ended.

So if I am the one who is asked if gambling is not consistent, there are times when it is okay; there are also times when I feel depressed that even though I risked gambling not that much, I regret it; and there are also times when it often happens that I'm fine with me even if I lose.

However, everyone have different feelings and who Mr A will say might be very much different than Mr B but the truth of it all is that everyone have separate feelings when it comes to anything that has to do with money, either betting or not.
Although, anytime I bet and don't win, I will not be happy because I didn't gamble to lose, I gamble to win. The truth is just there, there can never be a winning in gamble all the time, sometimes we lose and sometimes we win (I can never forget that).
When I lose I just have to remember back the days I normally win big and after that I just forget about the losing that day.
But if I win, I will be very much excited because I just doubled my money, there is always happiness when a gambler is winning (believe me this), no gamblers will ever get angry for winning.

I won't admit satisfaction after gambling, only feel like stopping for the day. Would love to play more but, for the sake of discipline and money management, I wouldn't gamble more than I should. Gambling is fun and is not concluded easily to admit that we are satisfied after having fun. It's only a nice feeling to gamble and after a while of ending the session, I'd feel like gambling again. My personal feeling is to try again, which I'd need to control for the moment till the next gambling session. However, the lost money isn't quite a huge trouble to worry about or move me towards chasing the losses.  Hence no anxiety or remorse from my end. The poll result is quite encouraging in that only a few participants fell in the category of remorse and anxiety. If in the remorse category, you are reading this, try to reduce the amount of money and time spent while gambling. Feeling remorse over your action hurts and continuously having the same remorse each time you gamble is not acceptable for the brain.

The human brain needs to stay cool and not worry much. Most times what we worry about doesn't happen. Relying on remorse as a way of getting over the trouble of gambling, losing money, and lack of control, will only worsen the situation. Sometimes as humans, we need to have remorse or atone ourselves for repeating a particular mistake. It can happen to any gambler, including myself, especially when I didn't take on a prediction that was once on my mind and tried some other moves that ended up void. But feeling it over and over, without working on changing is quite wrong and could cause the person to gamble outside his will, the amount of money that's above what he's able to lose. If the person in the process stops feeling remorse, he'll be in a dip trouble as a gambler. On the other hand, being satisfied after gambling could be seen as not bothering to gamble again after a long while.

Win or lose it doesn't care because At least I tried my luck and I enjoyed the gaming , this is the problem if you don't know what you are entering , because indeed gambling can bring winning but also gambling can bring more losses, so better know your limit or better know your capacity , this means one thing that you have to enjoy the game first then let luck be your guide, and if you lose then that is part of the game and majority experienced that so let your self admit that with high morale .
Agree with you, the first thing is of course to enjoy each round or game, and the second feeling is how someone enters or increases their bet and takes control of the round and if it is successful of course He will achieve victory. And we will definitely feel happy.

If, on the other hand, continuous defeat is felt, it will certainly emotionally haunt him, how that person, by trying to reverse his financial situation, can return to the beginning, even though he already knows he will leave the game table. That's what most gamblers usually feel

Having this kind of mindset is beneficial since people like me will have checked that slip numerous times and my mind will be to win win and even if I lose, there is nothing I can do but accept it. It is natural for the lose to be bigger than the win in gambling. Immediately you start gambling you should not that you can aviod losing money that should be something everyone already know. Limit is even better don't just put all your money their stake small amount so that when you even loose you won't feel bad that much since the amount is small. Enjoy the play and if you lucky and if you don't its going to be better luck next time. And gambling  more than fun to play.

Probably satisfaction ;D but that's for when you do have a good winning spree because the fact is that they must be some bad days at to some extent I feel the bad days are even more  than the good ones because the ratio of loses to wins in gambling is definitely bigger than wins.

The major issue is that everyone should know how to control their emotions because before this period I have had certain times where I actually went back to gamble because of the previous unsatisfied session I had and believe their is good in that.

just like you said its different depending on the outcome of your gambling session. if after i play i won like $100, i'd be happy to buy myself a nice dinner to celebrate. if i lose then maybe i'd just eat the usual and rethink again why i gamble the way i did.

i think its normal to reflect on what the wrong bet is or just regret why they gamble on this bad luck day. i would reflect as well but at the end of the day it's just another day in my life.

I don't know why some "players" tend to bring their personal states to everyone's reality, when this is not the case, at least it is not the case 100% of the (gambler) person's thinking.

Then, after betting, "next", doing what I have to do, is like doing any daily activity, at least in the frequency for one gambler, maybe not, for those who start, one of the things I learned playing poker is that playing well, things go wrong, and the best solution is to continue with the new gaming situation.

An actor once said; "You can't take your character with you every day, good/bad for those who can't, but I get out of character in what the scene ends..." in the same way for the casino player...

My feeling after gambling is usually relative, it's usually dependent on what transpared while I was gambling all along because usually it's got so much of emotional effect on me when I'm gambling with the mind set of winning and I will be wondering if my pick were really right and if it's going as I did predicted so all that put together give off the emotional rush.

If I happen to win on any stake I actually get happy for the win but when I don't actually win I get sad but then because I usually Apply some caution such that I don't allow myself to stake more than I can afford to loose I don't get too emotional to the point I may turn depressed or something else but I do make sure to maintain some discipline while gambling both on the casino and this gambling sites, so my mode after gambling is very much dependent on the results of my gambling if I win I'm happy but for losses I just get some mixed feelings.

Mostly emotionally tired and exhausted no matter what is the result since there’s always a point in gambling that you experienced adrenaline rush due to series of losses and gains. I’m not exactly sure if this is really rewarding or not but I still can’t stop on coming back because this kind of experience makes me wants more despite I’m more on the lose side.

I just consider this as drinking beer. Beer is bitter and pricey that just makes me drunk that later on turns o headache yet I keep doing it because the fun experience is what I’m paying for when doing this kind of activity.

Personally it varies, all of the options the OP gave me I've experienced them all, but most of them I've experienced are enjoying and moping.

Enjoying when I'm losing or having fun, I enjoy it and it makes me feel much better from the boredom and disappointment of the chaotic days of life. And sometimes it's depressing because gambling sometimes doesn't give me pleasure and makes me more bored and sometimes it's worse because it takes up a lot of time due to gambling that exceeds the time limit.

Well, it has a lot of emotions considering you'll never just bet one but in the end you could end up a bit remorseful and lot of "what if" questions on your head. Not that of a lucky guy myself and most of the time when it ends, there some small chance of regrets but gambling journey moves on to bet more.

What's Your Feeling After You Finish Gambling?
If it is a day I bet on games and then I was lucky and got the predictions correctly, my after feeling will be a feeling of excitement that I was correct with my predictions and was rewarded for it. Winning is always pleasurable. If it is on days that I do not get my predictions correctly, my after feeling is always filled with the consolation that I tried, I was close and will be luckier on another day. I do not gamble strictly to make money, so I am always emotionally mature to handle myself and emotions when I loose.

Actually with mixed emotions because of course I'm gambling there's an excitement that wondering what if i win gambling and also fear of losing my money at the same time even though i already accepted my faith that not all gambler wins the game, but after many time of gambling at the end of the game its the satisfaction getting entertained that you know to yourself that you made all the things you have in that game and if its yours its yours if not there's another time to try again and at the same time, of course, getting frustrated because I lose money no one would like to get their money like a stoled candy but with a risk.

It's a roller coaster ride when we are playing in casinos whether online or offline that is why we always come back to gamble because we feel alive and we have mixed emotions.

But after finishing the game what's your overall feeling how did you overcome this feeling and how many hours or days did it last?

I'm not into doing gambling that much these days but when I play, it means that I really want to play it. After a gambling session, I feel satisfied even if I'm on a loss, it's the entertainment that what is I'm looking for.

When I was still on the days that I am doing gambling almost every single day, the end feeling/emotion are different from each other. There are regretting feeling, happy, sad, and emotional. It is different from each other because it all depends on the result of that certain day gambling activity. If I won, I would be feeling genuinely happy and satisfied but if I lose, I will feel sad and has some regrets why I gambled.

I'm happy with my current gambling status right now, I'm satisfied of being feeling satisfied after a gambling session.

Online or offline, gambling's an emotional rollercoaster.  Win or lose, you'll likely feel excitement, anxiety frustration - the whole range.  Even when you make bank, there's often this nagging FOMO: should you cash out your chips while youre ahead or let 'em ride for bigger scores? That internal back and forth can get obsessive, making it tough to walk away even when your gut says to stop.

Sometimes when we play gamble it comes with different feelings after the result is out. Like I always play gamble with the amount I can afford that if I lose it won't affect me or make me to worry much, sometimes even if I play with a little amount to win a huge amount, and already I'm having confidence of winning the game, if the game end up to be lose I will feel bad despite I used small amount of money I can afford to lose to play.

The way we feel about gamble sometimes just comes with a different feelings expecially when the game ends up to be lose.

I actually sometimes often enjoy the game but sometimes I also feel tired of the game itself after finishing gambling, feeling stupid because I didn't win and failed again without bringing any money and just wasting time and money, even though I don't really want it either, but if I'm honest, I I want to win too but unfortunately it's difficult for me to get that and it often makes me tired and wants to stop gambling.

Last time I gambled I felt highly overloaded by adrenaline, as I faced a big loss that I wasn't expecting. I'm sure I wasn't depressed, satisfied, joyful, exhausted, but probably regretful... Although the dominant emotion was the temptation to continue playing and recovering the lost money somehow. I was thinking too fast to reach any rational and solid decision on what to do with certain, because I was too concerned about retrieving my money and that was occupying all my thoughts on that moment. And I remained like that for hours yet, although I didn't play anymore.

Only after few days that emotion was calming down inside me, and a duality between regret and acceptance start growing deep inside. I worked those feelings inside myself, and raised the acceptance with positive reflections about the situation, allied to the thought of retrieving my money through another sources of income which didn't involve gambling. So I was able to find an alternative and sustainable solution instead of insisting on the mistake of recovering the money through gambling. I found an exit on the darkness when it seemed to not be any disponible.

Moreover, add family support to this. This set of events were what prevented me from going ahead losing more money. Thankfully I only felt regretful for a while, but if I went further, besides being regretful, probably I would be depressed as well by now.

No choice for being meh? Yeah, that's usually my feeling after gambling. If I win, it is satisfying but if not then it's just the typical feeling of being meh. Like having a frown face, I am not sad nor disappointed but sort of like that but that's how it goes with gambling, right? We can't always win and we mostly lose at most times. Those who are still frustrated when they're losing, if you don't gamble, you'll never be frustrated. But that's how it goes and that's what you need to understand when you do it.

And even when we lose we did enjoy gambling as we stayed for how many hours, that's still fun and satisfying, right? It's like your payment to the entire enjoyment that you have experienced so there is nothing to be regretting at all. You just have to play out with your mind and think of what's essential for you because that's not going to give you any satisfaction when you think of the negativities since your money is already gone away.

Enjoying was an honest choice because I already knew that there were only two outcomes from the gambling I played at that time, losing or winning. Tomorrow, if you have money and opportunity, play again.
There will be a gloomy face after finishing gambling immediately, but not for hours. Leaving the place is as usual again.
Usually my gloomy face appears after playing because I play the game with high ambition.

Yes, it could really be only having just that two possible reactions or situations that you would be facing on which you would really be just that ending up on being happy and ending up on getting frustrated just because you are really that blowing up your entire bankroll in a short span of time. We can really say that we can really that able to play just for fun but it would really be that hard that you would really be able to make yourself that become stable and would really be ending up on having that kind of satisfaction in the end of the line specially when you are losing all the money that  you had allocated. We are just humans and it would really be just that very normal that would really be having that kind of reaction that getting disappointed on the things that we are doing.

There are ones who would really be that contented because of the leisure that they are able to get but majority will really be ending up on getting frustrated basing up on the situation that they are facing on on which they are really that aiming for being a winner in the end of the day. Even if we do speak about playing just that for fun but it would really be just that normal that we are aiming for making money or win.
Feeling will really be reflecting out basing on the condition that we are really that facing on,whether it would be that negative or positive.

We are all human and no matter that we gamble for fun, when you lose, you will have that losing feelings, because nobody plans to lose or loves to be a loser.  If you win, you will be happy, what matters is that you were able to control yourself from using more than the amount that you can afford to lose. People that used more than the amount that they can afford to lose are the one that when they lose, they Wil feel remorse, because they never expected it. The outcome of the game is what will determine your emotion at that moment.

No one really likes on losing money and just like on what everyone is telling or saying on here is that even if you are really having that idea that you are playing just for fun but on the time that you do lose a
bet then you would really be ending up with these reactions;

1. Disappointment
2. Stress
3. Impulsive actions done by emotions
4. Anger

For those who do able to control then its good but for those who cant then gambling is simply a stressful thing for them and if ever you are on such condition then it would be better to
quit up rather than on making yourself that dealing up with this and continuing that you do play just for the sake of fun but totally being replaced by these emotional impulsive reactions.
It is really just that normal that you would really be having that kind of reaction since we are just humans who do hate on losing money and this one would really be removing
all the fun that we had experienced earlier.

This is a very sensitive question and I'll try to respond honestly, we're humans and we can't resist the urge to win, neither can we deny the good feeling that comes from something going in your favour. The thing is also tied to the intention behind my gambling, I gamble to relieve stress, I don't gamble until I'm done with all my day's activities and I want to achieve is decongested mindset, I do achieve it, which is the most paramount, but I cannot deny that every time I loose completely all my funds, a part of me feel very bad for my loss and when I'm getting gains, I'm happier and ends the session with lots of smiles. Finally, I'm human and the flesh tries to take over occasionally. Althouh the more in control we are of our emotions, the better we deal with these upsurges of emotions.

Chasing of losses is wrong, you'll not make any profit when you chase your losses but you'll make more losses, instead of chasing your losses, use very small wager so when you lose you don't lose too much money that'll make you to chase your losses. Chasing of losses can make you get addicted to gambling. When gambling you'll make more losses than wins therefore chasing of loses isn't sometimes you can make progress from as you'll be having more losses.

The feeling I get when I'm done gambling depends on the outcomes of my bets for that day, some days the result are positive and I feel satisfied but other days the results are negative and I'll feel sad but i don't panic as I know I won't be making profits every day when I gamble. I go home feeling sad but after I sleep I'll recover and can continue the next day playing another game and can end the day happy from winning.

probably those who have lost huge sums on gambling for their budget deserve it, no matter how cruel it may sound. You must always think in advance, and not after you have already made mistakes and exceeded acceptable limits. Of course, we cannot control ourselves when emotions have completely taken over us, but we can predict what will happen if we have a constant loss over and over again. Therefore, the responsibility lies only with ourselves and no one else is to blame for our losses and there is no need to look for the culprits like those who advised us to go to this casino for the first time or something like that.

Normally I don't gamble (except for testing some games for my client's platform).

But yeah once upon a time I wanted to have some fun. and made a little deposit. The plan was to double the money. But due to lack of luck what I was thinking about the game result was wrong after ending the game.  I felt like the dealer making the result to losing me :)

So after that day I was disappointed like why I went to play :) I should not do it. and it's not for me tbh.

I have the feeling of somewhat being sad most of the times but it is momentarily only,it doesn't last much.I usually play slot machines and when I finish a session I feel a bit sad,the level of sadness depends on the amount of bonus rounds I have won during my session and what I have achieved through it.Yesterday I played The Return of Green Knight with 30 dollars and I got 3 times the bonus,in all the bonuses I got one time 0.28 dollars, one time 0.35 dollars and one time 0.69 dollars. This means that I never won any real spin with any multiplier to it despite the game having x100 as a max multiplier. In this case to the feeling of sadness it was also added remorse as why I choose this game when the bonus rounds were so low.

The truth is we can't lie to ourselves about the feeling when we experience a losing situation, even though you use the amount that you are able to account for from the beginning but still at least a sense of annoyance will always be there when the final result turns out to be really losing, a small disappointment always can't be missed. This is gambling which is nothing but about winning and losing and as you said even though we come with the goal just for fun but still a sense of disappointment will always be there, I think it is natural because we as humans have feelings. The idea of gambling for entertainment I think is nothing more than a statement that can make us a little avoid acting out of control, because when you don't take this activity too seriously then obviously the emotions that come out will not be too big.

So keep gambling as an activity to fill your empty time, don't put any expectations on the winnings, just think of the winnings that are there as a reward for your involvement in gambling, and it's better to be strict in the limits you have, after all that's what matters, you can minimize everything by controlling and limiting the amount of money you have but you can't make the winning percentage more likely, because after all this is just a game of probability that has no certainty.

Just like you're describing the emotions when we gamble, it's like a roller coaster. And I have to be honest that I feel satisfied with those experiences, not because I don't know the feelings of tension/excitement from games, but it seems that being aware of how to play always makes me happy.
I'm quite lucky when it comes to gambling, my friends who often play cards together I see that they care about winning and losing, I simply think the game is more fun. If we like to make money we can discuss another area, so it can be said that with gambling there are many emotions that we use to see ourselves through it.

there's no doubt that in gambling we will experience a lot of emotions, most of the times, it is a mix of those mentioned by the OP. but if you are losing and the money you are using is just a loaned money, for sure, the emotion would be on the negative side. and you are in a rush to recover those losses, leading to possible more losses and loaned money. that's when a gambler can get addicted because he has other things in mind like chasing losses for him to pay for his debts. but it will just go on and on, up until he can't get out of the situation anymore.

but if you are playing using your spare funds and stopping once you got busted, i can say that for sure you have your blast in your games. because you are enjoying the game because you have no worries that someone is after you to collect your debts. i guess, that's a better feeling than chasing losses because somebody is calling you to get their money, right?

these days, as i am just playing on occasional basis, only if i have extra funds, i would say, i am only enjoying the games til it last. so for me, i can see the positive side of gambling because if you are not pressured to get the funds back, i believe, you will enjoy your gambling session. so long you know when to stop and quit for the day.

Gambling is always unpredictable, sometimes you win but most of the time you lose, but behind this reality, I still find time to enjoy gambling because I never gamble for big profits but even small profits will do, what's important is I got to play on my favorite games and end up happy and satisfied. However, if you gamble merely to earn a living, I guess satisfaction won't actually meet more often. Because I believe, the moment you gamble you lose already, and it takes luck and skills for you to recover that initial loss and end up gambling in profits.

I'm not sure about this but I do have this recollecting feeling anytime I wager money on any game. When I stake or wager, even if the games aren't that feasible, I do have hope that it will come good in the end, even if the amount is small and other people have doubts, I am always with the light mindset that it will go as I predict but if I found out it is not as I expected, I feel a little vex, disappointed and I go through the outcome to see where I made mistake, if there is anything to be avoided next time, I do and move on and the result doesn't in anyway makes me feel bitter in the next one, could it be because I don't wager more than I can afford to lose.

Honestly, I think I have evolved through some stages of excitement anytime I gamble and win something tangible after the try and error and some mistakes here and there. At first, I do feel exited, I will share the win games with my friends to show how experts I'm in gambling but now, I don't even flinch when I win. All I do is try again and again and if it goes well, I withdraw all my balance until when I'm ready again to avoid any later stories of casinos.

To depends on how the game went that moment, if its a win i will actually feel relief and relaxing with joys. And it can boost my confidence also, when the game end with  losses i will actually feel down and frustrated too, and my fear is that it will magnet more losses because i will be finding all means to win the losses back so i go into betting indifferent games without thinking. So all that matters how that particular game ends.

This depends on the results I get after finishing gambling, and everything can give me different feelings depending on the results. If I win, I will be satisfied and enjoy the moment of victory. But if I lose, I will feel gloomy and tired, but it won't last long because I know that defeat will come anytime after I finish gambling. I don't mind whatever the result is, and I don't think too much about it, but that feeling can't be faked because it comes after we know the result. And if we experience defeat more often at the end of the gambling game, maybe it is time for us to take time off from gambling for a while to recover all the negative feelings that come.

If we talk about the feeling after I lose, it will take several days before I can get back again on track, much especially if that said amount involved is really a considered good amount. Like for example, I win $300 as a profit, excluding my bankroll, but at the end lose it all, I will feel regrettable and dissapointed on that because that was already a clear money. Questions such as if only I cash it out will remain in my head for long.

But after several days, everything will be back again at normal. The dissapointment is still there but already manageable.

Well I must say also this particular feeling differs for different gamblers and I know of my friend who never get hurt no matter the results of the gambling and it took me time and practice to actually perfect the act of always smiling to all results I got when gambling.

Almost all the time, entertained.  If I'm not looking to have fun with gambling I just don't do it.  I don't enjoy losing money just to lose it.  But I don't mind it if it was used for entertainment purposes like playing a poker tournament.  I don't play purely for the money so I rarely ever feel remorse.

Be honest with yourself and vote on the poll on What's Your Feeling After You Finish Gambling?

I will just put it simply this way:

- if I won = satisfied and enjoyed even how exhausted playing for several hours
- if I lose = disappointed but not depressed

Whenever I lose, I just sit down a bit and relax my mind. I will not touch gambling for at least a day but I will comeback the other day.

Then the process will just cycle over and over again.

I am being honest to myself, and tried to vote on the poll but my option is not included and since it is not included I would like to add it in case no one has said it yet. I feel in control whenever I am done gambling. Why? This is because I did not exceed the budgets which I plan to use for gambling and I'm always satisfied with leaving the casino or betting place if I visit a physical casino or logging out of my online betting app if I choose to bet online. The feeling of being in control makes me feel powerful.

Be honest with yourself and vote on the poll on What's Your Feeling After You Finish Gambling?
The feelings of anyone after gambling is determined by their beliefs or the reason why they gambled. Let me explain it better. For people whose religion does not permit to gamble and they sneak to gamble and in the end, they lost , the will undoubtedly feel remorseful. But the irony of the matter is that if they eventually win, they will not be remorseful.

Another scenario is someone who has much expectations to win, they therefore gambled with the amount of money they cannot afford to lose. If they eventually lose, their feelings will be depressed. It could be that they borrowed such money for gambling.

Myself, I will say that I feel indifferent whether I win or lose. But for the sake of the poll I chooses satisfied because there's no option for feeling indifferent in the pool. Whatever I win or lose, there is no difference for me.

It is a mix emotions while playing in a gambling session, we can feel regret, satisfaction, and enjoyment.  The feeling of regret of not doubling the wager when we are at a lucky streak,  satisfied that I can play my favorite slot games during my free hours and the feeling of enjoyment lingers after the gambling session.  I never had regret when I gamble because I always use the free money and I already set my mind that the money is already lost, so when I lost the bankroll, I felt that it was normal since I already accepted the possibility of depleting the bankroll in every session. Of course, extra joy when I ended the session pocketing 5x of my bankroll or above.

I don't think I can answer your question in the poll, because there is no simple answer.  Gambling makes people feel all kinds of ways - excited when you win, frustrated when you lose, disappointed if you don't win as much as you hoped, even guilty or ashamed about spending so much time and money.  If gambling leaves you with bad feelings afterwards don't ignore them - let yourself feel whatever comes up.

It mostly depends on the outcome of my session and the percentage of my budget which I have either multiplied or lost to the casino. Last time I had a bad streak and wagered more money than I was willing to lose, I felt quite bad during a couple of days. When I end up having some minor earnings from the session tend I to feel rather normal, no big feelings on it.
I would only feel satisfied if I managed the get the levels of fun I expect to, which varies with the mood I have in that afternoon and the games I try.

Honestly, in my case, I would feel more satisfied more often If I managed to gambler together with someone else who also liked to gamble or bet, any activity is better when doing it in good company.

In such a situation, everyone will definitely feel happy if their bet wins and conversely, if they lose, they will definitely feel regret and emotion. This is the instinct of everyone who gambles because everyone goal is definitely to make a profit. If they experience a loss, they will definitely regret more and try to catch up on these losses, I'm sure every gamblers must feel the same as the feeling that each individual has every time they enter the world of gambling.

To be honest, I don't really understand the feeling I have, what is clear is that I feel happy when I win a bet, especially when I win a large amount, but when I lose I don't really feel regret because the money I spent wasn't much and didn't exceed my abilities so not so much of a burden and ready to accept defeated, maybe if I spend money beyond my limits, I will definitely feel that feeling of regret, but I can still control my spending because the risks of gambling is too big and will make us regret it in the ended.

Indeed, there is no definite answer to this because the feelings will vary depending on our situation. We must be happy because we have won. If we lose, we will be sad, disappointed, and frustrated. And when we lose, we will be curious and try to continue gambling, perhaps on the same day or another day. There will be a desire to return to gambling at another time, which might trigger a desire to recover from those losses. But some people don't think about the results because they don't expect much from gambling and just want to gamble.

probably those who have lost huge sums on gambling for their budget deserve it, no matter how cruel it may sound.
Easy to say, but difficult to do. It's always someone else's fault, not ours. We try to blame all our troubles on the person who is closest, and this is not a very good location. It's always like this for me. Of course, I very much later regret what I said in a fit of rage and anger. How disgusting of me this is. How many times have I caught myself thinking this, but I can’t do anything about it. Maybe it's time to take some specific measures? For example, start attending consultations with a psychologist.

I feel excited that I could possibily win the amount inscribed in the slip. sometimes we even start planning for the money yet to come which is even unrealistic. While sometimes we play game and feel so exhausted because we use the only cash we have to play the game, instead of using spear money.

Same here! I always feel excited whenever I gamble because I always hoping to win and sometimes I anticipate what will happen, I immediately think that I will win, sometimes I manifest it that's why I experience winning. When it comes to using money in gambling, I always used the spare one because as A breadwinner in pur family, It's difficult to budget everything, that's one of the reasons why sometimes I'm strict in managing my finances, I only allocate a proper budget to things that I know are really necessary.

That is the problem when we imagine risky situations, each person's responsibility is not simply each decision in work, game,... but it is also expressed through each action whether being the smallest will also reflect the results. I'm not the type of person who likes to put close friends in situations like you mentioned, but I also agree that it's completely true, because I was also born in an environment where family members are people who are addicted to gambling, but having to mortgage their house and land makes life stressful, which is why I don't want to be like them. But I also don't want to be strict about gambling, so my level of understanding is just one of the tools that we can utilize to have fun, manage money, manage emotions, game analysis, etc. is just redundant for me in this field but it may be true for others, because as I said from the beginning, I don't rely on this field to make money.

This is true, and we are less likely to become frustrated or angry if we don't win big at gambling when we don't have high expectations of it. We are free to enjoy the experience without feeling under pressure to succeed by not putting too much weight on the result. By maintaining a balance in our attitudes, this type of mindset, in my opinion, can help us approach gaming in a more laid-back manner, manage our emotions and ourselves, and lower our chance of being addicted to gambling.
That is why, I never consider gambling to be a dependable source of income instead, I just see it as a kind of entertainment. A realistic mindset would remind us to keep in mind that there is no guarantee that you will survive if you merely gamble. due to my observations of other people, who occasionally get so dependent on gambling that they are unable to manage their own finances or their own personal situations. I of course learned to manage my bankroll, but I also bet sensibly because those are the situations I want to stay away from, and I don't want to be like them in the future.

Whatever the feeling you get after gambling is what you deserved, the ball is always in your court how you want your feelings to look like after you gamble, if you risk a lot of money that you are not prepared to lose it will ruin your feeling and if you use small amount of money that worth nothing to you then it won't matter what happen after the gambling ends.

The emotions in gambling comes with a lot of garbage, the type I don't want anything to do with, that's why I don't believe in fantasy, it's true that before you can manifest your dream you need to dream about it first, but doing the same with something that's built to bring in money from gamblers is wrong.

Let your gambling be risking small money to have some fun, if you want to make money go out and get a job, many gamblers are jobless and they go around finding people to lend them money, you are responsible for anything that happens or will happen to you as a gambler.

My usual feeling after a night of gambling is satisfaction, because I either won some money, or I limited my losses and avoided going broke. In both cases I am fine with myself and don't need any days to calm down again. Important for me is to stop at least 1 hour before going to bed, I want to clear my head before sleeping. It doesn't really matter if it's gambling, watching a movie or gaming. I sleep much better if my brain can wind down before going to bed, also drinking some herbal tea is great too. It's nice to see that only a very small number of people here on the forum feel depressed after gambling. To me it seems like a big problem if we feel bad, sad or depressed after gambling. In case that is a usual occurrence I would recommend to cut down the gambling time drastically and try to find the joy and excitement  again, what brought us into gambling in the first place.

Yes, there is no difference between winning and losing, it's just part of the game, so there's no need to think too much about what we should feel. Regret won't restore the situation and money lost, feeling angry won't have a good impact on yourself when gambling. What actually happens is that it makes you want to gamble even more and becomes addicted to gambling. Feeling disappointed won't do any good either.

Personally, I don't really care and don't care even though I sometimes feel happy after gambling because gambling is just for fun and entertainment, nothing more, that's why it's no different from what other people feel, but maybe it will be different for those who gamble. to make money and make gambling a source of income, they will definitely feel different feelings from me and you.

I say something, we will always be people who function 60% at least because of our emotions, many things come from there, like sadness, joy and the feeling of when we are in love, all of that influences because we are very sensitive people, really We are like this, but we have to realize that things based on emotions are what make us human, otherwise we would simply be robots that live their lives in a very flat way, the casino or casinos have the option of making us see that So these are pretty good when we can control the emotions and see how we can make the difference with respect to others, but how? When we are playing we must not be clear about two things, winning or losing, if we win it is obvious that we will have joy and we will not give too much encouragement that we are the best and that we do things well, but if we lose it is where we really know how we handle ourselves mentally and how We assume our own things.

In this order of things we can say things When it comes to doing them well , we could say that casinos only test us, if we lose, but we are clear that losing in a casino is not something very normal, we Cannot get the idea that We make mistakes all the time and that we are doing things backwards, no, it is Something normal, that we must absorb the losses, and that if we lose our money today if we are willing to lose, we cannot and should not continue betting more , it is Natural that we feel bad , frustrated, but the game is like that, what we should do is reflect and see where our mistake was so that in the next game session, well, we don't make that mistake anymore , that's something we call maturity, that's what we It will make us grow as players and as people , Accept, it is natural to feel bad, but there Will come a time when it will no longer Affect much , because it is Something that happens in casinos , and in people , only we will have to find a way to Emerg , that is , Win more and reduce losses.

Definitely depending on the outcome.

If I win, I'm satisfied. If I lose, I'm depressed, but a short team kind of depression, if that exist.  :)

I'm still happy though that majority have voted "Satisfied", this means most of us here are just really gambling for fun. Personally, I see fun when I win, but it's never fun to lose gambling but good thing it doesn't hunt me that it would come to the point it will affect my other errands in life.

Of course we can't lie about the feelings we feel after seeing/knowing the final result of the gambling session we did, like you said it's very simple but it's very clear that whoever it is (no matter what the goal is) when they get a win then obviously they will feel happy with the reaction of varied sensations, and vice versa if indeed the final result is losing then even though they come with the intention of seeking entertainment I think there will always be a sense of disappointment even though small from his heart.

So it is clear that we cannot lie to ourselves about the feelings we experience especially when we lose, but unfortunately some people overreact when they are in both situations, that is, there are always some people who when they win they overreact so that they want such situations to continue to occur by pursuing victory and increasing expectations, and vice versa when the situation turns out to be losing there are also people who are unable to accept these results who end up returning to gambling with the intention of revenge and pursuing break-even which is basically very difficult. So however in gambling both situations win or lose still have the potential for gamblers to enter the addiction phase, and after that it is no longer pleasure and enjoyment that you will feel but maybe some pressure.

The feelings actually vary based on the time spent in the gambling space. When I started gambling, I always felt like I just made a big mistake if I lost the gambling funds without winning anything. If I won, I'll feel like it was the right thing to do. After gambling for a period of time, I decided to take my mind off it once done, I also don't gamble with more than what I can let go of.

One doesn't need to attach too much emotions to gambling as it is not a must that wins must come everytime, if you see it from this standpoint, then you will worry less even in the face of a huge loss.

Honestly speaking im ok with my gambling experience and I will try to improve it more in future.
If you're still okay after it's over, you've done what's best for you. But if you do it to earn income, it will not be easy because many have tried it, but many of them have yet to succeed in getting it. And if you still want to continue in the future, you should continue to practice self-control so that nothing could harm you later. We don't know what we will be like in the future, but if we still practice the things necessary for gambling, we will be fine. And if we feel something needs to be improved, we can keep making those improvements while improving other things so that we remain fine in the future.

This is true, and we are less likely to become frustrated or angry if we don't win big at gambling when we don't have high expectations of it. We are free to enjoy the experience without feeling under pressure to succeed by not putting too much weight on the result. Being frustrated or angry when things don't go how we want is normal and we must manage our emotions well so that we don't feel excessive emotions. But if we don't have high expectations for gambling and just think of it as entertainment, we won't fall into emotional swings and can still control ourselves well. Maintaining the mindset that gambling is entertainment will make us relax when playing gambling and will not try to win the gambling game. And when we have finished gambling, we will not think about the results but we will immediately do other activities and keep ourselves busy all day with other activities. Having a good mindset can keep us from gambling excessively, and that is what many gamblers must have so that they will not be affected by the results they get after gambling. We have to be able to manage our money for gambling well so that we don't immediately spend all the money on big bets but we will adjust all the money while gambling.

I think the pool is wrong. What I mean is that based on the choices are the feelings that the gambler will feel after playing or finishing playing gambling, but the emotion will depend on the standing or what happens during the gambling session. For example, a lucky gambler will be satisfied or happy after the session because he won a lot or quite a few money, but a gambler will feel remorse, sad, or disappointed after the gambling session if the gambler experienced a great loss or, let's say, not too lucky that day or that session. So I think all the choices are applicable depending on the situation or standing of a gambler during the game and after the game. But if we are talking about general satisfaction, I would say "satisfied" well because I have a certain limit of money that I will spend on gambling, and after that, no matter what the result, win or lose, I will still be satisfied.

Why will we be anxious when we are about to cash out? Is it because of the KYC? Or anything else? For me, I have no problems about KYC, so I'm only happy when I'm at that point. The experience will be like a roller coaster ride if you will not bet all-in or in larger amounts. Also the game that we should play are not that hard to get some wins.

When I finish my session, the feeling that I can get will depend on the outcome of my game. If I end up tripling or more my money, I will feel happy. But if it was the opposite, I will be depressed. Their duration will depend on the amount involved but most of the times, they can only last within an hour.

Of course, for the problem of feelings really can't be lied to, as you said if you end the session with a win with any amount of money increase then obviously the feeling you feel must be happy especially if the amount of budget you bring up to 10x for example, sensation and happiness will dominate at the end of the session. But if on the other hand, if you lose then I think even if you only bring a negligible amount then surely at least a sense of disappointment will definitely be there and usually if gamblers cannot manage themselves when they are in such a situation then usually they will return to re-depositing with the intention of revenge and chasing the break-even point.

But in gambling it will not always be that easy to return something that has been lost, therefore it is always recommended to be able to accept all the possibilities that can occur at the end, not only for victory but we must also be able to accept the risk of defeat, simply put we must be able to be a responsible gambler. Another thing is that for myself, honestly, the duration of pleasure I get usually only lasts until the winning money runs out.

Be honest with yourself and vote on the poll on What's Your Feeling After You Finish Gambling?
Sometimes i feel like i've got the need to gamble out of my system. Sometimes i feel relaxed. Sometimes i thank my lucky stars when i win and feel confident, even if i know it was pure luck to win. If i play more them planned i feel ashamed because i lost control, but i embrace that feeling as i know it keeps me on the line. I tend to avoid that feeling so i won't go over my budget often. I would like to say not ever but that's not true. When i go over it, i apply my rules to myself and don't gamble for a while.

Obviously there are mixed feelings involved, no matter if i win or lose, because feelings don't come as simplistic as we would like. They are a spectrum and a package of different emotions, so it's hard to pinpoint how i am even feeling as it depends on the money i've lost or won. And what kind of day i am having otherwise.

I guess that's one thing that is keeping it interesting. As it's a range of emotions. A rush you get from the movies or skydiving... It's similar to that.

Even if we do speak about playing just that for fun but it would really be just that normal that we are aiming for making money or win.
We used to say this and that's why we just want to have fun and let it happen what has to happen. Most of us don't want to lose but we acknowledge losing because that's always part of gambling. Whether we will be having a good day and have that much profits, somewhere in the next days it's acceptable that we're just going to lose then.

As part of gambling, we want to win but we just don't want to lose without taking anything. With that, we just tend to think of it as we're having fun and any amount that we're losing is basically just going to go be like an entertainment fund so you choose what makes you happy and what makes you survive when you're having a bad day and losing streaks.

Feeling will really be reflecting out basing on the condition that we are really that facing on,whether it would be that negative or positive.
And that's why choose always to be happy because it's not that easy to be like one but we can control our emotions despite of the ugly situation and don't let the situation control you but, you have to control the situation for your own sake.

A mixture of being happy and wanting to play again after the game ends. I have no regrets despite not being in a winning position because I came to take pleasure.
When I first got to know the world of gambling, feelings of regret and anger emerged after finishing the game because I lost, but because I got used to it, I finally started to realize that gambling is not about seeking riches that requires you to always win.
But I didn’t have such a quick understanding of my feelings when I lost money. I needed to calm down and take the loss for granted, but sadness and sadness at such moments overwhelmed me. Over time, I came to understand that not everything is lost when I was unlucky today. Take a few deep breaths and reframe the situation in a more positive way. It’s sad that there is no psychologist next to us in such situations. ))

Yes experience is the main in everything. Experience helps every time. Experience helps you to control emotions because when you lost your money in gambling for that time your emotion work highly and you take wrong stape. That's the reason experience is needed. That experience teaches you to take write stape and teach you to take staples in the high tighte situations that's the reason experience helps.

Feelings after gambling depend on whether there was a profit or a loss at the end of the gambling period. Because when I stop gambling with profit, my feelings are very happy but if I stop gambling with loss, I feel very bad. It happens to everyone I think. Because everyone wants to be a profit sharer but no one wants to be a loss sharer. There is no room for neutral in gambling. There may be loss or gain here. And the gambler will either be happy or sad

Well that's right, the feeling that every gambler will feel depends on the final result of the session they are doing, if the result is winning then obviously they will feel a certain level of excitement and if on the contrary it means losing then at least there will definitely be a feeling of annoyance or disappointment that they will feel even though they come only to seek pleasure because everyone will not be able to fully accept losing their money. True, in gambling most people definitely want to win, even though it is not their main goal but still they will not refuse the victory.

On the other hand there are also some people who initially managed to get a win but not long after that the situation changed and eventually led to defeat, usually such things happen because luck is no longer there and more often than not they experience such things because they apply greed to such situations so that it ends with regret after all the initial victory is lost again.

I'm not taking too much pressure, just here sitting and watching my predictions either it's going to play or not. They're all part of the contributions that build experience, exactly what we need to grow. Experience is the necessary qualities needed by every gambler in the system. You can be earning quite significant figures on every games with pure experience, one have pass through some ugly events in the space and this is not because one is careless but it's clearly because a gambler have failed to observe the market and spot out both the positivity and negativity of the market.

Depending on the outcome of gambling. There are times that are happy, depressed, disappointed etc. But for the most part, I enjoy it, especially if I win, but sometimes even if I don't win, as long as my game is good, I will enjoy it. I am satisfied no matter what the result will be.

Absolutely, as you said, gambling brings us a myriad of emotions like excitement, joy, anxiety, suspense, and even anger. It's these emotions that make it hard for us to walk away from gambling; it's an incredibly enticing spell. For me, the emotions after participating in gambling can linger for about half a day, and if I win or lose a large sum, they might last for 3-4 days afterward. There are wins or losses that evoke emotions I can't quite express. Perhaps because I can't explain why I've won or lost so much, and I believe many others feel this way too.

However, as I've been in the gambling scene for a long time, my emotions have gradually stabilized. They're not as intense as when I first started, and I don't know why. Maybe it's emotional resilience kicking in.

Feelings of happiness or disappointment depend on the results of the gambling we play, if someone can double their money 10x 3x 5x then it is natural for someone to feel happy and excited. Because in the end they can win the gambling and vice versa if they lose and don't produce anything, this is certain will cause disappointment and this is a natural thing if they gamble to make money. With this defeat, someone will definitely try to catch up on their losses due to the defeat they experienced so that they can recover their losses.

Of course, chasing losses is not an easy thing because there is a big possibility that you will experience bigger losses. Therefore, it is better to advise someone not to try to chase losses because we as gamblers should be able to accept whatever the result is, whether winning or losing, and we you can still enjoying it with pleasure.

If someone enjoys every gambling game he plays, in my opinion he plays gambling as entertainment for himself, but if someone considers gambling as additional income then he will not be able to enjoy it because he only plays for the sake of winning, even though in the casino he loses and loses. which happens often.

I'm wondering how I should reply to this thread of yours because I sometimes win and sometimes lose at gambling. Sometimes the gambling situation forces me to withdraw the bet. When I win, my human stress is relieved and when I lose, I feel a little disappointed. When I lose a bet and win the match after withdrawing my bet, there is embarrassment. I have to vote for all the 5 options you mentioned by field. Overall I enjoy gambling time and the finishing of any particular bet.

I don't play for a really long time so I must say that I don't feel too much exhaustion but I do feel happy most of the time even if I lose money. I was once irritated whenever I end my sessions but then I got to the point that I ask why I'm mad when I put myself in this position and I don't enjoy the game when I do this so I started learning to be happy no matter what happens when I gamble.

I feel indifferent most of the time. Gambling is just something I do to pass the time, I'm not looking to earn a life altering amount from it. If I lose a big amount by making a stupid bet then I might feel a bit of depression but I will just stop gambling and distract myself with another activity like watching Netflix or playing a video game to get over it quickly.

If we can really limit our gambling activities and not use a lot of money in gambling, we will not experience negative feelings because we know we are gambling using the money we can afford. We will stop gambling when it is almost time so that we don't gamble too much. Yes, we have all been upset because we have experienced defeat, but as long as we can learn from that experience, we will be able to understand that we have made a mistake so we have to change it. By continuing to learn to enjoy gambling games, we can do so that we won't experience depression or stress if we lose. After all, it is a defeat we can afford so we can accept it well. There is still plenty of time to enjoy gambling games so we don't need to gamble for too long and just spend our free time.

Yup, it's true, but no matter how much we want to, we can't really say or avoid what we shouldn't do when it comes to gambling, there are many things that are hard to explain that even the gambler himself doesn't know what he feels. even if they want to follow the advice from other people, they can't do it and they have a hard time controlling themselves. Be honest with yourself and vote on the poll on What's Your Feeling After You Finish Gambling?

I don't know how you'll be able to get the desired results from this poll because even from your post you can see how varie and inconsistent the feelings are on each occasion. My point is this, the emotions that gamblers feel after they finish gambling depends on the individual and of course the result of the gambling session and there is no a peculiar feeling attribute to after gambling. However, despite that this feeling vary quite a bit from person to person and from session to session, every gambler feels a rush of excitement when they experience a win and likewise feel disappointed when things goes wrong. Unless we are to come here to vote and change the vote again after every session, you'll not get a definite result wanted because as I said earlier the feeling is not constant.

In my own case, I don't feel too bad when I lose a bet because I do risk with a minimum amount I can afford to lose. Although, I do feel disappointed sometimes and hope there will be a second chance to change the decision but it's already late. Losing often comes with regret and wishes to have done something differently.

What's important when we're gambling is to have fun, if we're not having fun then we should stop gambling so we don't get exhausted and unhappy when we're done gambling. When you're having fun and winning you won't get tired even if you gamble for the whole day. As you're winning you'll be getting more energy to continue playing. The way the game ended mostly determine our moods when we're done gambling and that's why it's necessary to end when you're winning and not when you're losing.

If you play some few games and have won a big or good  amount of money, you should quit gambling for the day so you don't lose all the money you have made plus you're capital then you end gambling for the day angry. All individuals that love gambling have to plan the way the gamble so they can quit when they're winning not losing to avoid regrets, gambling should be entertaining always.

Honestly, I like what you have to say in this thread. for me, what you say is purely based on what you feel without any interests or anything else. the point I like the most is, we feel alive because we have emotions like a roller coaster, going up and down without even planning it beforehand. most people rarely learn from the sensations we get in gambling. this is not just about winning or losing, chasing losses, or so on as you mentioned in this thread. our adrenaline rushes rapidly when we play, especially in situations that we don't expect. we get all the feelings in just one moment of the betting session, regardless of winning or losing. now let's discuss what you asked in this thread, "What's Your Feeling After You Finish Gambling".

Honestly, how should I answer it because in each session we sometimes get different experiences. except, if the question you ask is more specific. for example, how we feel after we finish gambling in a situation where we lose big.  or it could be the other way around, when victory is approaching us. but okay, I'll try to answer what was asked in this thread. firstly, I cannot answer specifically and definitively. because, it all depends on the situation and conditions. but let's just say I lost, if I say I'm happy it's the same as lying to myself. on the other hand, when I win, I don't need to tell you because we can guess it I guess. so what's the point, there is no other word than I move on to do other activities regardless of the situation after the gambling session. or, I can rest with the remaining time. so there is no definite answer for me to your question, because for me it is complex and difficult for me to say with just words. in essence, I have to neutralize whatever it is and get back to doing what I have to do.

How you feel after gambling depends on how much you lose, and this can get even better and you will care less if you lose money if the amount you risk means nothing to you, I can afford to lose $20 in gambling and I will still feel very good, because I can really afford that multiple times to do other things and I choose to risk $20 on gambling, just once or twice in a week.

How you want your feeling to be after every gambling is all on you, if you are careless your feeling will get ruined, if you risk a lot of money you could have a bad week due to losing the money, make sure you don't risk too much on gambling and also make sure that you don't take money from friend and family all because you want to gamble.

To be honest, everyone have their bad days, where you just feel sad for no reason sake, I always make sure I don't gamble on such days because having a good feeling before gambling can also bring you good luck.

Be happy and risk only what you can afford to lose.

Exactly, although some boundaries and self-control are indeed very important in a gambling activity but it is not always easy to do and that difficulty is one of the reasons why there are still people who fall into addiction, none other than the impact that occurs due to excessive approach and the difficulty to resist all the temptations and emotions that occur when the final result does not match or is very far from what we want.

I think some advice will only be useful if the person we are advising is still at a pretty good level of awareness but awareness is one of the things that is difficult for them to get when they are running a session, there are so many temptations that make them disobey the plan they have built before that they end up getting carried away, it is very clear that with the difficulty of achieving awareness in gambling it will obviously make them closer to the addiction zone which is certainly very bad. So this is the importance of having the right understanding of gambling, especially about the chances of winning and the risk of losing, if you understand everything then I think you will not dare to overdo it because it is very difficult to recover if you have entered the addiction consciously or unconsciously.

Mostly satisfied. Even if I were to lose all my money (which is what happens most of the time), I rarely leave or stop playing that frustrated. I've tried to always have that mindset to stop chasing losses so anxiousness and any similar emotions are rarely felt by me. I've always kept in my mind to always enjoy the thrill of playing (and losing money) itself instead of anything else. In the past I did experience frustration though, like a lot, similar to how I first picked up trading, but I've moved on from that after countless of times of feeling that.

Can be both - enjoyed and depressing.
Enjoy - a normal reaction when I win but Depressed when the moment I lose. But it never meant that I was in regret, I'd still make fun of doing this even if I lost my money. I am already aware of the possibilities that happen to me when gambling and it is helpless if I have to get mad. We'd rather not go into gambling instead if our mind is focusing on winning but not accepting losses.

If we are a fan of gambling, then make sure that we enjoy what we are doing instead of getting angry.

Happiness is free, we choose to be happy from the little things we found around. We don't choked up our chances of happiness, it comes freely without any force momentum. Gambling is definitely not an activity we should be happy about, because it's doesn't pose any form of excitement and it can only become imperative and beneficial for us when we're eating good in profits. I've never missed out on good odds and confident games, though I'm not perfect but I always ensure to manage my time being in the system and good results is my priority.

You need to make up your mind that you are doing gambling mainly for FUN and not only for money. Because if you do not think like this then only the money-making factor will be in your mind and you may not think in terms of having entertainment. Gaining or losing in gambling at a particular time may not be in your control, but getting fun and getting entertained will always be in your control.

When you are winning in gambling, it will be hard to quit for many gamblers. The gamblers believe that since they are making money, why not keep playing and make more money? The fear of loss just fades away when a gambler is on a winning streak and it seems that gambling is a way easy money making game. They only realize their mistake when they start to lose and in this process they may turn their gambling profit in losses.

The feelings produced after gambling depend on the initial expectations when gambling. When the hope of winning at gambling is not fulfilled, feelings of disappointment, despair will arise and can trigger depression. Gamblers are often trapped in a cycle of negative feelings due to not being able to control their emotions when they lose.
Gamblers' feelings can change to happiness and euphoria after winning, but these feelings can quickly change to frustration and anger when they lose. Gamblers' emotional fluctuations can change instantly depending on the results obtained after gambling.

They are aware that they may be becoming addicted to gambling, it's just that we only have our own timeline for how long it will take us to overcome the addiction.
We can still advise the person not to get too deep into gambling, especially if he can feel the consequences because he has experienced it before. He should also be able to realize that what he did was wrong and must be corrected by not doing it again. Maybe he will find it difficult to immediately stop his gambling activities so he can try to reduce his gambling activities first while trying to do other things that can divert his mind. If they can do this, they can reduce their gambling activities and will not be too dependent on gambling to get pleasure because they already have other things that can give them pleasure. Moreover, he can save his money to use it for other needs or just save it for the future.

giving advice to other people is fine, but we also have to look at the situation that other people are experiencing because sometimes a gambler experiences feelings of regret when you come to give advice, it will definitely end badly and you could even be blamed, but if you give advice to other people, when their feelings of regret have disappeared, it will be the best advice for them because we care about that person, it will definitely be assumed that there are still people who care and are more enthusiastic about not repeating their mistakes again.

feelings of regret after gambling are usually experienced by gamblers and this general thing cannot be avoided, especially if the loss of money is too big, the feeling of regret is greater and difficult to get rid of. however, strangely enough, when the person can control himself not to repeat same mistake and gets big win, he will start to forget everything he has done and immediately winning gives him pleasure, then losing again gives him a deeper feeling of regret and can even give him a feeling of regret negative effects such as depression or stress.

Im not really that a fan on giving out some advises unless if you are part of the family then it would be normal that you would really be helping them on the time that they are on a tough situation
specially on gambling addiction which is something that wont really be that so easy to overcome on which it would really be just that we would really be doing for our family members
but for other people then i dont really care at all. It would really be that useless and pointless for you to tell them on what are the things that they should gonna do. We are the ones who do make
out our own future in regarding on the actions that we are making. It is really just that impossible that you cant really be able to point out on which is good and which is bad.

Advising a gambler not to go deep into gambling can help him, but he also needs some hands to stop. I mean a person that'll be there for him and take him out to some other events which can help him have different thoughts on gambling. The ball is also on the court of the gambler, he'll also need to decide if he'd be interested in following an advise. If the player is interested in quitting gambling, then it'll be easier for the person's advise to work out and change him. But, it's not a simple process. Staying with them and controlling their thought works best, then holding their funds or card so that they won't deposit more money in gambling. Due to the mental disorder it may have caused the addict, the person acting as his therapist also need to have patience, until the brain begin to correct. Because while helping them manage the money they waste in gambling, the person could be acting strange or insisting that he'd want to gamble. So, anybody who wants to help an addicted player out of addiction should zero his mind to help them till the end.

Right, that's why it's really hard to separate our emotions when we gamble. We hear advises from people saying that we should enjoy and have some fun. But there are times that maybe you will feel depressed because you didn't  get what you want for when gambling.

So for me, when I bet I just try to be positive and hope that my bet will be on my side.

If not, they I say to myself to stay easy and relax and it might not be for your that day and just go live another day and play.

When someone experiences bad things from gambling, there are two attitudes that each gambler will have.
- Emotional and does not accept defeat so he will try to recover from the loss with the aim that the loss is not large amount.
But their mistake is not realizing that gambling will be full of losses and efforts to recover losses will only result in an increase in the expenditure of money that will be lost.
- Regret and being lost in sadness, this will make someone feel very sorry for gambling but they still have the curiosity to return to betting another time.
Many gamblers regret their mistakes but fail in trying to change them, they only regret it for moment and at another time they repeat the same thing.
It won't be easy to stop gambling because it will always create curiosity and this really affects the minds of all gamblers.
It just that reducing the intensity of gambling makes much more sense and of course those who are really in very difficult conditions will be able to reduce the intensity of their gambling.

Giving advice and suggestions to other gamblers is not easy if we are still gambler ourselves because they will of course think that you are just gambler so why give advice to other gamblers.
You must be able to advise yourself before advising others and you must be able to prove these changes to give other gamblers confidence that what you are saying is useful.
This is the reality and I myself received statement like this few days ago when trying to give advice to friend of mine who always crossed the line in gambling.
Dealing with other people attitudes and conditions is really very difficult, especially when they are in uncertain conditions.

Mine, what happens to me is quite a little but different, instead of me having that feeling of satisfaction,I'm always skeptical about the game I just played, whether I will win or not,but most atimes,I always feel like I have thrown away that money again, that's exactly the feeling that comes after I finished betting a game.Since football game is unpredictable, because it's football sports I'm used to gambling on,I always have a less concerned feeling about it because I know any money spent on gambling is not to return back so easily, except for the days that God has decided that you win.Buy at thesame time, man needs not to relent, rather keep trying because you may have a win someday.

That means we have to see when the right time is to be able to advise someone who may be feeling down. If we can approach him slowly, he will be able to accept our advice and will follow it even though he needs time to recover from his feelings of regret. But apart from giving advice, we also have to be able to accompany him when he still feels regret so that he realizes that we are still there beside him to help him get out of his problem. He will see who his real friends are by knowing that we are still helping him and not just advising him because someone down really needs someone who can understand his situation.

It is natural for a gambler to experience feelings of regret after losing money in gambling because many of them have spent a lot of money but have not been able to win at all. This makes them regret it, but many don't feel that regret on other days and seem to have forgotten it. Many gamblers do things like that, and there is no change in them because they are still gambling as usual, and the advice we give will not enter their minds.

Im not really that a fan on giving out some advises unless if you are part of the family then it would be normal that you would really be helping them on the time that they are on a tough situation
specially on gambling addiction which is something that wont really be that so easy to overcome on which it would really be just that we would really be doing for our family members

There may be a time when we will give advice to someone who is not family because he really needs that advice. And when that happens, we can give them advice on what they can do specifically to overcome their gambling addiction. They may really need someone who can understand their situation and maybe we are the only ones who really understand them. So we have to help him to overcome the problem and when it is a gambling addiction, we can also ask his family members to help him. He will see that other family members areother family members are willing to help him besides us, so they will feel that their family members still care about him and really want to help him solve his problem.

Advising a gambler not to go deep into gambling can help him, but he also needs some hands to stop. If someone has been gambling for a long time, there is a possibility that he will not want to accept advice from other people because he will feel that he can still handle the problem. He will reject our suggestions and say it's okay. But if he has experienced defeat and really wants to stop it all, we can help him stop gambling and keep him away from problems that may not have happened yet so that he can be saved from these serious problems. Everything depends on the gambler because we only help him and do not force him to follow our suggestions. We can watch him closely so we know what he is doing and if he starts to stray, we can approach him and give him suggestions. Maybe he was only willing to accept our advice at that time because we were nearby when he started having problems. And when he starts accepting advice from other people, we can start helping him and guiding him so he doesn't take the wrong path.

When someone experiences bad things from gambling, there are two attitudes that each gambler will have.

It is better to reduce the intensity of gambling than to experience continuous losses. This is to avoid the frustration and stress that every gambler can experience after they have finished gambling. After they experience consecutive defeats, they should realize that they no longer need to be so serious about gambling, so they just need to enjoy their free time gambling and just enjoy it. However, if they still try to recover from their losses, they will only experience defeat again, and at that time, they will be triggered to gamble even more, so they will experience more losses.

Yes, it is not easy to give advice to other gamblers while we are also gamblers. But we give advice as fellow gamblers who don't want to see someone get down because of gambling. But we really have to be able to position ourselves when we want to give advice to someone who often gambles because, after all, there is a possibility that our advice will be rejected. He will not be able to accept it.

After many years of participating in gambling games, I learned to enjoy the game regardless of the result of the game. I realized for myself that I can’t go all-in and spend an amount on a bet that I will regret and suffer from the consequences. Now I only play for small amounts that I don’t mind to lose and treat it like a ticket to an attraction and the main task is to have fun, this is no longer about hunting for a big win.

Its hard when we getting addected and faces losses. At the moment any gambles can't explain what is their feelings especially new gambler. It's very confusing moment when we faces loss. But that's a game their is win or lose. So if you win you must faces losses. That's the reason play safely. After finishing gambling I'm okay and day by day experience is increasing and it's making a source of earning and enjoyment. I'm loving and enjoy gambling day by day.

This response generally represents about 99%, and I agree with you. The ultimate outcome regarding our feelings after gambling reflects how the gambling session went. Everyone experiences something different based on the atmosphere of the gambling involved.

There's only a 1% chance that someone loses in gambling but still feels an incredible thrill afterward. Yes, perhaps it's because they were making a significant amount of money before, and the loss in gambling is just a small part of it (so, it doesn't make them hurt) . Another factor could be excessive alcohol consumption. It feels great to be part of that 1%.

Experienced gamblers like yourself wouldn't get carried away by the common goal of most newbie gamblers; hunting for money. Taking the second options indicates how long you've been in the gambling niche. I've also been in the category of newbies, where I thought gambling is an avenue for winning money. Later I understood we all need to have a knowledge of gambling before participating in it. The journey is never to get rich quick or even earn money in the process. Gamblers now turn it into a career, which is not a good game for most players. Staying relaxed after playing gambling shows that a player enjoyed his money and doesn't regret one bit of his time spent while gambling. Hence, to remain on a good lane of gambling one doesn't need to follow the route of money, as he could be facing a bitter experience in his gambling journey. They've been multiple complaints of people who wouldn't accept that gambling is a fun game or activity, due to the fact their money has been lost while gambling.

As long you do find yourself that getting the leisure and entertainment you do seek then this is something that you should really be that whether you do get contented or not.

When gambling then it should really be just that for fun, in case you do lose then you should only be thinking that you are really that paying for the fun that you are really that experiencing.
People who do get addicted are the ones who do aim for more or into those people who are really that aiming for money then they are usually do ends up on getting addicted.

But after finishing the game what's your overall feeling how did you overcome this feeling and how many hours or days did it last?

Be honest with yourself and vote on the poll on What's Your Feeling After You Finish Gambling?
Voted for the second option: Enjoy.

As long you do find yourself that getting the leisure and entertainment you do seek then this is something that you should really be that whether you do get contented or not.
Actions be made would really be that definitely be that depending on a certain individual since not all would really be that get easily contented on whatever they are dealing with.

This is very true, when we are in the presence of doing things that can guarantee different ways of enjoyment, it is quite obvious that we are going to get very excited with the gambling part, always in any part of the world we are going to come across casinos and casinos. If we want to do it well, then we have to control ourselves, that's why in every game option that we have, every time we play we will have many options to win, then when we are doing a lot of things to be able to have the best experience, well it always takes us a while to certain processes, such as selecting the casino that we like the most, if the casino has the game that we like the most and above all if the casino that we like adapts to the levels of security that we want, because that is what we basically always we must do to generate the best possible in terms of our fun.

In this order of ideas, our experience is what makes our fun greater, because if we do not fall into addictions things will be seen in a different way , the most Natural thing is that we will Always be satisfied in each game Session and that is what we should look for even if we lose, because sometimes when we lose we are not satisfied with that, but we do other things, like trying to recover what they have Previously lost , I think that is not the way to end up satisfied, that is why we always I emphasize that when we are Playing in a Casino we must do things responsibly and to start being responsible we have to stick to the fact that we always have to do any type of things to make our money work, for that reason we Always go to have ways to generate new things to be Able to play efficiently, or as they say on stake.com play Intelligently , that is what we Should always do , whatever the game, the experience after playing should always be Satisfactory , win or Lose.

Majorly the feeling expected is a win and calculations on how to spend the money and constant checks on the game and if their will be any chance for a chasout if uncertainty sets in its now a three option thing you win lose or you cashout half way.
Their is nothing more painful than when you lose a bet because you already had an expectation. Gambling knows how to twist people's emotions. Another factor is frustration and fury; gambling is simple but can also be tricky, especially with emotions. Emotions bring with them a variety of feelings. And one thing about it is that it gives and takes so much depending on the face you are showing at the time.

Winning is the main focus for most gamblers, we can't lie because winning comes in the form of money and everyone wants money so that's one of the reasons why gamblers always go overboard in their involvement in order to realize their dreams, their hopes are not wrong but what is wrong is that they put their hopes and expectations on something that has no guarantee and certainty to produce, so when defeat occurs most of them cannot accept the fact that they lost.

Cashing out is always the best option if you manage to get a winning amount in one of your sessions, but most of them don't remember that regret always comes at the end so they prefer to play greed in that situation which is basically the end of the session will not always be predictable, and there are usually more regrets than smiles. So if your goal is to win then why when you get it you are greedy? isn't it all still uncertain and you have proven it yourself that it is very difficult to get a win, don't end up getting emotional because it's all your own fault for not being able to be grateful for what you got at the beginning.

A good thread, for different gambling experiences from different people. As for me, I'm in a different mood every time I gamble, so I end up with different feelings. When I'm angry, if I gambled, I'm still angry.

Regret only happens when I lose money, it has nothing to do with conservatism, I don't think so, it is a game that is sometimes relaxing and sometimes stressful. It provides unique experiences and you realize that you need nerves of steel to be able to see and interpret feelings.

Mood could really be just;;

Happy,Sad,Neutral - on which this would really be just that depending on a certain individual on which it would really be just that normal that emotions could really be felt out considering that
some people do already expect that they could really be able to win up money with gambling and some are really just that playing for the sake of fun on which it is really just that a
common approach that they would really be having those kind of involvement basing up on the interest or things that they do have in mind which it is most likely
that people would really be dealing up with something that they could potentially earn.

Emotions on the end would really be definitely be reflecting out on the outcome that you have been that experiencing. If you are winning then you would be happy
but if you do lose then that would bring out disappointment.

I think that all of us gamblers do not always have the same feelings when we finish gambling, because whether we admit it or not, we still feel different. Of course, there were times when we enjoyed ourselves, but it wasn't enough because we didn't win what we expected.

There are other times when we are fully satisfied because there are days when we get lucky because we win something when we play gambling. And there are also times when we feel depressed or unhappy because we have lost a large amount that we should have won. Such feelings make us sometimes blame ourselves for regretting that we will never be able to get it back.

The thing is that I get this strange mix between tiredness and utter satisfaction everytime I gamble. my usual gambling sessions stretch for hours on end so it makes sense that I feel that but at the same time the sheer satisfaction that I get when I gamble and I have a lot of fun from it is definitely what keeps me going. Strangely, I get the same feeling when I play videogames too, or when I subject myself to sports and workout. I get tired, almost to the point of exhaustion and it's still considerably fun for me. I guess that's what happens when I don't force myself to chase for wins and money and I just wing every roll. Which is why I always suggest playing for the hell and entertainment of it rather than for any materialistic motives.

I keep myself in check everytime I gamble too. I make sure that I don't harbor any negative emotions that I can project into my gambling behavior for that particular session and therefore fuck with the way I gamble or at least take in things. It sure has helped me save so much money as I know that if I gamble when I'm sad or mad I become more reckless and prone to revenge gambling. I think it's a page out of my book that some people should also look into. The thing is that gambling is definitely a form of pastime but at the same time you better be careful with how you handle your emotions and mood prior to your journey, as it will definitely affect how you gamble.

We have a totally different feeling after we finish gambling. Some are happy because they won, others feel depressed because they lost their money in gambling. Others are just neutral because the reason is that they don't focus much of their attention, time and money on gambling. As you can see, it all depends on a person's situation that's why it's not easy to tell because not everything we see on a person's face is what they really feel. There are some who just smile but deep inside there are serious problems they are facing.

Be honest with yourself and vote on the poll on What's Your Feeling After You Finish Gambling?

It depends on the outcome. I remember one time I gambled for almost 12 hours just because I'm winning and lost track of time and ended up with a break-even, I still felt happy as I enjoyed my time gambling but at the same time I felt tired and I have wasted a lot of time gambling and could've done something else if I'll just end up with a break-even. But I always look at the brighter side whenever I win, lose or break-even. It's always mixed emotions when gambling, as most of us say it's a roller-coaster of emotion since all of us are yearning to hit a jackpot or win big.

The feeling that is felt is always different depending on the gambler itself. For gamblers who consider gambling as a fun activity or consider gambling as an activity that can eliminate the pressure felt in everyday life, They are not too focused on the results obtained after gambling, winning or losing are common for gamblers of this type.
I consider gambling as an exciting activity, so there is no feeling of depression, annoyance or even dissatisfied that leaves the pressure in self that can cause emotions. Gambling is a fun activity, if the gambler is not ready to accept defeat, Never gamble with money that is not ready to be eliminated.

12 hours? thats too long mate on which im not really that able to spend up 1 hour when playing gambling but well we do have our own break times on which we can really be that vacant on doing something specially gambling but of course you would really be needing to have more money for you to sustain that gambling session. When it comes to feeling then it would really be that definitely be basing or depending on the outcome
on which just like on what others been saying that if you do win up money then you would be happy but if not then you would definitely be that angry or disappointed when it comes to the results.

The important thing on here is that you should really know on when to stop and when to secure profits but if you are really that aiming for leisure or entertainment then
you would really be that definitely be that continuing on playing. Emotions be felt would really be just that the same since we are just humans.
We do share up with the same feelings or emotions on the time that we are really that experiencing those events.

Gambling is a fun activity, if the gambler is not ready to accept defeat, Never gamble with money that is not ready to be eliminated.
Of course, it will depend on what results each gambler gets. If he experiences loss and the loss is very big, he will be sad and disappointed, maybe even frustrated at the reality he is experiencing. And he will feel that he must try to recover his loss the next day. But gamblers who win will be happy to see their winnings, and there is a possibility that they will return to the casino to try to get another win. But for those of us who use gambling as a fun activity, we will not think about the results because we just want to enjoy our free time by gambling. We also won't think about recovering from that loss because we know it can change the situation and result in more losses. For this reason, we have to use the money we can afford in gambling not to feel disappointed, sad, or frustrated because we have experienced loss. And whatever we receive in the final result is the risk of gambling.

Exhausted. That's my answer. Because losing happens more often than winning so exhaustion is mostly what I feel after a gambling day. But when I do stop after a win, the feeling of satisfaction is there. It's not like I want to lose but that's the result most of the time. I think the question should be for the winning part and the losing part because I don't see a gambler who wins big feeling exhausted when he is done. :D
Playing casino games takes hours and if you watch your money fluctuating from red to green then back to red, it makes your mind messy because you don't know when you should stop. Then there's the eye sore too.

I think there will be different feeling depends on the result of the bets.
Stop/finish gamble when in profits = satisfied and already thinking when to place bets again and Im pretty sure I will gamble again in less than 24 hours.
Stop/finish gamble after loss = depressed, frustration and thinking how to get more money for another deposit and win it back.

No matter if we win or lose, satisfied or depressed - most of the gamblers will think "When or How to play again"

It always depends on the outcome of your finished session gambling. Of course if you lose you will feel dissatisfied and joyless. And if you win will you feel depressed and exhausted. Well, I know there are some cases where I enjoy gambling but end up losing. Enjoyment in gambling doesn't always about on winning. Some people find pleasure in the process and experience even if they don't come out on top. And even if you win, you may feel guilty about gambling because of the possible negative outcomes like financial risks or how it affects you and others.

Whether a person wins or loses, every outcome will have an impact on how they feel about themselves.

Being a human, I always feel the effects of my emotions on the things I enjoy doing, whether it be sports, movies, gambling, or anything else. If something I am interested in isn't turning out the way I had hoped, for whatever reason, my mood will start to shift in line with the results I am starting to see at that point. If it tends to go well, I'll be happy about it. If not, I'll be disappointed and regret why I started gambling that day.

Most of the time I feel good I guess.

This is such a weird question because there's never one and the same feeling. It all depends on the results. It can be happiness, but it also can be a bit of sadness and frustration.
I doubt you'll find someone who always has the same feelings after gambling, just like you'll never find a person who feels the same after work, or after a party. There's not a single person in the world that keeps on winning and there's not a single person in the world that is sane and is happy after a losing streak.

My feeling is usually, "OK, that was fun but I'm bored now.  On to something else."

In rare occasions I may even be happy that I won some money.  Typically though I gamble when I get some down time and want to kill a couple minutes, so just occupying 10 or 15 minutes of my time is usually the motivating factor, not trying to get rich.  I think if more people gambled like this they would probably enjoy it more and save themselves from losing streaks.  The second it stops being fun I'm gone.

Gambling is for the strong people and we need to make sure that we do the necessary things so that we can make money from gambling. Sometimes when i finish betting I do feel like annoyed mostly when I do not have any winnings. The result of gambling is what will determine our mood so we don't have to tell somehow. Gambling is more of result and that is what will keep making us smile and determine our mood. Consistent profits is always a joyful thing for us and it do make us feel happy with the urge to gamble more for more winnings.

Do you really expect consistent profits on gambling?
Luck cannot be arranged in such a way, when you bet and lose it is beyond your expectations.
Defeat is certain and victory will also come, you can't say about consistent winnings.

More winnings will certainly be some losses incurred, and you need to do management on the amount of funds for betting.
Making money from gambling consistently is quite difficult, you need to be lucky enough, and you also need to maximize every opportunity and besides that you just need to see how the system will work.

Do not make gambling the main place to earn income, because it will not give definite results.
I prefer to do gambling as entertainment only.
