If you are requesting a loan I suggest you follow these guidelines to keep yourself and your account safe.

Secured loans:

If you are newbie looking for a loan, offer collateral!  There is almost no chance of a newbie receiving a loan without collateral.

@OP, On this forum, if you must get a loan, then you have to offer collateral, otherwise no lender will grant you a loan. Suggestion: You can possibly seek for a loan from some micro finance banks in your country or ask your friends. No lender will accept your offered collateral.

My collateral is a crypto account with altcoin in it
You must be out of your mind or you are out of your substance and not knowing what you are posting. You have to send the collateral to the person you are loaning from. Or you can use you Bitcointalk account as an opportunity if you are in a campaign but you are not in a campaign. If anyone borrow you money now, 100% certain that you will not pay back.

why not use the altcoin on that "crypto account"? is there any reason why you don't want to use it? I mean, wouldn't that be far easier than borrowing money from someone and then paying what you borrow with interest?

Ok I understand so that's how it works how do I join a campaign?
each campaign has a set of rules, a lot of them require the person to be a certain rank in the forum before they can join, so if you want to join a campaign you need to be a certain rank to do that, and if you want to rank up you need to earn merit and if you want to earn merit you need to post.

check this thread for more info about rank and merit FAQ: Everything you need to know about forum 'activity, account ranks and merit (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2766177.0)

also, it seems that you are fairly new to the forum, you might want to read this thread too Newbies - Read before posting (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1689727.0)

Let's start with this.

What is that altcoin you have? What it is current market value vs the loan you are trying to acquire? Is it locked in the account, or are you able to transfer it out the account to the lenders address?

The altcoin I have is dexcoin the current market value is $150 it's locked in the account
That will not be considered valid collateral as most lenders will want 125% of the amount you are looking to get loaned in a currency they can exchange if you default on the loan. Best option is lock this thread as you have no shot at a loan.

How will the lender sell off a token locked in your account to recover his money in case you default the loan, which we know you are very likely to do.

This is the same person who called crypto a scam (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5478900.0) now trying to take a crypto loan using a locked shitcoin as collateral. Wow, people can really be shameless.
