You violated one of the rules of this forum. It is just 90 days ban..I think moderators is getting less strict with members on this forum. If it was before, I think this is permanent ban, but you are given 90 days ban. Read the rules of this forum very well and do not violate any rules, for it not to cause you something like this again.

Copywriting infringement simply means plagiarism. This will cause your account permanent ban if it was before.

You're still lucky that it's not a permanent ban.
Usually, copywriting is equal to plagiarism which has a big punishment of surely banning the account and as I said, you're lucky enough because the lowest to copyright is the DCMA.

Two of your topics have been deleted recently and your ban is probably related to them.

In one of the deleted topics, you were selling DAZN accounts and in the other one, you were selling Play Station accounts.
I think you were banned because you were selling those accounts without having permission from the owners.  

Well you should be happy is not Pama ban, i guess you can endure till 90 days is over and is about 2 months and 3 weeks
and that is the penalty for someone who violate the rules and regulation, whatever post or content you are making over here should have a source link if possible the author can be quoted inside the content so that you won't be ban again next time.

I think you PMed someone inappropriately, and that PM also contained plagiarism. For this you are restricted from PMing for 90 days.
You are lucky that no plagiarism has been detected in your account post, if you have plagiarism in the post then you can get permanent ban from posting.

So you posted something like images or content that's copyrighted by someone, a company, or a big website that has already established a brand name.  I think that's the thread that you created a long time ago related to selling stolen cards.

I think @hosseinimr93 has given you the reason why the account was suspended, so you need to check with the company which cards and products you do offer to sell here on the forum; they might be the ones behind reporting your thread to moderators, as it might be against their copyright policy, unless you have some official contract to deal with and sell some of those products.
 
So if I'm to give my one scent of suggestion, I will say you should just be patient and wait till the account serves its 90-day punishment, and after that, you can start your normal life on the forum and mind the cards you offer to sell in the forum in order not to get banned again as it might not be this friendly next time.

In the play Station thread, it was a reply that got deleted, not the whole thread.
The ban must be related to selling DAZN accounts.

I think it's now clear that why you were banned.

The message is saying that the forum received DMCA takedown.

@Cliosa2002 you will simply have to wait for those 90 days to pass, and I would advise you not to make new accounts while waiting as it might get banned as well. Anyway, an interesting case and I don't think I saw something like this before on bitcointalk.


And on what exactly you base that assumption? Just because he won't be able to send private messages for 90 days?

First of all, my virtual card thread does not contain stolen cards, they are all cards of a private organization that does not belong to the bank in my country, the cards are already mine, I do not think the problem is related to the cards because that ad of mine is active, but thank you for your message

I won't say that it would be different if you had a different strategy, but if you had offered all your "services" in one topic, and not in more than 10 (or even more), you might have passed under someone's radar. Now the only question is whether you were caught by someone outside the forum, or if you were reported by a competitor.

90 days is not such a terrible punishment, because last time some members got a permanent ban because they were selling a popular anti-malware software, and the real owners obviously didn't like that.

First I've seen of this type of ban but I'm guessing theymos (or another admin) recieved a dmca takedown for one of your threads and decided to issue the ban. Maybe the takedown notice should have been included or the name of the infringed party so you don't make the same mistake again.

I believe you may have misunderstood the topic.  This is about copyright infringement, not plagiarism.  While plagiarism often leads to copyright infringement, copyright infringement doesnt always involve plagiarism.
For example, if you use a copyrighted photo in your commercial product, you may be infringing on the photographer's copyright, even if you cite the original source. You didnt try to pass it off as your own, just used it without permission.  Plagiarism is more about not citing sources and acting like you wrote something yourself when you did not.

This is the first time I have seen any DMCA related ban on bitcointalk.org.

Logically, if a DMCA notice was sent to Bitcointalk, they likely sent a similar notice to Loyce.club. However, I believe LoyceV doesn't have any contact info except for the PM option.

While having contact information is essential, adding your email address as plaintext can attract spam to your inbox.

It's better to display it as an image to prevent bots from reading your email.

Bots can read images just as well as humans can.

That part I bolded should interest us and that's so offenders will know what offence they're reprimanded for. Punishment should be seen as a wake-up call and a change for better, not as a means to "exterminate". If members know what infringement they commit it will be difficult to repeat such next time. I applaud you pointing that out, hilariousandco.

The reason is obviously copyright from DAZN, unfortunately I did not know this and did not think it would be a problem since thousands of people were using this type of subscription service.
