I do not know if there is any of such app but what I do is that I have several exchanges. All the exchanges will give a notification about the coin that they are about to list on their site. Some of them also have in-app notifications.

But the thing is if you do not have an account on an exchange that a coin first want to be listed, no notification would be sent until the exchange wants to list the coin.

Having like 10 exchanges can be helpful. Some like Binance, Kucoin, Bybit, OKX and others always send notification about the coin that they are about to list.

They are new coins, be careful.

By searching through Google I found this one below and I think this is what you looking for but it only supports Android.

- Crypto Exchange Listing Alerts (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.altnotify&pcampaignid=web_share) app

About sites, there is only one site that I found check this one below

You can also check these useful tools to know new listed and upcoming coin listing

- https://www.coingecko.com/en/watchlists/upcoming-cryptocurrencies

I don't know if Coingeko has an alert but try to contact them and maybe they have a hidden feature for free to alert you to new coin listing through email or the app.

You can check CryptoCurrencyAlerts[1]. Depending on how many alerts you want to set, or notifications you want to receive, it's possible that you might need to go with the paid plan[2] instead of the free one.

Maybe you should make use of the Binance app for that, they will get you notified of their new listings, but you can also google search for that, most of the projects are being advertised firstly on twitter, telegram before they got to exchanges, they also have their own sites in which when you make a research about them you will discover their platform and other channels they make use in disseminating informations, if you can get some recommended apps from the Internet, then use them and give a try at your own risk.

New coins have big risk and even they have quick pumps, they will be dumped later.

If you are greed and stuck with them, dumps will eat up your capital and if you panic sell, you lose money.
If you hold those coins, you can lose money too if those projects have bad tokenomics (high inflation).

See how many altcoins lost 90 to 99% from their all time highs in two bearish years 2022 and 2023 since bull runs in 2020 to 2021. You will fall to same traps if you chase new listing coins.

There are many web and mobile-based applications that can be used to get alerts of new listings, but why do you need the details of new listings, if you are planning to take trades in them, either of short or of long, then allow me to tell you that it is not a safe way to make money, because we can't predict the highs and lows of the newly listed token. I hope you understand my point here.

BTW these we the few links I found to get signals of newly listed tokens

  • https://coinmarketcal.com/en/

You can use Coinmarketcal to get the information on new listings but you have to see them manually like you might not get any alerts in them but in the first link, you can easily get alerts.

Since Binance listings and delistings are the biggest price movers for the involved coins and tokens, Binance app does it so well for me (the PC version). All I have to do is keep it running. It sends push notifications about Listings and delisting among other things. Other exchange apps probably do the same thing, though most of them don't have the PC trading terminals.

I hope this article from Coingecko can play its role as a warning to people who want to join new trends, invest in trendy coins.

New trends appear with each bull market and with source codes, developers can simply use those source codes of successful trendy projects to launch their new ones with surely will not succeed like pioneering projects. Because new teams don't have enough capability to build up their own projects.

When the trend is over, most of trendy projects will be abandoned and die. The stat is 50% of cryptocurrency failed but it is only tip of iceberg. Trendy projects have failed rate bigger than 50%.

It seems that I have never seen an application that can provide special signals about the list of new coins launched on the exchange and usually I see it on certain exchanges regarding new coins. On some exchanges, there is usually a notification that immediately gives a list of new coins listed on that exchange and when you want to see it, just press it. But if asked specifically whether there is an application that provides alerts to email or SMS to register new coins then as far as I know there probably isn't one yet.

Usually a notification will be given when someone has registered on the application and automatically anything new will be conveyed to them through the application itself or by sending it directly to the email that we registered. New coins have a much greater level of risk and if you are not able to analyze their development it will only result in investment losses.

I've joined Binance Telegram channel since the beginning and every single announcement,
https://t.me/binance_announcements

Whether it's a listing or a launch pad or a lunch pool of any kind, has been kept up to date. When they add or announce anything, the notification immediately goes up, go to Telegram, and you have to do is join it, then you have a notification of any kind regarding Binance. Yes, but you have to turn on the notification bell, it's a great channel, and it keeps you updated with information in a great way.

Traders know that coins or tokens will dump at any time and investing in them is short-term for the first 10 minutes after listing, but knowing that coin or token will be 100% listed means guaranteed profits because it is rare for a currency to be listed and its price does not increase.
You will not get a guaranteed profit for free, so you will not get news about the currencies that will be listed enough time before you can buy, for example, two or three days for free, and thus news will not be available to everyone, even if it is paid.

You can program your own listing alerts with Telegram bot, you can get resources from their ann media such as Telegram channels or Twitter.
Today I built a simple telegram bot that forwards listing tweets to my telegram channel. This is completely without coding, just used keywords or hashtags which are characteristic of each exchange when announcing the coin listing. I use nitter.cz as my rss feed bot as we can't access twitter search directly without login. You can try it here. https://t.me/ListingNotifier

Dear Your point of view is so accurate but I would like to add some from my side as well. First of all, Altcoins have high risk so we need to be very picky in this case i mean if we want to earn good profit we should check the project use case and how their team is motivated. Are they collaborating with other good projects to make this project successful or not? if they are maintaining their ecosystem to make it sky rocking then put some amount in this project. Because we can not predict anything here 100% accurately. Put only those funds in the project you can bear in case of loss and if luck goes in your favor you will see a good profit from the Project. Many Thanks!

because lately it is very important to review projects that will be listed on the stock exchange buried in 2023. This is a good moment right now, let me know if you know about it

That's why I said, we should think first, make some strategy to minimize the loss, or simply said, we should do risk management properly, besides your point which is almost obvious because we only can trade in alts either they are newly listed coins or not, I was just trying to emphasize the risk that the OP  might not be aware of. That's because the current era is highly full of newbies who think cryptocurrency is a quick rich scheme.

The funny thing is, sometimes we make some plan to make a profit and think that no one would have thought of it before, it is totally unique and I if follow this plan I can make a good profit, like shorting in USDC pair on Binance, I know USDC is a stable currency but we can still short on it and think that we can make some good profit on it but it is not going to make us rich plus risk still involves here. And I thought OP might be thinking that he found a technique that is new to him/her and no one knows about it, but that's not the case, its just all newbies including me went through the same phase.

This looks fun, and I will give it a try, just to add, I already gave a try on the "@botfather" bot creator but was not able to make any bot using it now I will give it a try, but I don't think the result would be reliable as we are getting keywords mentioned on Twitter and we know a lot of spam keywords are used to pump some coin.

Since I only catch the newest tweets feed once my bot is active, older tweets won't be forwarded.

let me know if you know about it
There isn't a single channel I found that provides listing tweets of all the top exchange so far (unless you subscribe via alert sites where you've to submit your username), that's why I tried to create one.

Have fun experimenting.
My channel is currently only forwarding tweets from Kucoin, OKX, Bybit, HTX, and Bitget.
Currently I use manybot which unfortunately each bot is only limited to subscribing to 5 feed lists. You'll have to create several similar bots if you want to forward more than 5 feeds to your channel.

Maybe you can take a look any different telegram community that are into listing and alerting their community about the latest project in the market. You can also checkout different exchanges because many of these exchanges are always informing their community about the latest projects to be listed. You can have access to many of these information on social media especially on Twitter, Telegram, Medium etc. There you can be updated about latest coin projects to be listed.

I don't consider people who spend money for 10 minutes or like a day, are investors.

They are either traders or speculators and only want to hop on a pump and dump games to get profit. At least they hope that they will get profit by joining those games but there are winners and losers in those games and I am quite sure not all of participants will get profit.

New projects are quite risky, but I'd rather get notifications of new projects that are listed on large exchanges such as Binance, OKEx, Kucoin, Bybit, Biget, etc. it will be more promising because now many projects are using Cex as a launchpad so it will be listed soon. rather than seeing a list of new coins coming in on exchanges that you don't trust and most of them are just trash coins.

Anyone that is looking to invest in that way needs to realize that the most important thing is to get to invest in those new coins as early as possible, and for this they need not only an alert app but a way to react immediately to that alert and buy the coin, as I am sure there are many investors that have thought about using the same strategy and they have realized they cannot do this as fast as they would like, and they have decided to use bots to automate this process.

You need to be very careful with new coin listings. It's important to select projects with good capitalization. I always try to look for information on new projects myself. This is the most reliable way

I don't know any of such websites or app yet. but I am sure something like that would exist. I think there are telegram channels like that which share new coins listing in the exchanges. or you can search new listing via Twitter.
CoinGecko and coinmarketcap websites are also good ways to find new listings.

I do not know if there is any of such app but what I do is that I have several exchanges. All the exchanges will give a notification about the coin that they are about to list on their site. Some of them also have in-app notifications.

Bro it is not convenient and also not easy to follow that many exchanges together. then they need account creation and some even need KYC at the begining. so a platform which alert about every exchange would be a lot more helpful for this purpose.

That's right. They need to prove themselves first if they are truly worthy by getting enough volume in a DEX. But what ICO you are talking about dude? They are not a thing anymore in the crypto world.

But, if the project gets a lot of investors, things are going to be easy for them. It wouldn't take long for them to be  spotted on that two giant listing site. All coins do always start small and they can only get huge overtime if more people support them. And for them to be supported, they must possess something that is unique (features or use case). It was only sad that projects like this are now too good to be true. It was like we are finding a needle in the haystack.

I myself joined the official CEX Telgram channel which I follow, like
Binance, kucoin, okx, & bybit I choose to be patient waiting for the project to be listed rather than following most of the Cexes such as mexc, gate, bitmart which very often announce the latest listings, I take it in a safe position even though it's not 100%, and I really avoid trade on dex because most coins are fake and rug

Make it so easy to install  only Binance It is the best Trading exchange, the great thing that is the exchange, it will be beneficial for you to keep the notification on as soon as any new notification comes, whether it is pairs-ad or what is new. You will get to know about all those who are listed or delisted and it will be beneficial for you that if there is a coin that you want to buy,

The same way you get a notification in the announcement it has a chance of going up to 10-15%, so you can earn whatever profit.
