You can use Bluewallet because you can download it on an iPhone. You will need the address private key which you will import, or import the seed phrase.

This same post as yours was made here a long time ago by @NaHC03

If you have an iphone you will see in this post that @NaHCO3 asked about this in a post a long time ago about how to sign a message from a bech32 address on an iPhone.
Check out this post and see @fillippone there very nicely detailing how to sign a message from a bech32 address

I don't have iPhone to confirm it but Mycelium wallet should be able to do it, and I would also check in Blockstream Green iOS wallet supports it (not sure).
If you own any Trezor hardware wallet you should also be able to do it if you connect it with Trezor iOS app.
I am 100% sure Trezor supports this.

What Bitcoin wallet is installed on your iPhone device?
If you want to try signing messages on an iPhone, use the Bluewallet wallet. It's easy to do and the method is not much different from using an Android device.

Because I'm not a Bluewallet user on an iPhone, I'll show you how to sign messages via an Android device.

Press the [...] button in the top corner of the application, then click the Sign/Verify Message button. The address will be automatically filled in and the next thing to do is press the Sign button, then the Signature will be filled in.

The method above is done on Android.

The maintenance of iOS version of Mycelium wallet seems to have long been abandoned. The Last bug fix was January 2022. If OP is going to import a wallet into the mycelium app so that he can sign the message from the address, then he is not going to be able to do so on the current mycelium iOS app.
There is no option to import.
