Title: What remarkable thing have you achieved with the money you won from gambling?
Post by: Franctoshi on February 03, 2024, 06:01:03 AM
A few days ago, my friend luckily won a bet and have used the funds to open a business for his wife and himself
And that's where my question is coming from because for some, they're into gambling to make money, whereas some gamble for fun, but if luckily for you, and you have won a bet in the past, or luckily, you win a reasonable amount of money, did you achieve something with the money?/will you try to sort out some of those problems that lead you to go into gambling, like using it to establish a business, or did you lavished the money because it was unexpected free money?

I know of a guy living in my street who won a huge amount of money in gambling last year, he lavished the whole money and now came back being broke.

I have seen many too that won big money, but they lavished the money by going to the nightclubs and started living all sorts of luxury life because they didn't stress to get the money. If you are a gambler, you should think about or write down a reasonable or memorable thing you would do with the money in case luckily for you one day you won a huge amount of money in gambling, so you will ever remember where the money did come from.

Well, in my current state or in my current mindset, if, for instance, I win a huge amount of money in gambling or hit a jackpot, right away I will secure a house, a car, and also a business. Why these three things? So that no matter what happens, I have my own house and car, and through the business that I build, I could circulate my money for the long run. Of course, I will think about how I will grow my money even more so that my future is secured, including my family or whatever, and I will not be satisfied. I will also look for things that I could invest in, especially in the crypto currency world, but will I still play gambling? As much as I want, yes, but if I become addicted because I have more money because of the win or jackpot, then I would rather stay away from gambling if this thing happens to me.

I have not achieved anything from gambling. But sometimes that I win I use the money to enjoy myself. I gamble with small amount of money and the winnings are small and I use it to have some fun and nothing more than that.

I know of a guy living in my street who won a huge amount of money in gambling last year, he lavished the whole money and now came back being broke.
He thinks that he can still gamble and hit the jackpot again. Some gamblers that were rich and become broke have this thought and lose the opportunity.

If anyone win huge in gambling, I will not expect the person to gamble but divert the money in something good. If he wants to gamble, he should use just little amount of money to continue to gamble. But if they win huge, the money they will be using to stake will also increase in a way that if they lose just few games, the money won would be exhausted fast and gone.

I only use a small portion of my salary for gambling. Even if I win, it's not enough to start a business or do something remarkable with the money I earn. Usually, I just spend the money on simple things like snacks or alcohol to share with my friends. Sometimes when we win in gambling, we treat the whole squad to a round of drinks or snacks.

..... did you achieve something with the money?/will you try to sort out some of those problems that lead you to go into gambling, like using it to establish a business, or did you lavished the money because it was unexpected free money?

This is not me but my brother used the money he got from gambling in order to also start his mini-business of printing shirts.

Back in high school, my brother was a college student where our family somehow struggled financially. My dad was living pay check to pay check and there was just enough food for a family of 7 to eat monthly. My brother did not have as much cash and he tried doing sidelines (e.g. tutoring math students, etc.) in order to have his own cash.

When he was able to save around $400 worth of money, he tried gambling and he suddenly won $1200 in a single night. This prompted him to quit and he started his T-shirt printing business where he would visit botique shops, purchase plain colored shirts and he would print Nike and Adidas logos. He sold a couple hundred of shirts during his entire college stay and he actually quadruple his investment.

While this story of my brother is a happy ending, there were also times were he would also struggle to get out from his gambling activities. Ever since he won that amount of money, he would frequent gambling casinos to try his luck again but he failed. The worst lost he encountered was when he started with $200 and he lost all of it.

Moral of the story here is that when you actually won in gambling, there is always that possibility that you may lose in the future. At the end of the day, it is a 50/50 game where all the results are possible.

Just let those people do on whatever they do want with their winnings on gambling on where there are people who would really be that mindful when it comes into their future and there are ones who do really just that simply gamble it all out because they do have in mind that they would be able to win it up again. Some would be able to make it through on establishing the main source of income and adding it up and dont end up on getting wrecked with finances specially if their investment did boom up comparing into those people who do spend up their wins on having lavish life and spending but those are just that temporal
or wont really be lasting that long. Nothing beats on having that good income source came from the business that you have made out with those gambling wins.

There are people who are wise and brilliant comparing into those people who are really just that too confident and greedy. There would really be always those different outcomes or results.

Each time I win my bets, it will be used to sort out some basic needs. I am not in the class of gamblers who see gambling as free money that should be wasted on luxury or lavishness. We should know that the house always has the edge and each time we have a big win, let's utilize it effectively. I have not had a win that made me start a business but those wins have assisted me in saving money. I usually spend my wins on the basic needs of the family and this helps me to save part of my earnings which is channeled to my Investment. One of my biggest wins was during COVID-19 when I won big before a lockdown. I used the money to stock my house with food and it sustained my family throughout the lockdown period. However, more gamblers gamble off their wins than those who maximize it.

I have won some few times in gambling since 2022 and this have helped my crypto portfolio even more, I was able to buy some risk assets and hold for the coming bull market, and till today I still keep gambling when I can afford it, the winning isn't that much but I am comfortable with what I am risking on gambling.

I don't hope for a big win in gambling because that will probably demand for more money, like some members use to say that to win a significant amount of money from gambling you will need to risk a lot of money.

You get what you deserve in gambling, if you are too greedy you can become a massive winner if you get lucky, but if you risk too small amount your lucky days ain't going to be that huge, which I still consider to be the safest option between the two, it's only those who think about the "if they win " always risk a lot of money on gambling, I think about my losses too that's why I risk small amount.

The same goes for me. Since I only gamble during my free time, usually, I add my winnings to my personal savings, and I tend to ignore my losses. I always prefer to start a new game without considering the amount I have lost in the previous one. When I win, you see it as an opportunity to save some extra cash.

If I can win a very large winnings that I have never received, I will use that money to meet my needs, including creating a business that can generate income for me. I will also do many things for my family where there may be a desire to buy a house. I will also invest in several things that can provide additional profits for me in the future so that I don't worry about financial problems. If people cannot use their winning money well, the winning money will be wasted because they cannot change their lives well. In fact, with that money, they can change their lives for the better and prepare their future to be even better. It will all depend on our readiness to receive the winning money so this needs to be managed well.

I'm small gamblers only and the biggest amount I've won from gambling was no more than $5,000. If I remember it correctly, I bought a sports bike worth $3000 that I have dreamed for years and I bought a nice jewelry for my wife. Unfortunately I had to sell it back during the pandemic because there was someone in family who needs to be cared intensively at the hospital that cost my family not small amount of money so I had to help my family. The remarkable moment is not the things I bought from the winnings, but when I had to sell back what I bought from gambling winning for something which is more important.

Same here! I only use a small amount to gamble and when I win, the first thing I do is I treat myself a food and things that I need to buy because I am happier when I do it that way, I can feel the winning more whenever I buy stuff that I wanted to. I also share it to my family so they can all be happy with my win.

Making a lot of money gambling and losing it? The win is exciting, but what's next? Your friend turned chance into a business. That's spirit. Not simply fun or the excitement, but turning wins into something lasting

Gambling is not a wealth-building strategy. Games have wins and losses. If fortune favors you, invest, not consume. Like your friend, starting a business? That turns fickle luck into steady. A attitude issue. Wins might disappear quickly, but smart judgments can leave a legacy

Don't expect "free" money. The risk was there. Be strategic when playing the game. Knowing your limitations and envisioning profits beyond the next high is healthy gambling. How you spend your money matters more than the amount itself

i hardly win since I don't gamble that often because I already have a limit I don't want to pass. For most of my wins, I used to get more foodstuffs in my house, others wins to buy other valuable things in the house since the amount is even not that big, you win and get a car with it you are lucky then. and am impressed with the amount of things you have accomplished with just investing in Bitcoin online some people will use their wins in clubs and social life. but if there is a win the winner should be smart enough to use the money wisely. and if I should win a good amount of money my target will be a house or a car just that I don't want to go too deep into gambling.

everyone is looking forward to hitting a jackpot, I just hope that when the jackpot comes it will be properly used, and when it comes have something in mind to do with it already, if not you will spend it and you will not be able to account for it.

I haven't won in gambling yet, unlike those who have won and used their winnings to start their businesses or buy expensive things. I don't gamble often, and when I do, it's only a small amount. So if ever I win, it's also a small amount and very rare. The winnings I have had might have just been used to add to grocery items and pay bills. Sometimes, there are moments when instead of withdrawing my winnings, I choose not to do so because I prefer to continue playing and increase the profit. Unfortunately, the opposite happens until everything is depleted.

I don’t know if I should call mine being “selfish” or being “conscious” of my deposit in my account.

I have never deposited money in my account more than a certain number [I won’t state the amount for certain reasons] and because of that I don’t usually realize big wins – and even when the odds are high I tend to make just a little profit from it compared to what I should have realized if I had used big amount.

The few I have won I mostly use them for my internet bills or just buy a few things and eat - or sometimes deposit back into my account and probably lose them or make some more money with it. I have not been able to withdraw anything that should be able to help me start a business except I’m looking to start something that just a single person can purchase. lol

Ever since I learned gambling, I honestly didn't have anything achieved or bought from the winning amount I've got except for foods and liquor. Well, that because maybe I am not a huge volume bettor. I only bet with the money I can obviously afford to lose.
For someone who was able to put up a business or bought a new car, I guess they are a huge bettor who gambles huge amount of money and of course lose huge amount of money as well.
So, If you're trying to achieve something or buy something, I think saving for it will most likely get you there than waiting to hit the jackpot while constantly betting.

I'm not a gambler, but those rare occasions when I participated in any competition or lottery always turned out to be entertainment for me. The attitude towards such money is, as a rule, very frivolous, easy to come, easy to go. I will spend it on some crap, treat my friends, or buy some trinkets.
But yes, I will try to save the money that comes to me with difficulty or invest it in something serious.
There are thoughts that you shouldn’t take what fell from the sky very seriously, and sometimes you need to be able to rest.

It has always been money to hangout with nothing too much because I don't gamble as such or depend on it as a source of income or to establish a business. In the past when I won, people around and aware take some bill of the winning and everyone is cool with the moment. The joy of winning is that feeling when people are happy around you and you are able to share with them.

If you are a gambler, you should think about or write down a reasonable or memorable thing you would do with the money in case luckily for you one day you won a huge amount of money in gambling, so you will ever remember where the money did come from.

I don't have to write it all down everything is written in my mind so I know what to do in case I win a big amount it always plays in my mind, and about the money I win from gambling it cannot be considered remarkable but it's something that will always remind me when I'm at home.
I renovated our kitchen with the money I won from a small lottery It was only $500 but it keeps our roof from dripping whenever there's bad weather.
It's a good feeling when you use the money you've won in gambling for something that will benefit your family and will always remind you what you have done well for the money you've won.
That should be a part of your goal whenever you're playing because you never know when luck will hit you.

Your buddy's business plan seems neat, but... Can't say Id take the same road if I won the lottery or something.  Not that I think anyone who comes into serious cash is destined to be reckless with it - plenty of lottery winners and high rollers keep their heads on straight.  But blowing your winnings on a flashy new lifestyle ain't my definition of winning either.  I mean sure, having nice stuff doesn't make you a bad person and  it's just, whats really remarkable in life is different for everyone ya know? For me it'd be using that money to do something meaningful.

None

Because I never won in gambling in reality. I won big amount sometimes and I purchased laptop and other gadgets using that money but later on I lose money that greater that what I win before so generally speaking I’m just advancing my future salary when I won and purchase thing using gambling profit since I will lose later using different money.

This is same scenario to all the story that you mention. They are just advance spending their future money on a lavish way. The only way you can really enjoy gambling money is when you stop gambling completely after you experience huge win.

I have not won anything that is life-changing or I could say that it could create something that will make me profit more like a business.
But the little that I've won is used to take my kids out to the mall, a paid playground, and just eat kids' food anywhere they like. I enjoyed it and I think that's the important part when we win. It somehow freshened me up and all my stress was gone just to see them enjoy.
I think that's the point of why we do this, to enjoy the profits someday and maybe not come back when it's a big fish that we catch. Mine may be not remarkable but as a parent that is one thing that we want for our kids. To stay as kids and enjoy it and make them experience what I didn't back when I was at their same age.
Some people may have a different goal on why they gamble, but for me, I don't bet too much to avoid regrets in the future. So the small amount that I could win is enough and I'd rather spend it on my loved ones and see them having fun.
Although I still try to win a jackpot prize sometimes because who knows if I could hit that life-changing bet one time.

I myself have won a sum of money that can be considered large, and with the winnings I used it to restore my motorbike to a better condition, and I don't think this is an extraordinary thing obtained from gambling. because in my opinion the extraordinary thing obtained from gambling is a very large win that can even drastically change the conditions of daily life in the sense that it can have a large new house or even luxury cars and other assets.

In my opinion, when they get a big win in gambling, if they experience a really drastic change in life, for example, if their life is in the number one but with the winnings they get they experience a change in the number one hundred. This in my opinion is just an extraordinary thing, but in my opinion this is very rarely experienced by gamblers, most who get a win at gambling win not much, and if they do not have good thinking then the possibility of the winnings they get will be used in a bad way, or squander it in vain like you said.

I don't think that it is easy as you said to note down things that you will do when you eventually win money that you are not sure of, this is unlikely situation, his do one go about this, the problem even though you do as you said, you might not still do it as you said because it takes a courageous move to implement a plan.

Same here on which never ever in my gambling dealing did result into some huge win since im just that a small time gambler or who do really make use of few bucks when i do gamble. This is why
i havent been able to experience those huge wins or even to hit some jackpots. This is why i never ever experience into this situation. Speaking about on "What ifs?" then we cant really be able to tell.
If ever i do have that huge money that on the sense that i wasnt able to get a hold ever in my life then i might consider on buying on things that i've been wishing for ever since and i might
be that considering on making some investments. It would really be that depending on how much on the amount that i have won.

If the amount is something that significant then it would be automatically i would be considered on investments on which it would be ideal on having this way rather than on spending it all
back to gambling on which it would really be giving out that kind of regret.

I managed to renovate my room because of the money I won from gambling. I don't gamble that much so I don't earn that much on a regular basis however, I m so happy that I still gained something from this industry. It is not new to us the fact that some people are in debt and in huge loss in gambling. Whether it is because they are being a heavy bettor or not, it won't change the reality that not all people would win big, and it depends on your luck which is something no one has control of. Given these reasons, we should treasure gambling winnings and to not let drive to be over us. Remain responsible no matter how much you win. Things could be lost too in an instant if you will be too greedy of things. Remember how gambling works and that should be enough to tame you.

Well, it has a point but it still depend on the gambler or the individual him/herself. You will still be able to enjoy gambling winnings if you would secure profit. Yes continuing will just result to loss in the long run but that's only if you will gamble that much. Imagine winning $2000 in a single night. It will depend on your gambling habit on how long would you be spending that amount. For sure you won't be losing for a month consistently right? 'coz if you do, you might consider changing the gambling game you are into or taking a pause sometimes.

I have not won a big amount to make some changes like starting a business for myself. But one thing that I bought when I won a small amount was a grinder.  I started polishing the grills outside the house because it's all rusty. Maybe if I won and got some extra I would also buy a welding machine one day to see if I could retouch here and there. It's not my house but I get to learn and test whether I can learn how to work with these tools.

Nothing really earth-shaking with what I spend but at least the gambling money has put to good use.

I have not had the opportunity of winning a huge sum of money from gambling, all I normally do win is around $15 $20, and at most $30, this amounts are not enough to be considered as substantial, it's not enough to invest in any business, not even a kiosk or something similar.
But what I have been doing and I am very happy about it is that, when ever I win such money, I usually take out half of it and invest in my favorite cryptocurrency, I either buy bitcoin with it and add to my bitcoin investment, or I use it to buy another altcoin with good potentials for the coming bull run, through this strategy, I've been able to own some altcoins which are already in profit if I was to sell them now.

So, for me, it doesnt end at having to win a big amount from gambling before one does what's good with it, even the small amount of money we win from time to time can still be used for important things, things that could bring us good and much more money in the future.

I haven't won such huge money from gambling to share but I can tell what I consider remarkable doing with the money I won from gambling. One of my colleagues is into gambling all the time and once I got curious and wanted to bet too but after few days of try with small money like $5 or $10 a day I won decent money like $400 if my memory serves right and all I did is buying a music player for my room. :)

Well, I can say I spent the money irresponsibly but the story I share happened a way long back and the music player is one of my dreams to have so I got an opportunity and I took it.

Is treating my coworker to Starbucks coffee counted as remarkable thing that money from gambling profit won? This is only expenses I remember that use gambling profit since I rarely win that makes me happy to treat someone with the profit.

I’m only using a small bankroll when gambling so I never expect winning an amount that is enough to purchase house or a car. The only time I use huge amount of bankroll is only one time when I miscalculated myself on committing catching losses. Besides that I never out huge money on gambling. The only way for someone to win huge amount in gambling by investing huge amount too on bankroll or by winning a game that has a low bet but have a chance to win huge amount like lottery and slot games.

That was quite wise, and the person managed to make the best use of the winnings from the gambling he did. And this should be a valuable lesson and message for every gambler who is able to do the same thing, manage their winnings well. Considering big wins in gambling, it is quite difficult for us to get.

Personally, in all the gambling I have done and the number of bets I have placed, I have never had a win that is quite large, because I always bet with a relatively very low bet amount, while when I want to win a fairly large amount, then we also have to bet large amounts too. And I personally, am not yet capable and brave enough to bet on higher betting amounts.

I'm not very good at managing finances, that's why I always entrust my wife with my money and manage it well, so every weekend my wife manages my gambling budget, because she knows I gamble and I'm honest with her in this matter, for her that's it. there is no problem because I am not a gambler who gambles all the time, I only gamble on weekends and I gamble responsibly, BTw about what I would do if I won, I would probably take him on holiday or just for dinner.

I know that my winning limit is only enough to finance that, because my budget is not much and I don't gamble that relies on luck alone like the lottery which can give big wins, I only gamble on sports betting and casinos and even then I never target winning because I only consider gambling as entertainment is just for fun, nothing more than that, so whatever I win I will consider it a bonus, usually to treat my wife to a meal out or a holiday to somewhere she likes. nothing extraordinary I achieved with money in gambling, at least it was enough to please my wife  ;D

I know of a guy living in my street who won a huge amount of money in gambling last year, he lavished the whole money and now came back being broke.
When a gambler wins a very big money from gambling, they can become overwhelmed, forget the plans they have and spend the money on things that are not important. It will take a lot of discipline for someone to get sudden big amount of money and not start spending. I read here sometime about how someone bought a TV set that they have always wanted from the money they won form gambling. I like that kind of spending, to spend this kind of unplanned money on something that you can see, so when you see it every time, you know that that is what you spent the money on. When I win big from gambling, I will it on things that I have been planning to get.

I agree with your friend, winning is a great chance to start a business! It's great that he's using it to build something long term rather than spending it mindlessly.
Interesting question about the motivation of the players. Indeed, some are seeking wealth and some are just looking for a thrill.
The story of your street acquaintance is a good example of how easy it is to squander large winnings. It is important to have a plan of action in case of luck.
I second the advice about consciously planning the spending of winnings. It is important to remember the source of the money and use it wisely.  As for me, I try to spend my winnings wisely, for example, to buy something that I have long dreamed of.

OP, though I gave not achieved anything with the money I won from gambling, but I know some friends who has done something meaningful with the money they win from bet, one of my friend won 2m of my currency in bet, he use that money to open a business that's helping him out now.

I don't think that it is easy as you said to note down things that you will do when you eventually win money that you are not sure of, this is unlikely situation, his do one go about this, the problem even though you do as you said, you might not still do it as you said because it takes a courageous move to implement a plan.
Things may still change during that moment when you won the jackpot perhaps, depending on the circumstances or your overall mindset that time. You might consider rewarding yourself with things which could be too much. This is also the reason why planning is important' 'coz at least there will be some sort of things you will follow or something that will be your guide which could restrict you more than not having any plans at all. I never experienced winning that much like with most of the users here however I experienced having huge amount of money from different thing. And I became too problematic with my expenses that time which gives me guilt everytime I accidentally think of it.

But if ever I will be given a chance, I'd probably study a potential business that could generate profit. No matter how much money you are having, if you won' engage to something which could make it more, it'll eventually be consumed given that expenses are continuous. Even if investments has no guarantee of profit, at least you try and you could make something more out of it. Perhaps a grocery store or a water station. What's important is to have any to fully make use of the amount than with your 'wants'.

The only thing I have achieved from gambling is fun and spending good time while playing. I didn't get a chance to win big and buy something or start a business from that money. When I win a bit of money from gambling, most and usually thing I do is buying gifts, stuff for home, and have a great dinner with friends.
Achieving a remarkable thing from gambling money to be honest from my own opinion is saving that money we use to gambling and investing it on something better unless if someone has already a business and doesn't need more.

Gambling is not a way to make money but a fun activity that can pay you back in return sometimes.

If I am given the opportunity to win at gambling with a nominal amount, say $5K, I will use that money to build a business, look for business opportunities that are easy and suitable for me to do, because for me opening a business will open up more insight and in the long term. can finance my life for a long time, but if the business fails at least I will do my best

Since I'm not a big gambler I always try to gamble with small amounts, so I've never been lucky enough to win big. But I won a lot of small bets and spent the winning money on myself, because one thing I always kept in mind is that I can lose a bigger amount the next day, so I am prepared for that. And always try to use the winning fund properly.

But the first time I got a big win (according to my funds), I used part of that money to buy a smartphone, which is a good memory for me during gambling.

In my case I never won a lot of money at the casino, I place sports bets and to win a lot of money I would have to put a lot of money into a bet, which wouldn't be wise to do because the risk of losing a lot of money is a very big risk, so By this I mean that there are few people who manage to make a lot of money from sports betting. now what I have seen for many years in my country as well as in other countries, is that there are many people buying lottery tickets to be lucky enough to win a lot of money, although it is very difficult to get the lottery ticket right, in my opinion only the lottery can turn a poor person who bought the ticket into a rich person if they manage to get the ticket right

That's why many people have been buying lottery tickets, other online casino games, they are unlikely to make anyone rich, this is something I have seen for many years, a few months ago, I saw a representative from some casino who came to this forum talking about what had happened. someone who has won millions of dollars, these are very rare cases, the majority of people who win a lot of money in the online casino, and because they also play with a lot of money and as they are rich people who play with a lot of money, I highly doubt they will be very happy with the money they earned. In my case, I play with little money, so most of the time the winnings are not enough for me to withdraw to the bank, so at most I can buy a refill for my phone

Nothing that remarkable, but I've managed to gain a lot of money by investing what I won. Back in the day you could get free money from casinos (giveaways). At first there was no wager requirements, then there was, but easy to make, like you had to either play x amount of games with any wager you wanted, or you had to wager the exact amount you were getting for free. Usually I'd get a small win from these, like 20% and withdraw. In 2014-16 I'd invest the money in bitcoin and get a very nice profit after 4+years. Probably the best thing I ever did with my money.

He is smart and he knows gambling is not a day to day business where you will get to earn everyday or everytime. The business will sustain him and his family if the bets doesn't come as usual and a business is also an invest where you can have money to gamble again when you don't have another hope for tomorrow. The business might not goes well though if the woman or the family doesn't take care of the business because I feel the man might be divided having mind in gambling and having mind in business or might not do well in gambling again, these are my personal experience from people that start business after winning big amount of money.

Not everyone think that deep. We as human beings can't be the same, we can't have the same.goal in life and we may not have the same vision. I think an adult who legitimately win his money shouldn't be questioned on how he choose to spend his money but it's good to use it for good course and investment but not a justification to say clubbing with the money means unserious life, I believe the clubs are there for reasons and he is using it for what makes him happy, you can't always force things on people but personally, I wouldn't do such because my head will be thinking about tomorrow.

the only extraordinary thing I ever got was a motorbike and other things just to go on holiday with my family for a few days and I'm not a big gambler so I consider things like that to be extraordinary because it's surprising to be able to get lucky streaks like that day luck is with me.
but lucky days like the ones I've experienced I think only come once in a lifetime even though after that I still get wins but it's not the same as before and I'm sure there are some people here who experience the same thing as I said when they get a winning streak only in 1 day and after that never felt it again.

a big win that becomes an extraordinary story like this can actually influence a person's mindset to become too hopeful about getting another win and have a bad impact if they can't control it wisely.
and on the one hand this is all just about how we can have a wise mindset when we get a big win whether we will use it to spend on valuable and useful items or just to have fun but definitely not use it for gambling anymore that is a wise decision.

Some people ought to be very careless when it comes to gambling winnings and profit; they always think something that was gotten from gambling winnings is not supposed to be used to start up any business with their hope and believe they will continue winning again. It's just common among some unplanned gamblers that their major aim of gambling is to win profit and live a luxury lifestyle.

I have also seen those who did something meaningful with their gambling winnings start up a business, a house, and all of that, and this was because they have a purpose and target in life to meet, and winning big money from gambling just made it easier for them to meet that target.

Sometimes it's just excitement that gets such people in to lavishing their funds they won gambling and it also could be resulting from the company they keep, there are some company you keep and when ever they see you have got such good amount, all they want you doing is looking for the best place to go spend it lavishly.

Some persons misplace priority and think such huge amount of money won will take too long before they are exhausted and so they will just spend and think they will still have much remaining and with that they will be able to do something better for their selves but then it turns out that they end up spending all the money and not achieving something really tangible with it but the starting up a business that's if the money is big enough to fund such isn't a bad idea at all and will definitely be profitable to you in the nearest future.

Gambling is hopeless, and I only bet or wager on the amount that I am ready to lose, whereas when we want to win a very large amount, then we have to place a bet on a high amount as well. Except, if you are betting on lottery type gambling, even if you place a very low bet and say you bet 0.1 USD, you can have a chance to win 1,000 USD. It sounds absurd, but that's how lottery gambling is, if you are really lucky then you will win up to 10,000 times the amount of money you bet. However, winning in this type of gambling is very difficult. Because the chances of winning are very small.

I personally have never achieved a sizable win from the gambling I did, and I consider that the wins I obtained were a replacement for some of the losses I experienced previously. And I suggest you gamble on a type of gambling that you really understand and when you win, use the winnings as best as possible, for things that are more useful and meaningful.

Winning money from gambling can be exciting, especially when it's a lot, but it's important to think about how to use it wisely. I've won different amounts before, not always huge, so I didn't use it for something significant often. However, one fortunate day, I won a substantial sum and decided to make meaningful choices. I used part of the money to finally get myself my dream phone I always wanted and treated myself to some new clothes.

I've seen others do amazing things with their gambling winnings too. Some bought motorcycles or cars, while others even started their own businesses. These businesses turned out to be successful, and the people behind them became great. What I've learned is that when someone is lucky and wins a big amount of money, it's crucial to use it wisely and quickly. If you don't, there's a risk of spending it on gambling again without taking much time to think about other possibilities. So, making smart choices with your winnings can help you achieve things that truly matter.

What people don't know is anything they do to earn money they shouldn't expect that there is something bigger than that to bring money for them otherwise when the comes they could ends up lavishing the money thinking there is a bigger chance to get money other than what they have just done to gain money but in them they would feels that there are more chance to earn more money meanwhile that could be their life time earning in gambling.

When they win money the best is to look for best way to get themselves established so that even though they are gambling it should be that there is a restriction or a hunger to win maybe even though they must gamble it shouldn't be under compulsion rather at a free will. The most common reason why people gambles every day is because of lack hope coupled with the way economy is going, lack of job and work out there making people to use the least money they have at hand to gamble if they could double their earnings but instead losing to the hand of those gambling site because they gambling under compulsion.

I've never had a big win, so I haven't been able to use the money. But if I get that opportunity, I won't just waste it because the big winnings will be so much money that it could change my life. I will use it well and build a business that can grow and provide a large income. I will also invest in bitcoin more than before because it is big money where I can buy more bitcoin before the price increases. I will try to make the best use of that big winning money and save some for my future besides investing in bitcoin. I don't want just to buy luxury goods because that isn't very useful for me, and I will focus on trying to develop the business I built and utilize the winnings.

I like this type of children , because I have seen that many players also have very similar aspirations to one's own, sometimes we are satisfied with a phone, or with dressing well, because for me personally it has always been a priority my children, so practically what you do is for them, so that they feel well, and that is something that cannot be denied, I think that many here also think the same as me, I have not had many things to have gained in the games, but I can say that sometimes my winnings have been used to go out with my family on a Sunday, have a good time , take a good walk, for them to have fun, I think that as the head of the family it feels good to know that the Our family is Ben.

Now in all the things that have not happened with the game , if I have had gains , like in crypto projects, in models and things like that, in fact the biggest gain is when I celebrated my son's 3 years in style. I hired a Mickey Mouse and several Disney dolls , that was great because I know that my son still remembers that party.

When we start to think about the things that we are Able to do just for the sake of the game, there are many crypto and that makes us proud and we can make a Difference all the time , for that reason it is sometimes in the game We must learn to do things better, self-control, primarily with money, with what we are willing to lose, with ideas, with strategies, all of us in reality are Sometimes similar in the things we want, in the that we spend, on everything that we can do with good faith, I think that is the most important thing , the human part, zero envy, which makes me very happy that Other people can be happy with the profits from games, crypto projects or something like that , because I think that's the first thing we have to See , being a little more human.

I think the remarkable thing for me would be that in spite of being a gambler that has been gambling for years I have not been at a loss.
Profits aren't great but I'm glad to be paid in enjoyment from gambling and related activities.

So all in all, I'm sure there's chance to win big, but that's a very small percentage of the gambling scene. And I'm just glad that my luck has existed to an extent that I'm not in the vast majority that hasn't lost more than what they've won in gambling in total.

Paying up an over due rent is one very remarkable thing I've done with money I won from gambling and this is just a straight answer because there's actually a story behind how it all happened but then after I was able to raise the money from my gamble proceed and pay up the rent, I was so relieved of every form of stress and tension that has been on me.

I never believed someday I will be saved by the proceeds I made gambling  because usually I don't put my fate on gambling proceeds because most of the time I just gamble for the fun of it so I don't use big money since they are funds I can comfortably afford to lose, I will just throw it in there and what ever the outcome is I will accept. The day I was lucky to get some good amount they was able to offset rent was when I threw in a few dollars and had a multiple picks without the expectations that I will win because the odds were high actually and its sports bet so I waited till the results were out and I immediately use the proceed to settle the rent since it was the equivalent.

I have never done anything remarkable with money made from gambling. I've just spent on trivial things, such as paying bills, paying for food, dinners... Anyway, since I'm already at loss when comparing my whole gambling's history, I think it's impossible for me to do anything remarkable with gambling money from now on. I confess I had some hope when I was in profit, so I thought I could have turned gambling into a side hustle to make income for future investments, but it ended that the idea didn't go well on practice, because as we know, the house always win on long run.

Only few lucky gamblers are able to make huge profit from gambling in order to achieve notable purchases from it, so they acquire mansions, luxurious cars and yachts, hire lots of employees such as drivers, bodyguards, cookers, maids, gardeners, start their own businesses, travel around the world, and live the life everyone has been always dreaming of.

Personally, what I would do if I were a lucky gambler to hit the jackpot, would be to purchase a large piece of land where I could build a legit medieval thematic empire for tourists to visit.

I think this depends on people's own thoughts, there are some people who when they win are only used for fun and the money is not used for more useful things such as racking their brains, the winnings can be useful and can be used to make money, and there are also people who when When he wins big, he immediately racks his brain about how the money can provide results such as building a business, or buying a vehicle so he can use it for work, and I'm the type of person who when he wins big always thinks about business, not about wasting it on useless things.

It would be better if a gambler could think intelligently when he wins big, not only thinking about pleasure but also thinking that the money could be useful for himself and his family because sometimes luck can be said to be an unexpected way of fortune and how we use it is because of that luck it can rarely happen again.

Since I've never won big, I haven't used the money from those wins for anything. It's really fun to get big wins from gambling, especially if it's a lot of money. Maybe I will immediately stop gambling and make a business like your friend did.

I don't want to waste the winnings for nothing. It will not result in more money but will reduce the winnings. We must wisely use the winning money to improve our family's economy.

By starting a business, at least we can make money as a profit. And if we can work hard on that business, we can develop it even bigger. And that means we can get even more profits.

So far, I have never had a really big win or what could be called win that could change my life since I have gambled. Of all the wins I have ever had, I have only had small wins which may have been just return.
But from the wins that I feel are quite numerous, there are several things that cannot be forgotten, namely being able to share and be happy with family or friends, this is something that is quite encouraging and cannot be forgotten.
I sure that every gambler will have their own experience of being impressed by the victory they have achieved, but there are also quite few gamblers who have had to lose their winnings because of their desire to get bigger win.
If every victory can be utilized well it will be valuable achievement, whether it is big win or small win there will always be deep impression.
It all just depends on how to use it.

If that happened to me, of course I would use the money from my winnings to run a business or invest so that I don't waste my money on useless things, but so far the winnings I have earned are not too big so I just use them to have fun. family, friends and my partner, maybe if the winnings I get are big I won't use the money just for fun.

I completely agree that it would be better if we immediately spend the money we get from gambling winnings on something more useful because if we don't spend it immediately, the money will soon run out because the money from gambling usually runs out quickly.

In order to win big from gambling, you need huge courage and huge bankroll. Now if someone has big bankroll, then definitely he/she isn’t so poor that they will rely on the winnings of the gambling games. Previously I used to gamble a lot in the traditional casino games. I was trying to make enough money from gambling to buy a high end pc for myself. But sadly I lose all the money while gambling. Now I occasionally bet on sports events, and making small yet steady money from gambling.

When I had no work and was looking for a way to pay my bills and also my house rent then the result showed up and I was able to settle my important bills and and I was so so happy then because I never expected that I could win such money, but I was fortunate enough to win that big. But after then I have never won such money again.

Winning from gambling is a matter of luck. But there are many gamblers who waste their winnings from gambling instead of using it for their own needs. They spend that money sometimes with close friends or in places like night clubs but they should know that the winnings they get from gambling can be lost again tomorrow.

It is completely foolish to spend the winning money if it cannot be used for any proactive work. The gambler should keep in mind that he can expect financial support if he invests his gambling earnings.

If I win big from gambling I will definitely try to use it in a sector where I can ensure my financial security. In this case if I buy and sell land or build a house there it can be one of my permanent assets.

That is an awesome story and I hope the business of your friend is going well. If I ever manage to win big in gambling, then it makes a lot of sense to invest the money somewhere and not just keep gambling with it. Already at the micro strakes where I am gambling, I use the strategy to take out my winnings and keep them seperate from my usual gambling bankroll. In case of a huge win, then the money needs to go somewhere. It makes no sense to leave large amounts at the casino, because we are at risk to use it for gambling. Spending the money freely for things I don't need, I would never do. The only option is to buy cryptos and stocks, or directly invest into a business. Unfortunately, I don't have any business idea myself where I would put money into it, so the real alternative for me is to invest that money. So far I didn't win big yet and couldn't buy anything for mself. But when it happens than my plan is to invest all the winnings directly and only use the returns, dividends and other income I make from the win to buy things for me and my family. Like this I can ensure that the money will be left for my children one day and then they can enjoy it and have an easier life.

I haven't won anything big all throughout my gambling habit, I get some small wins here and there but it's mostly in slots but those wins eventually will go back to further increase the duration of the gambling session but if I ever do get that big win, I'd probably just put all that money to pay for a down payment for a 2-storey house because that's the way to go in my opinion, I can do much more when I have my own house and lot, I can use it as an AirBnB or live in it but I digress. I'm not hoping that I would get the jackpot but at the very least I would be doing fine when that time comes because I already know what to do.

It's not easy to win when you gamble, but its annoying to see people who luckily made it and yet they start wasting the money in bars with friends who don't give a *ck about them since the past years, when they waste all the money there won't be much to sustain themselves but they have one shot again, to start from the beginning again, they will go into a casino and hope for another good luck.

I am not a constant gambler and the only thing I have achieve in gambling in Bitcoin, the last time I won was long ago, like I've said I don't gamble all the time, I know that gambling is a risky thing, fortunately I won some money and I just use it for weekly DCA in Bitcoin.

Many people are suffering in today's world, it's a shame that some people who have already have a taste of suffering still end up behaving like a spoilt brat, when they luckily get some money, they lose all their sense of responsibility and start to misbehave, they will only gain their sense back when they have squandered it all.

It's their money whatever they do on their winning is their business, maybe they have a good business and the money that they allocate for gambling and their winnings are only for fun and entertainment so it's ok for them to do whatever they want to do with their money.

I would not do that if I won a big amount of money I already know what I'm going to do with the money in case I win a huge amount of money, I have not won a huge amount of money but the most amazing I have done with the money that I have won was paying for my son's education and I do that every time I won on gambling, it's a good feeling if you can help your children to finish their education in whatever means possible.

That is a good plan because with a lot of winning money, you don't need to worry about your children's expenses. After all, the winning money can cover that. You can also create a business and develop it so that you can have income that you can use to meet the daily needs of you and your family. You can also pay off your important bills and save the money for future or urgent needs. And we have to remember that getting a big win from gambling is very rare so we have to be able to use the money as well as possible so that we don't regret it later.

That was great that your winning profit was so much higher that you fulfilled all your requirements in that. But I think everyone first win lots of money but then they continously loss their money because of their faults and wrong bet. A person with luck win for one time and then they admire gambling for the whole life because of single win but they don't remember that they have lost huge money, their properties and even their respect in gambling.

Fortune in gambling does not shine always and you cannot win a jackpot everyday. I think people know better that gambling will not help them for whole life and it will snatch their money but still they run towards it due to greediness.

I have not really won a significant amount from gambling, I don't know if it because of the amount I gamble with which is usually small so that losses will not affect me much. I have actually made good use of my little wins, especially during the covid period. My win rate would have yielded better results if I had been putting in more money. I guess slow and steady win the rate and someday I will get a big win. I just have to do little refining of my method so I can also be going for higher odds for bigger wins. I know luck is still playing a good role in gambling and the only way to really test the luck is by playing outstanding odds and that I will be trying often from now on.

A wise gambler knows when to walk away.  And if I ever managed to land a truly massive jackpot? Well shoot Id be taking those stacks to the bank quicker than you can say blackjack!

Now I ain't saying I'd blow it all on fast cars and fast women - far from it.  The plan would be to invest the bulk of it.  Maybe spread things around between stocks, some crypto coins with potential, or even put up the capital to start my own little business and  nothing too flashy, just looking for steady returns.  I'm no high roller by nature so that cash would be going straight to my nest egg.  But I reckon I could spare a little bit to treat myself and my family to a nice vacation or something.  No harm in that!

I know of a guy living in my street who won a huge amount of money in gambling last year, he lavished the whole money and now came back being broke.
People who doesn't know how to manage their financial wealth won't really has the edge of getting success. Instead of saving or investing into something that may gave them passive income, they spend their money indiscriminately and lavishly that ends them up being broke again.

Based on this experience, maybe I will also do the same goal when I win a lot of money from gambling.
The aim behind gambling games is not to win and is just to have fun. But if I thought that one day, unexpectedly, I could get a lot of money because I won a gambling game, I would use the money from the winnings for other purposes outside of gambling, rather than using the money from the winnings to be spent again on some type of gambling. I will consider the money a bonus that I have been saving all this time.

When I bought the phone they where also happy for me because I will no longer disturb them again.

Gambled it back ;). Kidding aside, yes I gambled it back. I never have been able to get money out from gambling to be used outside since it was never anything substantial. If it was something big though then I would've bought stocks, invested in business, or bought a plot of land. But nothing of the sort has happened so whatever wins I used turned into a reduction towards the money I put into gambling instead. This has made my investments and savings increase a bit more compared to whatever math I planned out beforehand since the money I sent to gambling was reduced. I think when I was new to gambling and had no sense of money management, the biggest thing I spent was buying a display tablet worth around 300 or so. Probably worth around 350-400 nowadays though.

With the amount I bet on gambling, I don't expect to win such a life changing amount of winnings. If I am lucky enough, I think the most I can win won't really be that big enough to make me rich. So I guess if I'll be able to win and be lucky, I'll probably gonna use it to buy the things I want and need, treat my family, and use some of it in crypto investment. But if it's another case where I can be a millionaire through gambling, a house is what I'd probably buy. Might as well start a business and definitely invest more in crypto. Will I quite gambling? No. Will I keep spending my winnings in gambling? Well, I'll probably use some but definitely won't overspend my winning on gambling cause I know the risks and how it can make you more greedy to win again. You need to make your money circulate and last

That's some attributes of a good and responsible gambler. It's hard most time to see a gambler who will want to use his gambling earnings to do something meaningful for his family. Most gamblers would either use it to gamble again and end up losing it all. If you get lucky during your gambling and win a reasonable amount of money from it, you should be able to put that money also into something useful that will yield you more profit in the long run.

Wow I have so much respect for this friend of yours, he have proven that he is one responsible gambler who doesn’t just gamble for fun but rather he gambles with  ambition, aiming to become someone, he knows what he wants and with such mentality one can easily get the best out of gambling. Alot of people lose their gambling winnings to gambling again because they are greedy and don’t know what they want and when to stop.

I have not really won much from gambling but with the little amount i do win i make sure i don’t lose all my winnings to gambling again, i always withdraw all winnings from the casino and bet again when i feel like.

I don’t know what will happen but I just want to test myself and see if i will make the best use of the money if i eventually win it big in gambling  ;D . People who lavish such huge amounts have no plans for themselves whatsoever that’s why they don’t do anything reasonable with such wins .

I know of a guy living in my street who won a huge amount of money in gambling last year, he lavished the whole money and now came back being broke.
There are a-lot of people who end up being broke after winning a huge amount, i feel only few of them have a good mentality to do reasonable things with such money. Gamblers are known for their lavish lifestyle and misuse of money that’s why most gamblers are not respected in my area.

That's what people who can win big will do because a lot of money from their big win will change their life so that it can be even better. Those who can use their winnings well will use them for things that can make a difference in their lives later. They will not use their winnings to gamble even though there is a possibility that they will return to gambling, but they will focus on themselves and change their lives first. But those who don't care about their lives, will return to gambling even with their winnings, and hope to get another big win. But they will find it difficult to get that win because gambling will not give them easily, especially since they have won big before. They will probably lose a lot of money by continuing to gamble because they become increasingly greedy to get bigger wins.

I know most gamblers that spend their money on things that meaningless, like after winning it is very difficult for them to give account how their money was spent. I think the reason why some gamblers don't spend their money on important things is because they feel the money they won in play gamble is a free money which it didn't come out of their sweat, because some people don't know how to spend money which they didn't work hard for. I noticed it is very common most gamblers don't spend their winning money well..

Gambling is unpredictable and many got to win after several losses playing gambling,  after being so lucky to get win after all the stress.  This is supposed to be the reason why people needs to spent their money gotten from gambling very well because winning is not easy and what comes all time. Winning is rare and it should be spent on things that is what the stress and the money that has lost before now, this makes gambling sweet. If money gotten from gambling can't be spent well that means no need of playing gambling because it is a total waste of time and money.

It's good to hear someone who doesnt chase the wind, knowing the chances and investment. I consider any triumph, regardless of magnitude, a victory and a wonderful surprise in chance.

When luck strikes, Im all for cashing out and investing or beginning a side business. Its smart to transform a quick win into something permanent. I like this idea of long-term growth over gambling thrills. This technique emphasizes savvy play on and off the casino floor.

Supporting recreational gambling, I remind myself and others that the thrill, highs and lows, and player camaraderie make it worthwhile. Winning big is great, but making sensible, cautious decisions with your winnings? Thats the jackpot. The gambler must balance the thrill with life's financial obligations.

I know of a guy living in my street who won a huge amount of money in gambling last year, he lavished the whole money and now came back being broke.

I have seen many too that won big money, but they lavished the money by going to the nightclubs and started living all sorts of luxury life because they didn't stress to get the money.

Money origin isn't important; mentality is. Consider a child who gets an allowance without duties vs one who does. They spend very differently, right? No'sweat' equity means gamblers typically don't realize their riches' value. We switch to education and self-discipline. Financial management must be taught to gamblers, who should value every dime. Reminding people that winnings should fund education, savings, and meaningful experiences is key. Supporting rational, prudent decision-making in any situation is not gambling. Advocate for a healthier relationship with money, acquired or gained, rather than demonizing the act

their mentality is not yet advanced, they only think about the current situation and try to enjoy life, they ignore tomorrow which doesn't know how it will come, if they can't make the best of the situation they will bear it in the future, they will. realizing that everything he earns is spent on useless things, it's hard to advise someone like this because he will keep thinking about how he can continue to have fun

Op, I gamble mainly for fun, so I "never" thought of doing anything with the money I made from gambling. As many times as I have won by gambling, I have chatted with my friends. And spent all the money I got from gambling. However, from what I understand from this thread I should also do something to keep the gambling memory alive. Also I made a decision at this moment, if ever I can win big money by gambling. Then I'd like to open a library to hold my gambling memorabilia. So that everyone can come to that library and gain a lot of knowledge by reading books. And at the same time my memory of gambling was revealed to people.

I'm quite curious about how much money he bet so that he can win a large amount and open a business because if we talk about business then the capital money will be quite large at least for the size of the area because I believe that the amount we bet will affect the results obtained except it is a lottery but if the gambling is in a slot game or sports betting then it will really depend on the amount of the bet, in sports betting you can win big with a small amount by betting on parlays but winning is not easy, but be grateful for your friends who can use the money to make his life better.
Many end up wasting the money they get from gambling, maybe because their mentality is not ready to accept it and not only in gambling, sometimes people who trade crypto and succeed in getting quick profits can also experience the same thing instead of using it for things that can make their lives better but actually go on a spree and go bankrupt because if you are not used to having a lot of money it will make the person who receives it confused unless he has the right mindset about money.

Your friend was lucky, no doubt about that because things like these don't happen to everyone. There are millions of gamblers in the world and only a very small percentage out of that manage to win something significant enough that can be used to do something like starting or setting up a business because it's not a small thing, a business can earn you a living and become your primary source of income which is a great thing for anyone living in any part of the world.

I have never been lucky enough to win anything significant, however, if I do manage to do that in the future, the first thing would be to think of starting my own business so that I can be my own boss instead of having to work for others for pennies, and then I will expand my business over time so that me and my family can have a better life in future.

That's also the first thing I do. If I ever win a large sum of money through gambling, the very first thing I would do is to prioritize establishing my own business. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that may not come again, and it's important to seize the moment. Everyone who finds themselves in this position should take advantage of it and invest in their own future.

I also think gambling may be pleasurable and, occasionally, life-changing. And that thrilling prospect, no matter how faint, keeps the dream alive for many.

An ambitious and inspirational idea to invest any large earnings in your own firm. I've always believed that self-employment leads to financial and personal independence. Assuming responsibility for your fate, right? I'd focus on sustainability and growth to guarantee a brighter future for my family if fortune smiles upon me.

While I agree with your concept, entrepreneurship is like gambling on a different level: full of challenges and risks. The pleasures of self-reliance and purposeful creation are unmatched.

I think I have done some remarkable things with the money I got from my favorite sports gambling football, I remember winning 350k Nigerian naira after placing a bet with 6k naira and the first thing I did was to do a repainting of my apartment funny enough i had to do a little design of the particular betting company logo in my room just to remember that amount that i won because it was unexpected since the picks was done randomly without analysis. I also remember another win which came through dog racing, the money was used to add to an amout for investment, later on the profit that came out was uswd to purchase a brand new phone.

I personally didn't do anything special for the little money I won. Because the winnings that I had would not have allowed me to open a small business, just to go on a short trip. But looking at other players and their huge bets, as well as their winnings, it sometimes becomes unclear to me where exactly they spend their winnings. If they let them in for entertainment, then it is their choice, only tomorrow this money will run out and we will have to look for it again, and as you know, gambling is not a place where you need to return again and again for money, because even if we were lucky many times, this ends. Of course you have to be a little smarter and remember this.

I follow this same idea. I only bet what I can afford to lose and reinvest the winnings or withdraw some. But I always save some money to bet for fun. But I've already paid some bills with what I take so it's a great way to go

Nothing except my own PC desktop, I usually used my gambling winning to upgrade my PC so it gets better than before.
It is something unforgetable because I use the PC every day for my works, entertainment, etc so anytime I use my PC, I will always remember that I build it from gambling winnings step by step.
Since I'm small gambler only so I could not buy something expensive with gambling winnings because my winnings are mostly at the range of few hundreds $ only.
However it is always recommended to spend our gambling winnings wisely, spend it for the most important things first.

When you score big from gambling, it's smart to think about what you'll do with the cash. Instead of blowing it all on the spur of the moment, consider some cool ideas like starting a business, paying off debts, or making memories. Planning ahead ensures the money does more for you than just a temporary thrill

Haven't won anything big or something that can be considered as big. I just managed to save those winnings and buy a new battery for my phone. Should I ever win big, I'd perhaps put it in a business that I'm planning to start to increaase my capital. Not as grand or as glamorous as what other people did with their money but I know for a fact that it will serve me good even after I stopped winning anything.

First, the amount isn't as important as the wisdom behind it. Betting more can increase wins, but it also increases risks. There's more to gambling than hoping for a win. Strategies, odds, and measured risks are key

The way you spend money defines success, not the amount. Friend? A rare exception, he got it right. He knew that the opportunity was the prize, not the riches. Few have discipline and insight, therefore they waste their money. Gamble, but also human. Gambling, sports betting, and crypto trading often include fast wins and losses

Good money management involves patience, discipline, and a defined goal-setting. Focusing on money as a tool rather than a reward is key. This is about making money work for you. Gambling? Not a career, but entertainment. Never lose sight of the overall picture when betting

What remarkable thing have you achieved with the money you won from gambling?
There is no real achievement for me with the money from gambling winnings, even though there have been several big wins that have occurred, I would rather use the money from gambling to buy something that can be used, for a business or business, not my dream.

I once saw a friend of mine who won around $50k gambling, the money was used for business, not long after that the business he developed fell apart and ended in sadism, I'm not saying the money from gambling was not good, but that's a fact that happened, Based on my friend's experience and I think that money from gambling should not be used for business capital.

The point is: everyone has different understandings, beliefs and principles regarding the money they earn from gambling winnings, so using that money based on your own beliefs, free in judgment, for me personally there is no real achievement.

The money used by the gamblers from the real earnings,So the gamblers should care more for each game. The gamblers should build their own game in the gambling site to make the biggest achievements in the gaming.Because many people become the biggest money holding person by the gambling involvement. The gambling community is based on the skills and the experience. Some experienced gamblers may make the money by just doing the random betting. But the same random betting will not be the solution for the new gambler in the same gambling site.So the gamblers can easy make money using their gambling skills in long run.

I know of a guy living in my street who won a huge amount of money in gambling last year, he lavished the whole money and now came back being broke.

Bruh, lavishing money and going broke cannot be an attribute of a good and responsible gambler. What is responsible for poor financial management? This is an act of irresponsibility. Come on, it is difficult smashing the ass of bookies and when you do, you need to exhibit prudent in the way you spend. The stories of gamblers hitting big and going broke are becoming so common that it can force some kind of research to know the actual cause of that. Sometimes, we only see the actual display without knowing what was flowing in the mind of the gambler when he was throwing around money. Is he pushed by happiness? or want to get an equal measure of the pain he got from losing before his win?

Some persons even go to the lengths of avoiding friends and family when they win the lottery. It is bad. Why is it so remain unknown. https://africa.businessinsider.com/strategy/20-lottery-winners-who-lost-every-penny/2mvlftq. This link will reveal some persons who went broke after winning the lottery.

So far I have never won a large amount in gambling, if I were given the opportunity I would prefer to invest the money, that way I will get interest on the money I invested and withdraw the interest and be able to use it for my needs, I don't know Using this money for useless things will change your life for the better

We are the same buddy, I also have never gotten a very big win like what some of my friends managed to get including people who might be here, I'm sure that everyone wants to get that big win but for myself honestly I am one of those people who don't really force it to happen because I know that it's not that easy and obviously requires a large enough capital to get a win like that. On the other hand if for example I managed to get a fairly decent amount of winnings then obviously I would do the same thing as you, indeed that is better to do, namely by choosing to cash out and put most of the winnings for other things outside of gambling that do have the potential to develop the amount of money such as investing or opening a business such as a shop that can be our side income later. I think this idea is better when we manage to get a win than using it to gamble again which basically has the potential to lose your money again.

Yes because after all it is a futile effort if we use the winning money to return to gambling, it will only worsen the situation when in the end we lose, therefore for me it is better to prioritize precautions rather than chasing something uncertain, as you said that chasing victory in gambling is like chasing the wind, because there is no certainty and guarantee for anyone to get a win back at the end of the session and this is the reason why it is better for us to take precautions, one of which is cashing out the winnings when we get it rather than ending up with regret.

We have to be wise and mature in thinking, there are still many other things that we have to think about, especially in terms of living needs, getting a win in gambling is not easy if we are difficult to get lucky, therefore it is recommended to be wise in using the money from the winnings, one of which is to allocate some of that money to other things as I said earlier that do have the potential to make our money grow and one of them may be investment. Because obviously this will be very useful to help increase our finances or income and also on the other hand this can also be used as savings for old age later when we are no longer able to work. So on the other hand I always say to my friends who managed to get a big win with the idea "it's useless to get a big win if basically the money is lost again in gambling".

Some folks, the wise and mindful ones, use it to build a solid foundation. They invest in businesses or smart stuff that keeps the money flowing even when Lady Luck takes a break. Think of it like planting a money tree that keeps growing!

Others, the "live fast, win big" crew, might treat it like a bottomless mimosa brunch. They spend it all on flashy stuff, living it up in the moment. Fun, but that buzz can fade faster than a champagne headache.

But hey, most people fall somewhere in between. Maybe a little splurge on a new gadget, but also some tucked away for the future. It's all about finding your balance, knowing your limits, and not letting greed cloud your judgment.

Remember, gambling wins are a bonus, not a guarantee. True happiness comes from more than just money. So, have fun, be responsible, and make choices that set you up for a bright future, win or lose! ✌️

I think you can make a library by making money from gambling, it will be very useful for the people of the society. Many people will learn a lot by reading books from your library. If you can, the people of the society can really learn a lot.  Make sure that you don't get addicted to gambling again in the hope of getting big profits. If you ever get overly greedy while gambling, you are more likely to become addicted to gambling.

I recall one memorable betting event. That was the only time I know I need money so bad and by a stroke of luck, I won such a huge amount that I need at that time to fumigate my kennel, vaccinate my dogs and bought a 15kg bad of dog kibble. I will never forget this.
I know of a guy living in my street who won a huge amount of money in gambling last year, he lavished the whole money and now came back being broke.
I think you should say I know an unwise guy. This is so because only an unwise person will spend such winnings like the proverbial prodigal son. Some gamblers are very short-sighted. They think that because it is available in excess today it will remain that way tomorrow.

Personally, this is the typical behaviours of young gamblers. They squander their winnings on wine, women, and hookers. They neither take good care of themselves nor their family. Another aspect of lavishly spending your winnings is putting back everything into another game. They lose and the regret they feel is unexplainable.

Same here on which i havent been able to experience on having those big wins in gambling on which i cant really tell on what it do looks like on winning big and buying on something that you do like.

Some will really be putting it on investment but just like on what you have said that they would really be prioritizing on things on which you do love or wish in life on which it is really that normal.
There are really just those people who are really that business minded on which they would really be having those kind of priorities that they do want to make some business
because they do know that on what it could give when it comes to income.

Some doesnt care and just continue to play no matter what since they do know that they could still possibly be able to make more
money once they would win again but we know on what would happen next. Right?  :D

The fact is that many people cannot use their gambling winnings well. More of them use the money to have fun overnight.
Unless he intended from the start to use the winnings from gambling to open a new business, he might be more conservative when winning.
But we can't be blamed if people use their winnings from gambling for other things, such as buying new electronic devices or for parties.

I don't get anything extraordinary from winning gambling, because I've never had a big win, I'm not an active gambler so of course I can't expect much from gambling results, besides when I win it feels extraordinary for me.

This is what we called moving from grace to grass after been blessed by the almighty God. How can you make a life changing opportunity only to waste it on chilling and lavish lifestyle. No wonder, they say making money is not the problem but managing it is the problem. If you are a gambler suffering to make a life changing opportunity and you luckily have one shot to it and then you spend everything without a restraining order, I'm afraid that to even make such kind of money again in gambling will be difficult to achieve again.

I have seen some people start business after winning big amount of money from gambling and what they do is to set up a business after that and they never go broke again, I know some that buy car just because they want to be respected but later sold it because they don't have money to even maintain it, people are different with different mentality.

I think this is most being applicable to the category of gamblers who wins alot or have won a huge amounts of money, unlike the regular gambler like is who barely win a substantial amount of money while gambling, I can say that not all those who won big end up utilizing their earning for something profitable in life, instead they spend them till every last penny is gone thinking it will always comes in more for those to win again and again.

Some people also lack having good adviser to take them on the right path to how they can maintain wealth by investing instead of spending on things that are not of value like going to clubs, drinking, gambling the more, buying exotic cars and other things that are nothing but a liability, when they should have been investing their money on something good to always fall back on.

It is not a foreign phenomenon for us to see gamblers doing the things you say. For me, this is something normal. In fact, it could be that if you are in that position, I mean you get a very big jackpot, the urge to go on a spree like you said could happen to you. why, the answer is because we are not in the situation or condition of winning, let alone in a very large amount. As normal humans, it is very natural for us to want to do something we have never done before. or, something we rarely do. moreover, we have the money to make it happen. Psychologically, this is normal for humans, but in essence it all comes back to us how we treat the money we have, earn, and even win from gambling.

However, what is certain is that everyone has different thoughts. in fact, we cannot enforce the ideas we propose even if they lead to something good. By the way, to be honest, I'm not trying to imagine if one day I'm lucky to get a win that's beyond my expectations. the reason is, this is just a discourse or something that is not certain to happen. so, I can't assume something that won't necessarily happen.

That's true mate, in life it's easier said than done. From ops thread, alot of persons would say different things concerning a situation lie this. But if we were in such situations we might just be able to spend even more. That feeling of having got a big win after so many bets and now you decided to cash out at that point there will be so many taughts running through your mind. It now depends on how good the individual is when it comes to spending his funds.
If I were in the guys shoes, I will definitely have so much things to use that money for including spending for my family members. But you never know though what might truly happen when that time comes.

I haven't literally won a game with my own cash on deck... "On a very fair afternoon, a young man approached me and demanded that I wagered on that particular round of game (virtuals) on his tab - I did and I won for the next two times..

I didn't have much benefits compared to any regular gambler but, the little was enough for my meal, atleast for 2 days...  Such cases are rare - anyone sitting at the corner, gazing at the frequency with which I won would get inspired to spend his last dime.

Yes, it is actually happen to some people. They may have incredible luck and win a sizable sum of money from gambling, but they may not know what to do with it. Some may simply spend it carelessly, which is not in their best interests. Keep in mind that some people will suffer every day when they wager and they cannot win; thus, if you are fortunate enough to win a sizable sum of money instead of them to use the money to do better at that moment, but they will not.

They can't start a better company that will compensate them in the future until they've lavishly spent all the money they'll later regret. However, if I were to win a large sum of money from gambling today, my first course of action would be to establish a backup source of income. That even if I never didn't gamble, I would still be able to live off the money I earned daily.

Quote

I know of a guy living in my street who won a huge amount of money in gambling last year, he lavished the whole money and now came back being broke.
When it comes to spending money, Some will spend the money the way they like with their friends, and if they do not have terrible friends, instead of offering them advise not to spend the money in unnecessary way, they will not because they too gain from the person who wins the bet. However, once all of the money has been spent, those friends will most likely abandon him some will even say that they will never look for his help again because he has become a broke guy. That is the work of humans beings. That is why it is prudent to stay away of some friends who only know you for a little period of time you have money.

My position exactly. I think in my early ages of gambling, I had the impression that big wins are possible. Yeah, people actually make this b8g wins but for some reason, I'm not one of them and it has made me loss hope for ay big win coming my way. I don't even have to gamble with the intention of making a big win. I go with it using a stake that is almost worth nothing to me and you can be sure the winning wouldn't be much as well.
That tells you, your surely not doing anything with it already. I haven't had to think of doing anything notable with my wins, maybe just use it for some money to spend for the time being, lavish money and that's it,

I like the last part of it. You never can tell what you would use winning money to do but the greatest pain of winning big is using same winning to gamble again and losing it. If you lose your winning because you decide to be greedy and playing again for bigger jackpot but losing it, it is really painful. To utilize gambling money gives you joy against the times you will be in a losing streak. I have heard of people who use their winning money to decorate their sitting room and install television in there for the sake of informing visitors about his gambling winnings. It really gives joy to utilize winning money than to lose it by staking again with it. Most people don't play again after they win till the next day and by that they have secured and utilized that winning.

I envy such stories as I have not had any big winnings yet, maybe that’s because I am a safe gambler and do not risk huge amounts of money when gambling. Hypothetically, if by some miracle I do win a large sum, I would spend that money on some stuff I have already bookmarked on a shopping site. That for me would be the first thing that comes to mind.

It's rare for someone to use the big winnings they get for things that can benefit themselves, but he can do it. He can hope to make money from the business so he doesn't pin his hopes too much on gambling to make a lot of money again. By having a business that he manages, he can hope to make more money and if he can develop his business, he can make even more money. It was an advantage for him that he didn't need to use his savings to build a business but he could use the winnings to develop his business again.

Getting big winnings from gambling is the dream of many people so it makes many people continue gambling until they can make a lot of money. Maybe they won't stop themselves even though they have achieved a big win because there is a desire to produce an even bigger win.

It is natural that if someone gets a big win, they will definitely feel happy because what gamblers are waiting for is victory and avoiding defeat. After that, a gambler makes his own choice, whether he will immediately leave the casino when he has won or vice versa, he will stay there to gamble again.
And I agree with you, that actually many gamblers who have won are more obsessed with winning again with more results than before and this is what gamblers need to prevent by having good control so in my opinion this will never happen.

Exactly, even some people end up giving the whole money back to the system without achieving anything because most of the people that I have seen won this big money they had no plans of winning such an amount, some that won, it was even their first time or second time getting involved in gambling and it was a kind of them trying their luck, and they won, So this kind of gamblers it will be to them like wow!, is this how I'm going to be wining this big? The money just like came to them unprepared, and furthermore, if it happens that it is someone who doesn't have a financial education on money management that won, there's every tendency that the gambler might likely lavishly spend the money.

Yes, that true and indeed most gamblers when they get big win, they will do useless things such as using the winnings to return to gambling with increased bets and use it for fun such as going to nightclubs.
Just look, there have been several cases where someone who became billionaire from winning the lottery jackpot went bankrupt again after 1 to 2 years of wasting the winnings uselessly, this is an example of the bad attitude of someone who cannot manage their money well.

And what you say will only happen or be done by business people or gamblers who have business spirit, for most gamblers it will be difficult to do this because they still only care about pleasure and satisfaction.
We will never be able to find or it is impossible to find many gamblers who can make good use of their winnings such as to build business, most gamblers when they win are not satisfied and want to be able to have bigger wins.
From here, how can they use their winnings to build business and make money even though their ambitions and goals are different.

Winning is the desire of all gamblers and I sure that all gamblers can win, but not all gamblers will be able to manage and utilize their winnings well.

Gamblers always want to chase big wins, so they are willing to continue gambling and even though they have experienced a lot of losses, maybe that won't stop them from continuing to chase big wins. Indeed, there are people who, after getting a big win, can immediately stop themselves from gambling. But many cannot stop themselves from gambling and instead try to chase another big win so they will use more of their money. It has become like an obsession that they have to get from gambling, and unfortunately, many of them do not have good self-control, so many experience a lot of losses. They should be able to stop their gambling activities after they succeed in getting that big win to enjoy their big win by celebrating it.

If they could use their big win to prepare their lives for a better life, they would have it because they would try to use and prepare it by building a business or investment that could provide even greater profits in the future. They will not use the winnings to gamble again, even though they can continue gambling. But it is more important for them to prepare for the future so that it can be even better, especially since they now have a lot of money from their big winnings. But some people have wasted their big winnings by having fun and wasting money by partying non-stop. This is a bad example so we don't need to imitate it.

Maybe only a few gamblers can use their winnings to build a business so they can have a bigger income than gambling. If they can open their horizons and think about their future, it will be more useful for them because at least they will be willing to try to change their lives for the better. By having a business, they can make money and don't need to pin their hopes on gambling, where they won't always be able to win. If we can get the opportunity to win that big victory, we must be able to use it to change our lives for the better so that we can enjoy this life even better without any financial shortages because there are already businesses that can make money for us.

Hopefully, we can get a big win one day to have or achieve our dreams and also make good use of that victory.

Yes, great wins can blind people to financial management. I consider it a test. The cosmos asking, "What will you do with this gift?" How many chose to enjoy transitory joys! Nightclubs and gambling are like seeing a kid in a candy store, but the repercussions last.

I enjoy gambling. Not only the money - the rush and experience! Supporting pleasure gambling requires knowing its highs and lows. Enjoy the win but recognise the worth of a dollar. Adding wisdom to that delight would be a winning combination.

Gamblers rarely become businessmen quickly, but why not dream? All around us are surprises. Perhaps the next major win will lead to the next huge business venture. Yes, its a long shot, but so is everything in gambling? Have fun, plan, and who knows? Next success may be a gamble.

It's not always easy to use gambling money to do something remarkable, when you win big from gambling you'll always think you can win more as you gamble more and this will make you to use up all your money as you keep losing but won't stop gambling due to believing you can win more bets. Easy money are always easy to mismanage therefore having a plan on what to do with the money before you win it is good. It mustn't be the exact amount but having a plan always helps.

If you're an individual like myself that don't know what to do with big money when I win them, you can use the money to buy Bitcoin and hold. As you hold, ideas will come into your head and you'll know what to use the money to do. If you win this money during the bear market I won't advice you hold them in Bitcoin but in stablecoins so the money doesn't drop as the price of Bitcoin will drop during the bear market.

Because greed dominates the gambler's mind so he cannot use his common sense to stop when he has won. In gambling, anyone who is obsessed with winning and does not see that there will definitely be losses and losses will remain the same, meaning they cannot stop. and remains optimistic that he will win again even though the result is clearly still in doubt. And if there is a gambler who has won and can control his greed then he is a lucky person because he can leave the casino to have fun and enjoy it and this is everyone's dream.

It is normal for greed to dominate a gambler's mind, especially when he has won. In gambling, many people will be obsessed with winning, especially if they often see other people's wins, so they will continue to try to win. But instead of winning, he ends up losing, and if he can't control himself, the losses will increase and cost him a lot of money. That is why if someone can win, he must immediately think about stopping his gambling activities because otherwise, he could be lured by his greed so that he will continue gambling and not even withdraw his winnings. This is what often happens and is experienced by many gamblers because they forget to stop gambling and end up being lured into continuing gambling and experiencing even more losses.

We definitely need to do something memorable in the form of an unforgettable trip to a country we have long dreamed of flying to. After all, our life consists of these positive moments, which we will then remember with warmth and gratitude to ourselves after many years. We can also make a charitable contribution for children who need it. This will make the world a little better than it is now. If we don’t do memorable things with the money we managed to win in gambling, then ultimately there is a chance of ending up losing everything and never realizing our dreams and plans. Therefore, I want to give advice to all players, be sure to withdraw part of the prize and do not be greedy.

As for me, I once spent my winnings on a trip to 3 countries in Western Europe with my friends. Although it was a long time ago, I remembered it for the rest of my life and am very happy that I did just that. I'm grateful to myself.

Bro, the remarkable thing I can think of now is to treat myself, I mean use the money to eat and get the best out of life for a short period of time... ;)

Well, this might sound off to anyone reading it but that is the truth. I believe I do this because my money in the gambling accounts is not always important to me. By that, I mean my gambling income is not such that I rely on so much on to the point of thinking/relating so much importance to it. And with the way I win, I do not win so big, this is why my risks are not always big either. For this, when the money has been accumulated well to the point that I can withdraw a reasonable amount, and that the amount will not affect my subsequent gambling activities, then I do that and I treat my friend/family along with myself.

This is best for me instead of using the money in my more serious business/investment for the treat. After all, the gambling income has done it at that time I needed the money, which means that it is not useless or a waste of time to do it after a long period of time.

Seeing other people's winnings is considered a temptation in gambling establishments. Indeed, other people's winnings will look very tempting, especially if they win large amounts of money, which is clearly very tempting for other gamblers and from this curiosity, gamblers who are not equipped with strong self-control will be easily influenced and carried away by it. situation there.
Therefore, it is better to play with our own abilities. Win or lose, we have to accept it wisely so as not to get carried away by unnecessary feelings of emotion or anger.

Its about investing in experiences, people, and the future, not simply purchasing. Gambling earnings are a fortune, but how you spend them defines you. You talk about charity and trips; why not mix them? Use travel to impact the world. Learn, contribute, visit. The places you visit and the footprints you leave are important.

Another tip: diversify. Both in investments and in experiences and contributions. The globe offers unlimited possibilities. When you win, think large and broad. Your prizes could ignite a movement or alter lives. Remember, the goal is to enrich the world, not just yourself. That creates a legacy, not just memories.

I have no extraordinary achievements from gambling, I only won 10x from gambling and that is only enough to cover my living expenses for 10 days, I have never won big money from gambling, hopefully one day I will experience it

Those who see other people's wins will be tempted to try gambling until they can win too. But they will see that after playing gambling for a while, they still can't get the win and are even more curious about the gambling game. They think they can also win like others if they gamble, even though that is not the scenario. Casinos also will not allow many gamblers to win from their gambling games. We must be able to accept whatever the outcome is, win or lose, so that there is no desire to pursue anything because for us, gambling is just to fill our free time and not to chase win.

And we shouldn't need to be jealous when we see other people's success in gambling because if this kind of behavior arises it will only trigger we to continue gambling so we hope can get the same win as that other person, even though gambling itself is random and we don't know luck. what we will experience will be today or has already passed because in terms of luck, no one knows when it will happen, so it is better for us to use gambling games with the abilities we have without needing to be greedy just because we see other people wins.

I myself always practice responsible gambling and am not only motivated by other people's wins because I know that victory is very difficult to achieve. Moreover, we also know that gambling is not a place to make a profit and we should use it to have fun and if we can win at gambling in large amounts it would be better to use the winnings to buy what we want to achieve and be useful so that it doesn't go to waste.

It's life-changing when you win a significant amount of money, tho it still depends on a person on how they will choose to use that money. Some may invest their funds, start a business, etc. And some may tempted to indulge in luxury spending or irresponsible behavior. It's important to plan and consider long-term goals before deciding on spending winnings wisely and responsibly.

Not every gambler will have a big win when gambling therefore you shouldn't envy others stories as the stories mightn't be real. The small wins you're getting is also okay when you stay consistent in winning the small bets. When you add up all the wins you could have gotten a big win more than the other individuals that only won once but you have being winning consistently. Every individual have different ways they're lucky. When you win those small bets what you use them to do matters.

I also win small bets too but I have won big bets also. When I win small bets, I keep the money tojuse as capital to continue playing. I don't play after winning but I'll wait for some days so I don't feel too confident then lose my bets as a result of this. Sometimes I take the profits from the small bets I won and use them to do other things then return the remaining to my betting account so I can have more capital.

Such stories are sometimes rare as in my countries current condition of hardship, some men would just probably spend the money on something else or rather hide it from their wife. We all have so many approaches about this kind of situation. For me though I will definitely encounter some expenses on the long run but on winning most times from gambling, I just leave it in my wallet till something important comes up.

And when I mean important if it isn't something thats worth my spending I don't. Most gamblers spend unnecessarily most times in the idea that they will get the money back again. Some foolishly reuse these winnings to gamble again and upon that, they end up losing everything. As a Gambler we should make good decisions with our winnings that will yield good results.

It was just a one-time win for me, a parlay bet that I hit with huge odds. The money I won, I used to buy a phone and a laptop for my daughter. I know if it happens again, it will take a long time since parlay wins are not easily achieved; the chances are low. But when you are lucky, you can hit even if the odds are too high.

The win was not something I could save to invest in either business or to start with a decent bankroll in gambling. It's instant money that I also needed to spend instantly. At least I have a remembrance of my winning, and I will continue with the usual, which is to win some and lose some. Overall, I haven't really achieved profitability in gambling yet.

I have never had good luck with gambling so I never won big money nor achieved anything remarkable with that money. But, if we think a little bit about it, crypto is just another way of gambling, isn't it?

So, with the money I won from crypto, I reduced my debt, and I think that this is the best decision ever. Because, unless we win the lottery, we'll always be debt slaves, but there are different levels of slavery, and it is great to maintain it low so one can keep hope about financial freedom someday. That's my advice too: if anyone ever wins big, don't buy consumer goods, a car or whatever, and save it instead to reduce the future debt, or reduce the current one, because hopelessness about financial freedom will make you see the life with different glasses, live it in another way, and make different, worse decisions.

I gamble with small money the amount of money I can afford to lose thus my expected return is like 3x or 4x of the money therefore I use the money earned to pay for some bills like subscription for data, television, electricity etc, I never win big basically because I am a very conservative gambler who doesn't take high risk, I gamble on soccer matches and the higher the number of matches accumulated for a high odd and higher reward the higher the risk that is I had not win big, however if luckily win jackpot definitely I would invest part of the money to estate investment and remaining half to buy a promising cryptocurrency, I can't get such a rare opportunity and lavish the money extravagantly on trivial things

If I won a large sum in gambling, I would definitely invest 70-80% of my winnings in real estate, cryptocurrencies. I would spend 20-30% on entertainment - going somewhere to have a vacation with my family, helping my parents financially. It seems to me that in everything you have to look for the golden mean, otherwise there is simply no point in life. In my opinion, every person should try to financial independence, but you should not forget about entertainment and your loved ones.

I love what you did with the money, you are indeed wise. That gadget will be so appreciated by your daughter and you can be proud to have made it through gambling as well. Still, your long time of no winning must mean that you do not gamble often, if not, it's very possible you would have hit the Jackpot again. But truly, you are right, and a gambler like you is so cautious and has accepted gambling as it is so that mistakes will not be made. I call this responsible gambling.

We should not just be desperate about gambling or winning, just take it lightly as you do and try to try your luck when you feel like it. This is better than the way many are taking it in such a compulsive manner. Also, the parlay bet you opted for and won with has to be betted consistently for another luck to visit you, and you might want to step it up better for a better chance of winning if so desired. And if you would want to be winning more often, I guess you should rather visit sports betting if you are scared of the parlay, you can play win-and-lose games, and if you are good at it, your consistency of winning will increase. You shouldn't expect the big money here but when it is consistent, you will be able to do more tangible things with your winnings.

I agree that crypto or other windfalls should be used to reduce debt. This strategy reduces metaphorical "slavery" and increases financial autonomy. Decreased debts bring lasting gratification, unlike tangible possessions.

Financial responsibility is a life lesson reinforced by your counsel. I think such wisdom can change one's life. Reduce debt to recover your future, not just your finances. Making choices that promote long-term freedom and stability.

I don’t gamble with a lot of money, so whenever I win, I don’t really win a lot of money, so I can’t really remember a serious thing that I have done with my gambling money. Sometimes, when I win, I do use it to clear any bills that I am supposed to clear, but I haven’t acquired anything serious with gambling money. Maybe whenever I win a big amount of money from gambling, I will get myself something I will always remember I got the money from gambling.

The win was not something I could save to invest in either business or to start with a decent bankroll in gambling. It's instant money that I also needed to spend instantly.
So you mean instant money made from gambling can’t be invested or used for business? I won’t say it’s a bad idea that you used it to get yourself something, but you should know that it can be invested. It’s better after winning from gambling to use your money to invest in other things or get yourself what you want just as you did, rather than leave the money in your gambling account and gamble with it.

Just a way to keep myself on check, every time I get involved in anything that fetches me money, reasonable money I mean, I look for a way to get it into something very important. The reason for this is because I believe more is transient and also a property of the state, whatever money you have in your hand is the money that the state has deemed fit to allocate to you and if you waste it, it will be said that you were not worthy of handling that portion of state's trust in you.

So, whenever you earn, win money, ensure it finds itself in something remarkable and not lavish lifestyle

Not all people would really be winners on dealing up with gambling on which there would really be those losers and there would be winners but not comes into a point that they could build a business into it
or something that do talks about significant amount. We might be able to win but not on the sense that we could really be able to take up such step. In my life or experience in gambling
then i havent been able to win up so big that i could build up a business with it or some investment on the amount been said or told. It is really just that im winning but only on mere mounts.

For those who do able to win up big then they do able to mind about building some investment or business then its a wise move. They arent really just that mindful on getting more wins
via playing even more because this is what usually gamblers would really be planning to do so.

What remarkable thing have you achieved with the money you won from gambling? To be honest is nothing  ;D I mean I never win like literal big more than 1000$ so my winning is just around 50 200$ etc and usually that money just go to food or something else that has no real impact in real life.

To be honest
I know of a guy living in my street who won a huge amount of money in gambling last year, he lavished the whole money and now came back being broke.

well story like this ain't new and a lot happened in fact this also happened to my sibling so yeah when you win big just put your portion of your money into something else like investment or opening some store or anything else that could regrow your money.

As the only son in the family, I have the responsibility to maintain the survival of the family. There are many desires that I cannot achieve, sometimes I really want to gamble more than I have ever done before, but there are many other considerations that must be made in order to maintain the family's financial stability.
So far, only small wins have always decorated the beauty of my gambling journey. At certain times I really wanted to get a big win to overcome financial problems in the family, but because I couldn't use large amounts of money, only small wins always allowed me to have fun for just a few moments.

It is a very wise decision for you to convert your gambling winnings into gifts for your daughter, instead of continuing to use that money for gambling. I have experienced parlay betting in football, and it is really difficult to win. You mentioned that you have not really achieved profits in gambling. I wonder if you are considering gambling as a career or just gambling for fun, if you are lucky, you can earn money to buy something, otherwise it's also okay?
In my opinion, to know whether we are truly profitable or not in any field of business or gambling, we must calculate over a long period of time, and according to a certain frame of reference. Because if today you play with this method, tomorrow you try another method, the results and performance will be very different. To be honest, since I started gambling until now, I have not bought anything for myself from my winnings. One, I continue to reinvest to increase my gambling capital. Two, I used the winnings to move into cryptocurrency investment.

I didn't experience huge wins with my gambling habit because I generally gamble often for small profits that would buy me like nice dinner to very good holiday option. I think best I did was to buy a fridge for mum. (I am family man) I felt so good when I saw her face because she was sort of proud with her son. I know its not something very remarkable compared to many people did but it was very important for me.

I've not won a significant amount, but I've seen this mistake many times from gamblers, and it's so painful because this money can actually make a difference and set them up for life. When they hit a mega win, they would either spend it on frivolities and gambled the rest until they lose everything or set up a business that would eventually fold because they'd not invest their time in it. They've this mindset that they'll win again which may never happen.

Many gamblers already made this mistakes many times but they don't want to learn and don't want to stop gambling. That will only give them more losses while they can't realize. This because they don't want to learn from what they got while they gambled. That onlye gives a big losses than they can imagined. Yes, an experienced of having a big losses is realy painfull but however, they must accepted it and let it go while that is the only one thing that they can do instead to continue their gambling activities. Maybe it is hard for them but at least, it is their hoped by trying to reduce theri gambling acitivities.

If they aren't have or won a big win, they don't have to chase the big winning and that means, they don't have too serious playing gambling and just relax and enjoy their time playing gambling. And yes, if they win big, that will be the time for them to build a business that more promosing to make money rather than to continue playing gambling. If they continue gambling, they can loss their money and even will loss all of their money. They should think about the chance of being addicted to gambling if they can't understand it.

My personal best achievement could be paying off debt. I have always done that, and for me gambling profits are great for debt payments. It's just a way of getting closer, I could use my gambling deposit to pay it as well, but I rather not and I just don't feel like it, for me it just doesn't represent the part of my life that I want to give up. I just end up with doing whatever I can, and in return I end up with a good result.

So, we should just focus on what we can do with this, that makes it a lot more fun. I gamble, and I lose, but on the rare chances where I do end up winning, I am quite happy with what I got and that makes all the world better. I would have less debt thanks to all of that and gets me going.

It's a great approach, mainly combining financial responsibility with yourself and the people around you. Who knew that betting and fun could help so much thinking along this spectrum.

I believe it is possible to make a lot of profit, but you need a lot of experience and a method to be followed as rigidly as possible. This way, you can control gains and losses and if the method is good, sell it.

That's okay in my opinion. You are doing good, winning small amounts is just fine and it could be a way to treat yourself to good food when you make profits out of gambling.
It's the right thing, don't try to gamble that large amount that may lead to your financial problem and become the problem of the whole family because you cannot provide. You are a good man, stay that way. Don't envy those high rollers, they have the means to pay for their gambling habit while we don't.
I've been playing in just small amounts and yet I can still feel the regret and frustration when I am losing $20 - $30 in casino games after a week. What more if I bet higher than that? I bet I will be too frustrated that I will start chasing the losses and worse I get addicted to gambling.
You are just betting on what you can afford to lose without jeopardizing the necessities, bills, and food on the table for your family which is the right thing in my own opinion. Keep that up, someday you will be rewarded in a different way, not through the high risk gamble.

My small sari-sari store was a product of my gambling wins last year. It will turn 1 year old next month.

Still needs lots of room for improvement but thank GOD for making our daily operation always smooth.

Even with lots of losses in gambling, at least I was able to save some money to start a small business. :D

This is something that I like, and because you are like this I think that things will always go well for you, shouldering all the things that you do is something very noble and I think that things will always go well for you, however it has to do with the fact that some things are They will present you because you failed, but do not give up, to people like you because things will turn out well for you, even though there are always obstacles, problems, but there will always be many things for which the solutions will be presented to you, So I completely understand that you can't play as much because that means that if you risk a lot and lose it, you can't afford that luxury because everything falls out of balance and that's not the idea, the economic situation of the American people or the cross that each of us carry. It's different and we don't know what they are like, that's why sometimes when you get involved with a person you have to think about what they're involved in, what things they're suffering from and how that person can resolve things, it's something I've Always said.

Some people here in the forum get involved with each other, but I Don't have the heart to get involved with any person who in their daily life Suffers from some type of terminal illness, who is a person in a wheelchair, with abilities that are different from the normal ones, because I Personally thank God because I have everything good, my health and everything, I can run, do anything and that is a reward in life, but I know that there are people who don't have it, so sometimes It is best not to get involved with people because you don't know what cross they are carrying, therefore when we see that there are people who fight for their family, who are the breadwinners of their family, it is something very respectable.

It's great to know that betting is not as harmful as many say. If you are methodical and patient, you can accumulate wealth and, in your case, even open a business. So, being patient is very important.
