I am a high roller, and platinum 3 loyal player on stake, and I placed a live bet for e-sports FIFA match over 3.5 @3.5 during first half adhering all the rules while one of the teams had red card.

The bet did win, and was settled with funds available on my balance, however after 20 mins it has been adjusted and voided for some reason.

There is no adequate explanation from the support with two different stories.

I am a fair player and not monitoring bots nor using any bots or software.

Please complete your story with more details and supporting evidence; the screenshot of those conversations, the betting history, etc. otherwise, no one will take it seriously. This sub-board runs on evidence. Below format will be much preferred:

You may ask them to know the reason for voiding the bet which you have mentioned. I have faced several issues regarding voided bets on several sites including bet365. I don't think you have been scammed and they have voided the bet for a valid reason.

Without details, this doesn't look like a scam accusation.

Show us the screenshots of your chat with the support. Maybe we might pick a clue.

Pretty sure whatever answer support gave you is the answer they were told to give. Along with what everyone else has said, create a valid accusation, post screenshots, and try to contact their reps, you will not really get much help from the community without more context. You should probably have tried to contact their reps here before making this thread IMO.

I doubt stake needs to scam you for 125$, that's the winning amount they voided.
Also as previously said, you should show the chat history here instead of just saying they provided 2 stories..

By the way, being platinum 3 and betting 50$ does NOT make you a highroller.  ;D I am platinum 5 and I would NEVER call me that.

They have a representative on this forum who sweeps through this sub-board regularly and forwarded the issues to the respective team. I am sure when this thread has more basis [and so far, it doesn't], the representative will notify their team to investigate.

i think it's not just stake who is doing this but also the rest. even when you are not a high roller they will void your bet when your bet goes through while the odds were changed at the time when something happened in the game.

the odds change all the time when you do it in the live game. it happened several times in my bets but i couldn't complain. i have repeatedly tried to bet on such live games and several times also prompted new odds to be updated. you'll just have to cross your fingers when you successfully make the bet approved.
