For watching addresses? Bluewallet[1] is a good choice. You can either watch individual addresses, or a whole wallet using your xPub.

If you also want to watch your exchange's wallet (that cannot be done by watching your receiving addresses) then you should probably look into Portfolio apps like Delta.

Electrum is another option that you can go for. Bluewallet is good to be used as a watch only wallet, but you can also use Electrum as a watch only wallet. They are both good wallet.

Also you can use Unstoppable wallet as bitcoin watch only wallet. I do not recommend it for bitcoin wallet, but it is good as a watch-only wallet.

Also you can use Sentinel wallet.

My preference is Electrum.

As far as I know, the application for storing your assets that is supported by Android is Electrum. Maybe you could try downloading it. Not only Android, this wallet is also supported by several platforms such as Windows, MacOS, Linux and Python here (https://electrum.org/#download). This application is also easy to download on your cellphone. You need to remember, don't just download it from various other sources, download it on the official website electrum.org

You can also study here the official docs for beginners here

Can vouch for BlueWallet. Not only as a wallet for watch-only addresses, but as an on-the-go hot wallet in general as well. Electrum is decent as well though I don't think the UI/UX has ever improved through the years. As for Sentinel, if I remember correctly it only supported tracking 1 address? Not sure as that was like 4+ years ago lol.

My choice is Electrum wallet.

Creating a watch-only wallet (https://bitcoinelectrum.com/creating-a-watch-only-wallet/) with Electrum.

On mobile, you can create it like this.

Create wallet.
Import Bitcoin addresses or private keys (because you want to create a watch-only wallet, after this step, you will import your Bitcoin address).
Paste your Bitcoin address.
Create your wallet password.
Finish.
Wait for syncing and see your wallet balance (watch only).

Bluewallet and Electrum wallet are my top 2. Bluewallet has a decent UI/UX compared to Electrum but both wallet are reliable in terms of watching specific address.

Bluewallet is the best answer for me since you are just looking for a wallet to watch address. Bluewallet only sucks sometimes on updating the recommended transaction fee when sending Bitcoin but the rest of its feature is superb like Electrum but better design.

I prefer using the Electrum wallet and Mycelium wallet as they both are available for Android devices. Electrum mobile wallet UI is not that great and that is why I prefer using its desktop version whereas Mycelium's user interface is great and I have been using it for a long time. That is the reason I prefer using it only on my Android phone. There are other wallets that are available like others have commented on your thread, you can use any one of them for Bitcoin.

You do not import your private keys or seed phrase when creating a watch-only wallet, all you need when setting up a watch-only wallet on Electrum is your master public key. Import your MPK into the wallet and you can then watch all activities on your wallet from this watch-only device, but you cannot spend funds from it, neither can funds be stolen from it.
Bluewallet only sucks sometimes on updating the recommended transaction fee when sending Bitcoin but the rest of its feature is superb like Electrum but better design.
You can customize your fee in BlueWallet, so all you need do is to check mempool.space for the appropriate fee at that time and enter it in BlueWallet before sending funds.

I saw a few replies above favor on Electrum wallet which also I preferred to use.

But a mobile app?  That isn't recommendable.
It's more secure in a desktop wallet but it's up to your preference maybe.

It could be a desktop wallet for larger holdings and a mobile wallet for everyday transactions.

However, there are services that monitor Bitcoin transactions that you might consider to watch your address without accessing your wallet.

Just search for your address.

Although SPV clients aren't the best for privacy but they are still far better than using centralized block explorers that are controlled by some company which may be doing a lot of anti-privacy stuff behind the scene.
Use something like Electrum that can connect to different nodes, not just one to slightly improve the privacy.

OmegaStarScream already mentioned about Bluewallet this wallet enough for a Android user but if you want to store and hold a big amount of bitcoin then i will recommend you to use Electrum wallet. because this wallet is consider as a high potential and trusted wallet for both Android and Pc users. so you can keep Electrum as a first choice and Bluewallet & others wallet as a next choice. now you can choice yourself according to your needed

this may be what the OP is trying to achieve. The use of mobile or Android wallets such as Trust Wallet or Bitget Wallet may be very popular on social media. This is for ease of transactions that can be carried out every day.
But still, cellular wallets on smartphones are very risky. Indeed, it would be highly recommended not to use it to store very large amounts of assets.

If I'm not mistaken, it seems there is also a Telegram bot that can provide transaction notifications for addresses in our wallet. but I forgot which bot.

Both Trust Wallet and Bitget Wallet aren't even secure because they're closed source.

You're talk on a different context, the @OP didn't mean to use a hot wallet, but he's only use his cellphone to watch his holdings.

The risk of installing a watch only wallet in your daily cellphone is privacy concern, someone might able to know how much you hold.

Everyone has their own choice, like someone who will prefer you to use a Bluewallet or Mycelium wallet blah blah. But in my mind, I will prefer that you use the Electrum wallet because it is one of the best and safest Wallet for storing Bitcoin, and if you don't know much more about crypto so you need to use only the Electrum wallet because Electrum wallet is user-friendly like very easy and simple to use.

Thus, the Electrum wallet has a very easy and friendly interface, making it very easy for newbies to navigate with it.

So it means to say that Electrum Wallet is a very unique and easy-to-use wallet, so if you didn't know too much about how to use a wallet so as a friend, I will recommend that you use Electrum for the reason I explained above. . The rest, I have no compulsion on you, OP you have your own choice of which one you like to use.

DYOR!

My major problem with Electrum wallet is the UI/UX, apart from that, I think it is one of the best out there. The sign up process is easy and usage is not complex with unalloyed flexibility.

There was a time I encountered serious issues importinv wallet using my seed phrase in BlueWallet whereas it was easy and hitch-free doing same in Electrum. Since then I have  been using Electrum which is just fine for all my needs.

In a version last year, the UI was changed to a new one. There were changes to the layout and also their was improvement to the UX. The only thing I wish could be their is coin control instead of only having address freeze. But it is a watch-only wallet that demon3456 wants to use it for and it isgood to use.

This is sentinel wallet:

I mean you can paste master public key and not just an address.

Why not? Do you have any specific concerns about the Electrum mobile app?

It's more secure in a desktop wallet but it's up to your preference maybe.

Sure, smartphones can definitely pick up more malware than desktops and such. Although that's not too important here 'cause OP asked about watch-only wallet specifically.

The sign up process is easy
There is no 'sign up' process in Electrum, that is for custodial services, in Electrum you simply create a new wallet by generating a seed phrase in Electrum, just as you would do in any other recommended software wallet.
If I'm not mistaken, it seems there is also a Telegram bot that can provide transaction notifications for addresses in our wallet. but I forgot which bot.
For better privacy, it is better you set up your own watch only wallet while running your own rode, rather than depending on any third party.

you do not need a Bitcoin Wallet to watch your bitcoin. you just watch your bitcoin in the Bitcoin explorer.

If you are thinking which wallet is good for creating secure Bitcoin Address ?  then you can only Bitcoin Core to create offline Bitcoin address. but your private will be in your wallet hidden in a secret compartment but make sure you do not connect your computer with internet.

There are many options to watch your wallets like creating a watch-only wallet to check its balance, transaction history. You can bookmark that address on a browser to check. Other options like receiving notifications through email, SMS, telegram but honestly I would like to do it all by myself on my devices. Relying on third party tools can leak my privacy.

If don't care about privacy, considering this one.
