Title: [Open] OddJobsforBitcoin Signature Space for Rent
Post by: OddJobsForBitcoin on February 22, 2024, 10:37:43 PM
I just received a request for my signature spot from a member. Let me just leave this open because I responded to them after failing to see it in time. I'm open to offers if you're interested in renting my iconic space.

What renting gets you is as follows:

Several postings on a regular basis to advertise my OddJobsforBitcoin company. This guarantees regular visibility to a specific audience interested in services relevant to Bitcoin.

The forum's Bitcoin section is where regular coverage initiation takes place. I take an active part in the forum's Bitcoin discussion threads.

You will gain from interaction and discussion I start in this community by renting my signature area, which will increase the visibility of your business even more.

Tailored Posting to Meet Your Requirements: Additionally, I may change my postings to include any section of the forum debar local non-English sections. I am especially knowledgeable in games and gambling sections, trending cryptocurrency news and events and more.

If you're interested in renting my signature space, feel free to make your offers. I'll be considering offers on a first-come, first-served basis. Don't miss out on this opportunity to enhance your brand visibility and reach a targeted audience within the forum community. Meanwhile, I'll give top preference to the first requester if they respond soon.

You're just a member rank with 98 posts in 5 years. I think you will have better luck applying for a campaign vs hoping someone offers you money for your space. Nothing against you as a person, you're just unproven and low ranked. You need to build your reputation a bit more in the community and get your rank up.

Bitter truth but yeah you stated the obvious and yeah I love the guy because he has been very bold over he time and once did a voluntary prayer for me which I’m still very grateful but irrespective of the rank, I think he might still get an offer but I agree with you that it will be more better if he works his way up to at least a senior member position so he can get more audience and as well wear avatar rather than just signatures but all the same, I wish him all the best of lucks.

The first offer fell through. Waiting for more...
What really happened, I hope you didn’t chase them away with a price tag? And you should be more considerate while placing a price as anyone wanting to hire your space would also want to see results for their investment and as such you have to spread your post more to increase visibility and the rest of that.

Goodluck mate and I hope you get the best out of your offer.

Thanks Buddy. They were actually ready to pay my price, but the ad is something "evil" so I turned it down.

A newbie account made the offer. You think it's still TMAN?

Someone is obviously messing with you, and you think the offer is real? If by any chance you agreed to that offer, not only would you not get anything in return, but you would also get some "bad" feedback.

I don't know if any sig campaign offers a place for Member rank, but I suggest that you check that option, and if you really want a high-quality sig campaign, you will have to put in a lot more effort on the forum.

Really? That's bad of them. What's the gain in behaving like that?

I believe that this is part of the dissatisfaction expressed in the Telegram group. Some are not satisfied with your work but still do not want to lose their position in future campaigns. Anonymous anti-campaign is always the answer to such a thing.
Regardless, I believe that you should have found a better way to handle the disputed issue.

If that is about the recent Telegram post made by a user for Sherbet Signature Campaign then it make sense. Even though my term clearly stats that if the payment is not in the escrow wallet then I am not liable to pay any of the participants, I still gave him the opportunity to receive his payment.

I don't want to work with haters, bad actors, impatient members who do not trust and understand the business. I can not always pay campaign payments out of my pocket if a campaign does not pay me for the participants. I can only can give a good amount of time to the management team to send the payment and by that time if they don't then the only thing I can do is to create a scam accusation against them and ask the community to support a flag.

The guy is a coward and greedy. Obviously he does not want to lose his opportunity to work in my campaigns or he would already PMed me his payment address so that I could pay him and get rid of him.

I highly doubt that. A signature campaign participant would barely spend on something like this. They would rather create new account and wear the signature themselves after ranking up.

But if things don't look exactly as they are presented here?
Is it possible that the OP's is an alt account from a "dissatisfied" participant? The OP created another topic in the reputation board, to deepen this drama, everything seems to me like a passive attack on Royse's reputation.
How likely is it that someone will offer money for a signature space to an account that has been quite inactive until now?

A perfidious way to smear someone, while no one is exposed and there will be no consequences for future participation in campaigns.
Maybe I am just paranoid.

I agree with your opinion because no signature campaign participants would do such but rather, a competitor who have been hating secretly and does not want his or her identity to be known by the forum members.
OP was fast and reasonable enough to reject such offer as it is derogatory and an attack on the personality of AB de Royse777 who is a well known and respected manager on this platform.
I think the face behind the mask should be bold enough to come up plain and express his or her grievance or whatever they feel is not alright rather than staying behind mask to do their dirty job in tarnishing ones reputation.

Who knows who did but this is unlikely to be a participant in my opinion.

Competitor? I know all the active campaign managers and I believe that their standard isn't such low. Do any of them have such lower mentality? I believe no.

What an offer! People hating on you are trying to enlarge their coast in another dimension without showing their real selves who they are and what you have done wrong to them. Nevertheless, their opinion about you doesn't count or hold a drop of water since you don't live by anyone's rules other than yours.

Anyway, keep your fate up high and let the haters grumble at your feet cos you never stole anyone's BTC

You will be surprised. This is one of my client earlier today:
Quote
We had a signature campaign manager reach out to us a while ago about these costs but we lost their details - they claimed that we were being overcharged and I thought I'd check with you as it seemed odd. Want to ensure we're actually operating a good deal with you

My response:
Quote
Whoever was this guy, the approach was a low moral of course. A reputable campaign manager who made a name in the campaign management industry will never do such things (talking behind his colleagues). If it was anyone then it must be those of the haters. And you must know there are a lot of selective members who are haters especially the success of my campaign management. You will find some of the names here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5486136.msg63707503#msg63707503
Like you I also want to believe that no reputable campaign manager is going for this backstabbing and backchat. A reputable manager does not have that time. It's the haters sometimes become campaign manager, sometimes becoming respectful forum members and misleading the clients.

Edit:
Sorry OddJobsForBitcoin, it seems the purpose of the topic was hacked LOL. It should better moved to reputation or service discussion section.

A hater rather who has been hating for a long time secretly. My choice of words must have caused a little misunderstanding here. I know for sure the managers here are not a low standard managers but managers with years of experience and great managerial skills. Their results speaks of great volume for them and are visible to us all on this platform.

Although, many reputed members and even campaign managers have posted on your thread and give you some direction. I would also like to add something from my side, I don't know if you follow the suggestions or not, it's up to you, but I highly recommend you to make some good posts and earn at least 100 merits to reach full member rank.

Once you reach full member rank and you have some good posts on your profile then and only then you should offer your signature space for rent, otherwise I don't think you'll get any good offers. You should also try to be very active on this forum and make posts regularly so that campaign managers might consider you as a good participant.

Just keep in mind, the more time you devote to this forum, and more good quality posts you make, your chance to get accepted in a campaign gets higher. So until then, I recommend you to continue making posts on daily basis and try to earn some merits by sharing valuable information. Best of luck, hope you may get some good offers in future if you rank up to at least full member rank.

Very unlikely! Seems more plausible OP made up the whole thing for attention.  Doubt many folks would care about his services otherwise and  so maybe he stirred up some fake drama on purpose to get noticed.  Can't blame someone for wanting a little attention I guess, but I don't think this is the best way to go about it.

Maybe I am just paranoid.

That makes two of us.

It makes sense, even though the man does odd jobs, and it would definitely fall into that category if he had such an "advertisement" in his signature. Anyway, somehow it doesn't seem to me that people are interested in any odd jobs, although I remember some offering them in the past.

I remember one member who claimed that he would send excrement from animals from the zoo to any address - a dirty and odd business no matter how you look at it ::)

It's always amusing seeing old forum members lack introspection. So someone comes online to seek attention? Theymos should have started the merit system early so that only members with high acuity like LoyceV, Moccacinno and others lecome legendary ranks. I've finally made up a screenshot for your viewing pleasure. After viewing, I'm sure it'll add some odd jobs to my business. https://ibb.co/8X2sLC9
