Yes, You're right bro! He is not a new user. If he needs only one merit to join the bounty. Why he doesn't do quality posts to rank your positions? He thought he was so clever but Sr. of this forum was so much clever to him.

Maybe he thought there's no attention to posts made on the local boards or he can just take that as an advantage in seeing who will respond to his intention, since this is clear about what he is capable of, i think its better that he realized that doing such is against the rules before it landed him at getting tagged, he is just being lucky that this was only on evidenced on what he intends to do and not that he has already done that, that is why we always emphasize on newbies to learn first when they are joining the forum newly.

Where is the scam here? This thread better fits in the Reputation board. Someone offering merit trading does not mean a scam happened.
The irony is that you have done some merit trading with your gang, who have been active in the Bengali thread for a long time. But, you guys decided to leave the Bangladesh thread once some of us caught you guys. I know all the shady things you and your gang did in the past.
