1. Is your site still under development? I do not see active pages for crypto exchange for both type of currency.
2. Welcome to the forum. You need a copper membership so that you can post a graphically rich image and update the topic. An image speaks thousands time better than a word.

Looks like the exchange doesn't work yet, there's no exchange button. Where is your terms or ToS page. Do you require KYC? What are the supported crypto as well as fiat currencies? How safe your exchange compare to existing one? If you are still in development, then put a message at least that you are not yet available or whatever.

I hope What I am thinking is not correct. The only working link is that of “CONTACT US VIA TELEGRAM”. I just hope the exchanges are not being carried out via telegram because that would be shady as hell.
I think they should first take time to develop the product instead of just advertising it, yet it's incomplete.

It seems like an incomplete project. Other than the unique domain name, the rest of the site consists of modified templates. At the top is the Crypto to crypto Crypto to cash service, so it appears to be a type of P2P, which usually requires more effort in advertising.

Yep, it's only the front end, but the back end which is very important is missing. Hopefully the OP will be back to update us if their platform is up and working already. Definitely we love to see crypto exchange services but first we need to see how it works and just like the rest of us, we want to know if KYC is required or not in your platform.

Don't get me wrong though, I'm not impressed by the design, the UI is just meeh to me. I do hope that you take this as a constructive criticism, nothing more.

exchange service heavily relies on the back end. If there is no good back end, it is likely that the transaction will be manual, which makes it slow and has limited options. Trying to promote an incomplete project will negatively affect the acceptability of the project in the future, so it is best to lock this topic, make things work, and then promote the service.

OP i appreciate seeing new sites and also don't take in the idea of giving less with the expectation of receiving much, this is an exchange we are talking about here, you need to put in some modifications in place to be able to beautify your site, i will first go by taking cognizance of the ones members of the forum have requested, then also think more about what you can personally offer in which other exchanges are not doin already, make a review on these implementations and then finally see that your site is set, then launch a signature campaign hat can allow you to get more attractions from the world.

That giant green button at the bottom that is redirecting to telegram for contact is looking very suspicious and shady.  :P
There is nothing showing how this ''exchange'' works, so I can only speculate it has something to do with telegram and bots.

OP created the topic and then disappeared (no more activity and last active is the same day when he posted the topic). Many project owners do not take the forum seriously but after long time they realize the benefit that they can get from here.

May be we need to give time to the project team to work on the product. An exchange can never do things manually, unless they have no traffic at all.

It's good to see that you have posted your announcement thread on this forum prior to actual launching of your service, but I suggest you to be active here in order to get some attention on this forum.

Creating an announcement thread and then abandoning it shows a very bad impression, and I believe you don't want the forum members to have such impression about your platform.

If this is a pre announcement then post it in your thread based on the configuration of your thread you're site is already live when it's really not yet working.
Get a copper account the copper account will take out all the limitation of your newbie account like posting images, if you have a the budget get a thread designer there are people who can make your announcement stand out.
Your platform is an exchange if you are serious on your presence you should launch a marketing campaign here,there are a lot of marketing experts here.

I actually do not like it when projects are incomplete in preparation but hasty to announce. If I were to announce a project and having known how here works, I'll definitely have to remain calm until everything is matured before I'll go live.
I like the domain name and if they be serious with the project they can penetrate the industry as fast as possible.

Since your exchange service is not yet fully operational, what is the purpose of the 'contact us via telegram' button at the bottom of the website, of which the link redirects to telegram. Do you carry out trades for customers on telegram, or are they supposed to contact you on telegram for more information about your project? However, in my honest opinion it does not look good redirecting people to telegram when your service is not working yet.

You picked a unique name for an exchange and I like the design of the website. I understand your platform is under development but there are many concerns that have been raised. For a new exchange that's coming into the space, I think the most important thing that everyone wants to see is the ToS, which in your case is not available. Also, you should consider disabling the telegram function until you're fully operational. We would like to see more of your interactions and updates on your progress.

It could have been better if OP made it clear from the beginning that the exchange is currently under development, and everybody is encouraged to make suggestions and recommendations to make sure the product is appealing to the public by the time it launches. But it isn't the case. There's already such line as "0xbc1.io is available anywhere, anytime." It isn't even finished.

Anyway, I don't think the domain name is that relevant. It's the features, the UX, that matter.

This is an important part for potential users to know the track record of your services in the past, as well as added value in building exposure more quickly. You can at least include those points (which can be proven) in every marketing corner.
Anyway, I'm curious about the real version on the "unique" keyword in this service.

That's true bro, the project can only be relevant in the industry it's trying to break into not because of the domain name but the features and usability they can offer to the community.

I request OP to lock this thread if the site is incomplete and not yet ready, and I advise him to get a copper account or communicate with a marketing manager so he can be advised on how to properly market his platform to this forum.

The exchange does AML checks and will probably require KYC sooner or later. You also have very high minimum trading limits for Bitcoin. The minimum swap amount is $2000 worth of BTC. You are brand-new and I would personally never trust a service I have never heard of with such amounts. You are also asking for a lot of user data, including names and phone numbers. Sure, I can submit fake info, but then what happens if I need to verify my identity.

You did not answer to any of the queries posted in this post, neither did you provide any new solution or addition based on what some members complained about. I don't know if you are a direct representative of this service, but how do you expect people to use your service when you do not respond to complaints.
