This board is supposed to be about projects related to bitcoin, not altcoins or tokens. Maybe move it to altcoin discussion board, you might get an answer from some well versed with locking tokens via an API much quicker.
It seems to be hard for people to read, but this is "Bitcoin > Project Development" and not "Alternate cryptocurrencies > Project Development". All threads related to Altcoins and ICO's should be posted in a relevant subsection in "Alternate cryptocurrencies". Please keep this in mind when creating a new thread.
