You account is new. You are not in any signature campaign. You have no collateral and you need loan. No one will be stupid to borrow you anything.

You need some sort of reputation for anyone to look your way for a way. And business done on the forum stays on the forum incase one part defaults there would enough evidence to sort things out. Telegrams is a huge no-no I do not think anyone is going to risk it for you nor even because of the interest.
