Title: Beyond the Memes: Understanding $BOME's Tech and Investment Potential
Post by: VicManton on March 15, 2024, 12:03:59 PM
So, I keep hearing about this new memecoin on Solana called $BOME.  Apparently, it's about storing memes forever on the blockchain, which sounds... interesting? But here's an interesting part: it rallied! I'm talking huge gains in like, a day, with tons of people throwing money at it making it soar high.

The craziest thing is the guy behind it, some artist called Darkfarms, raised a ton of money to start. Think of it like a giant memecoin piggy bank. And that's not even all - they're using all kinds of fancy tech to store these memes, like Arweave and even Bitcoin stuff.

Now, I'm usually not too curious about these memecoins, but $BOME has got me wondering. It's already bigger than some other meme projects, and people are seriously hyped about it.  Is this just a massive pump and dump, or is there some actual weirdness going on here?

Anyone deep-diving into $BOME?  Share your thoughts – is this the future of meme culture, or just another crypto flash in the pan?

Everyone can say that this meme token is good, that meme token has good prospects and so on.
But the golden rule will always be the same, buy when it's cheap and sell everything when the price is high enough.
It would be pointless to talk about the future of meme tokens other than a pump and dump scenario, meme tokens will never have any use in the real world.

Anyway, $bome price has rising almost 500% since yesterday.
I guess its only the beginning, Whales probably still wait and see or maybe busy with other meme token in Sol network atm.

It's in a way proven that investors are gaining huge Profit from meme coins and it's simply by following market trends, social media platforms sensations and timing. Take clue from Pepe, Ponke, WEN, and the most recent ones like $BOME, $IQ50 $SLERF. I followed the trend closely from listing announcement from some of the exchanges like Bitget through to the first few hours after listing and many days after. The narratives is often on the profitable side. Especially for those who jumped in as soon as it gets listed or bought when it went so down and kept the patience and vigilance to observe the price wave.

It seems to be the season of Solana based meme coins. Every one of the seem to be doing well. Yet the narrative hasn't changed comparing with the past few months BRC-20 meme coins season.

Realistically speaking, How come will meme will give a financial gain to you no matter how you stored it in any secured place? Memes can be found everywhere and it was dedicated to share publicly since its content is for entertainment purposes. People is just crazy to invest on this kind of project hoping for a long term profit with a broken utility.

There’s a lot of project that better needed the funds poured out on meme that can give real benefits on crypto space in general. Memecoin is the cancer of crypto that is useless and draining most of the funds from dumb investors.

I just didn't really time it in the past few days; I only found out after 4 days passed when it started in the crypto space. But anyway, there are still many opportunities there that can still be a way for us to get earnings in the future.

Although I still buy anyway and I also do day trade daily targets, when I hit my target quantity for one day, I stop; it's the next day, and that's all I'm doing now. But I don't believe what others say—that this Bome is the new King of meme coins. That's nonsense to me.

What can be a purpose of meme token? do you have any idea? i don't see anything beyond entertainment only. So all these storing meme in blockchain forever with a decentralized storage solution or use it like a piggy bank won't work forever. People buy meme not only to make money but also to find and community with a community that share the same value. BOME creating all time high everyday can only mean one thing and that is people don't know what they are doing and the project team has a lot of money to pump the price.

Interesting how? And why in the world would this be something anyone would ever need as a service? As far as i know, every good enough meme created in the internet still exists and isn't dying as it's not only multiple sites that are keeping them up, but people are even storing that stuff themselves on their phones and hard drives for the pure enjoyment of it.

Or is this supposed to be only for so offensive memes that they would be otherwise took down by some entity? Because if it is, i don't want to be investing to that burning garbage pile, and legal issues and press of it would not give a good assosiation to this.

As there are "memes" so vile in the internet that isn't taken down, that i don't want to even want to think what kind of material would be that important that no one would dare to store it by themselves, but it would need to be uploaded to internet forever for everyone to see as immutable tx.
