HOW DOES SCRATCHCARD WORK?
This game features 2 types of cards: coinflip and 15 numbers scratch scard.
In the first one, scratching the grey square reveals two images, that can either be a bitcoin or a dollar. The prizes, based on the images are given as listed below:
IMAGES:
- DOLLAR DOLLAR -> 0 sats
- DOLLAR BITCOIN -> 3000 sats
- BITCOIN BITCOIN -> 6000 sats
In the 15 numbers scratch card, the 4 available prizes are listed on the ticket (you will have to scratch the prizes squares), and you have to find the numbers present in the prizes squares, scratching the 15 numbers boxing below them.

HOW DOES HI-LO WORK?
The game is pretty simple, yet fun and entertaining.
Basically you just have to guess if the next card that will be drawn from the deck is greater than 6, by clicking the HI button (our trying our drag and drop!), or lower than 6, by clicking the LO button.
The card marked by the number 7 automatically makes the dealer win. The win is payed 2:1, meaning that, for example, betting 500 sats and winning, equals to a win of 1000 sats (your 500 sats + 500 sats won).

I just visited the casino, pretty new but still as confusing as hell to me, I clicked the deposit button and got a recovery key which I was asked to keep safe, is this a decentralized casino?
If yes, where does it run? It is on bitcoin L2 blockchain or something? Sorry for the noob question though, I am really not a technical guy but still love to understand some technical stuff when I come around them, most especially things I feel I might be interested in using or trying out some time or day, I like to understand how they work so don't get into any kind of avoidable troubles.

This is a casino that process payments through the Bitcoin Lightning Network (LN). Lightning network is a Bitcoin layer2.
This layer allow people to process bitcoin payments with very small fees and in just some seconds (it's really fast!).
To try lightning network you can use a mobile wallet, like Phoenix (non-custodial) or Wallet of Satoshi (full-custodial).

To deposit funds, you have to insert the sats value you would like to Deposit and click the "Deposit" button. You will get a LN invoice
that you can pay with your lightning network wallet in some seconds.
You will get an "Error: error creating invoice" if you try to create an invoice of 0 sats or with negative amounts. But don't worry! Just
insert the amount and try again, you will get a invoice in some seconds.

There is no need for KYC (Know your customer), meaning we don't ask you any ID to deposit and withdraw. You need to keep safe your recovery
key because it's the only method you have to recover your session and your balance in our website. You don't need to register with personal data
and email, the recovery do everything for you.

We just run the website in a VPS, that's it.

There are no deposits and withdrawal limit, you can get back your sats when you prefer without any
need for KYC or hidden rules.

We are bitcoiners, we are not interested in govt laws. We are not even interested in fournishing deposit and withdrawal options with shitcoins - we think that bitcoin should be the only money people should ever use.

You are alright, we do not have a TOS and FAQ, because we don't have rules: people are allowed to do everything they can do in our website. We have no ban policy, because we don't ban (and we can't, since there is no registration).

We now have few games because we have recently standard and we still have a lot of work to do. We just launched.

We think that the value of our casino should not be defined only by the parameters you said, but even because we are full no KYC (unlike most of "crypto" casino, that requires KYC only for withdrawals) and we are not scamming people stoling their money saying they violeted a "TOS".

I will presume the website is still on development phase but can be used for service because I perused the website for myself to see how your service looks like because the nature of this service as you have mentioned here looks quite different from other casinos I have encountered on this platform. Possibly this might be a new pattern  though and I commend your efforts for this.

I see that you are trying to do away with most of what other casinos does by demanding for too much  details which is in accordance with government policies of the various places they operate from making them centralized casinos out there.

I have read your replies to questions pertaining to your terms and conditions of service which you have not. Do you not think the FAQ and TOS would give and guide prospective visitors to your website on how to use your casino? Your TOS could help if stated could help visitors to your website know and have clues  about your website and how to navigate through. 

It would be nice you include the above listed features wether you are a centralized or decentralized casino. It would be good  visitors have clue about your casino and what it  stands for so as to guide them through their visit to your website.

The demo version is now available, but how do we play your games? There are no mechanics or tutorials on how to play and what the payout is. The first time I visited the website, there was a prompt saying "Win up to 480,000 sats! Remember to enable canvas setting on your browser to play! GetSats Staff."

What does that mean?

I just visited the site and had the same doubts. Let's see if the OP clarifies it for us, because I don't remember having any message about the canvas in any of the crypto sites I have visited.

I've actually followed the process provided by the op which you quoted, and tried playing some of the game, one I actually played just said to scratch a red covered image, I did scratch and got a notification that I won 3000 satoshi, it popped up some cards, I selected one and scratched again, and was told I won another 3000 satoshi.

According to me the ANN thread lacks some major informations like VPN allowed if my country is not allowed. Also what’s the major currencies we can use in the site? Moreover also add images and graphics to make the ANN thread more interesting.

restrictions. We allow users from all over the world to play and we do not have a ban policy,

there are no registration, just a recovery key/password to save your session (and balance). So we can't
really ban nobody, since they could make another session.

we will try to make more clear what the games are (and the demo was serving as a demostration for them), and
to state how much you can win for every game.
In the main time, I will state here the payouts:
FiatStandard: it's a CoinFlip game. You have to bet 3000 sats and you can win 0, 3000 or 6000 (double the bet).
You scratch the card and if the gif/images below are two dollars, you win 0 sats, if they are a dollar and a bitcoin, you win 3000 sats, if they are
two bitcoin you win 6000 sats.
Satoshi, Halving and #FreeRoss: they are all three scratch card games with 15 numbers and different payouts. They max payout cost of the ticket * 40.
So:
- Satoshi payout 6000 * 40 = 240.000 sats max win
- Halving payout 10000 * 40 = 400.000 sats max win
- #FreeRoss payout 12000 * 40 = 480.000 sats max win

You probably have to enable canvas setting only if you are using Tor Browser to connect to our website. Since canvas can be used for tracking users
(but we do not do that, we use canvas to allow you to scratch cards) Tor Browser is blocking this settings by default. When you buy a card, near the lock of
https you will be presented with an icon of an image. If you click on that, you will be asked to enable canvas the make the website work. You have to enable that and than you can scratch the card the reveal the result of your bet.
There are probably no need to do that if you are using others browsers.

Since we are a different casino from all of the others you can find online, we think that our value should not be given only by the games we have (but we will implement many others games),

We are ALREADY working to make a game tutorial and to explain the mechanics of it. The games you were playing are called "scratch cards". You simply scratch and you see the
images/numbers below. They could or could not correspond to a win. For example, on the coinflip game you played (FiatStandard), you win:
- 0 sats if you get two dollars images below
- 3000 sats if you get an image of bitcoin and an image of a dollar below
- 6000 sats if you get two bitcoin images below

You will receive a popup after you will have completed the scratch, saying the result of your bet. We will probably make an update to make you scratch more before you see the result, or we might make a delay between the scratch and the popup page.

Regarding the fact that there a lot of work still to do, you are right. But we needed a feedback from our community before continuing the developing. And we will update things fast.

thank you very much for the feedback. We are glad you like our casino. We do not have restrictions based on IP, we do even have an onion service for people you are willing to play under the Tor network. VPN are not a problem at all.
Regarding the currencies allowed, we now accepts bitcoin under the form of Lightning Network (LN) payments. The casino is thinked to play directly with satoshis, and not fiat currencies. We may think to add onchain payments if people are requesting it, but seen the fees we need to pay nowadays and the little importing of our transactions, we think that lightning network fit more for our casino.

To deposit, you have to first select the amount you want to deposit in the input field (at the left of the "Deposit" button). You get "error creating invoice" if you are trying to deposit an invalid value, like 0 or negative amounts.
You have to insert the number of sats you would like to deposit. Than you receive an invoice you can pay with your lightning wallet.
You can use a VPN to connect, we have no problem at all.
We now have a demo version of the game, you have to just digit "demo" in the recovery key/password field. Soon there will be also a tutorial page to understand how to play.

I tested all games with demo account and I dont see any major diffeerence between Satoshi, Halving and #FreeRoss games, only FiatStandard game looks differently.
There was no sound on all games I played, and I dont know if that is by design or some bug.

There are no minimum amount to deposit/withdraw. You can deposit even 10 sats, even though you will not be able to play anything at the moment.

Satoshi, Halving and #FreeRoss are three different scratch cards with different payout, but they share the same logic.
If you buy #FreeRoss (12000 sats) you can win up to 480.000 sats, if you buy Halving (10000 sats) you can win up to 400.000 sats and if you buy Satoshi (6000 sats) you can win up to 240.000 sats. That's because of the different amount you bet. We are trying to emulate the real life scratch card game. You can buy scratch cards of different cost but the game logic is always the same, the only thing that is changing is the background. At the moment all the games have no sound, but we will implement it in the future.

Guys, I get a lot of questions about what you can do and what you can't do in our casino.
Think about our casino in this way: if we don't negate the possibility to do something EXPLICITELY, then it's allowed.
For example, I never mentioned that there is a deposit/withdraw limit, and in the website you can't find this information. This, by default, means that you can deposit/withdraw how much you want.
Another example, geo-blocking users based on IP (or VPN users). We never mentioned that you can be geo-blocked. This means that every person can play in our casino.
We think that all of this questions came from the bad experiences you had in others casino, when it's the normality to block people, to make restrictions on withdraw and so on. But our casino is different, it doesn't have all the complexity of others one. This is one of the main feature that motivated us to develop our casino. Because we saw that others casino are scamming people with stupid rules difficult to comprhend.

As you can see from the picture you sent, you are already logged as the demo user. Under the "Password" field you find the value "demo", so you can start trying the game! The error is probably displayed because you clicked on the "Restore" button more than one times, and it's saying that you are already logged as the demo account.
Multiple person can use the demo account at the same time with no problem, of course. So you can just ignore the error you got and start playing!

Just checked your site out and the UI leaves a lot to be desired op because it makes it seems like your team didn't put in much effort and designed everything within a couple of hours.

Also, the games themselves don't have an easy learning curve which would scare away many gamblers. Just my 2 cents!

It seems that my understanding is that if I win, the bet amount I made will double. Is that right? then it's also simple to guess if the number will increase or decrease. First things first, the UI can be improved greatly, I know you tried your best and you are new in the industry, but you need to make it look better, at least the alignment of items being shown should be better.

I opened the Hi-Lo game, and the items are so large that you need to scroll up and down to see the whole screen, and even after scrolling up, the card doesn't appear complete from the top.
