Here is proof they do not sent me exchange 10 litecoin to ETH, support answered 4 times yesterday that they see transaction and i should wait . Today they told me they cant find it. This is proof that transaction made and confirmed by litecoin 636 confrimations

Nobody has complained about this exchange before and it is a good exchange. About those like ChangeNow, I do not know much about them.

Would you mind posting screenshots of your conversation with their support? It would bring more information on what exactly is going on with your issue with changenow.io.

just want to add that they have a representative here in the forum(ChangeNOW (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1307188)) but they haven't been online since last November. you can also check trust summary on their profile to see the reason for the red flag their account received.

I see ad banner of ChangeNow on Cointelegraph but you must be careful with that exchange.

I don't know how ChangeNow operates now but in the past, they were bad as I know.

That being said, avoid changenow at all costs, try those instant exchanges listed here (https://kycnot.me/?t=exchange&q=). The higher the ratings, the better

It seems you were to quick to be update 😊. I think all instant exchange sites should have a letter of guarantee where there will be a signed message containing the receiving address and the sending address (exchanged coin). By checking the signed message anyone can make a conclusion and we can avoid scams.

The order Id they give to their customers to track or check the status of the order displays a receiving address but there is no way to verify it's the one the customer has provided. The exchange can put there any of their addresses and claim it belongs to the customer. A letter of guarantee can solve this problem and protect both parties' rights.

OP, glad your case has been resolved. No need to delete the thread. Just lock it as other members have suggested and make sure to edit the title to [resolved].

Regardless of what has happened with ChangeNow releasing your funds, I think you have had enough of an experience with them to make sure you do not use/trust them again. There are threads in this forum dedicated to their conduct, others should keep that in mind.

In future if you wish to exchange crypto try checking out exch.cx because they have an excellent reputation. If they have the crypto and quantity to cover what you are trying to exchange then they really have to be one of the exchanges that are considered first.

As per checking the eth address you received it 8 hours ago, and happened after 3-4 hours after you posted this thread. Well, since this was still yesterday and the exchange promotes instant exchange yet happened to be delayed is a red flag — well, this is not the first time this exchange got an issue. So i suggest you make research first before transacting on any exchange.

The support team is usually give general answers or has an A.I. algorithm, so communicating with them via email guarantees better results, but as mentioned above, signing a message would be better than the transaction ID, but changenow.io has a long history of problems and withholding customer funds, so it is better to avoid them.

Good for you that it didn't take any longer that your problem with them has been solved. But this time, think. Think if you're going to use them again because IIRC, many complaints have been posted about changenow and other likes of this exchange service and the same goes with changelly. Next time use the suggested on exch.cx. It's a reputable one and trusted by many forum members so that you won't have any troubles when you use similar services.
