Title: esportsbet.io scam for 59mBTC/3860$
Post by: kk0zub on March 24, 2024, 03:13:30 PM
What happened::
In february I registered in esportsbet.io 15.02.24 I made deposit of 6mBTC and after 2 months of betting esports games my balance reached 59mBTC, I decided to withdraw it. They rejected my withdrawal and asked to pass KYC, they claim that they accept ID cards but they rejected it too and forced me to provide passport. I passed KYC, my status at the moment on website is "Approved" after that I requested withdrawal but they rejected it again and started asking for things that are not even described in their ToS. However so far I already provided everything but they keep rejecting my withdrawals..

would you mind saying what exactly were they asking that isn't on their terms and conditions?

I did some quick search here in the forum and it seems that they don't have an ANN thread here which means there is no representative from their casino that can be contacted. Also, aside from yours there are complaints that has been posted against them in the past

Looks like a scam casino to me.

There are other users who had simillar complaints about the casino in the past but I don't think their issues got resolved; You should stick to well known reputable casinos.
1. Esportsbet.io closed my account and refused to pay earnings (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5455529)
2.
Interested in speaking to you about this, message me on twitter @rhyspalburner or we can talk on discord dms
I got scammed 1.2btc by them 2 years ago and I'm currently trying to gather more evidence

So this is your first time to withdraw then experience such things.

Unfortunate there are lots of users who experience the same thing with you aside from the scam accusation threads mentioned above, there are also from reddit[1][2]

They don't. They're on the section of casino that has no representative on my list [the bottom most].

OP, since they have no representative here, the forum are sadly unable to help you or put any pressure to the casino to solve your case. I can and will add your case to the list (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5481683.0) so other people can be warned before they play in this platform, but sadly that's the extent of our involvement in this situation
