how would i perform this test through a shell command? that would be a better option. However, I searched a bit and it seems you can use it to find and check if your LTC nodes are in public use the link below make sure to check your current IP and use the browser search and paste your IP if you found your IP then it's public. - https://api.blockchair.com/litecoin/nodes Title: Re: how to test my (litecoin) node? As for unknown altcoin or general answer you can check Port Forwarding using canyouseeme.org just open port 18080 or 18081 Title: Re: how to test my (litecoin) node? Post by: BitMaxz on April 07, 2024, 05:43:01 PM i dont see the option where i can enter my IP and port number to check if my node is active and accessible to the public You don't need to add the port you just need to find your current IP not your local IP but your network IP you can check it by going to google and then search "whatsmyip" and then click any that can check your network IP copy it and go to the link I provided above use the browser find or CTRL+F then paste the IP if there is no result then your node is currently not in public yet. |
