Please, I want to know is Blue Pen allowed for Hand-drawn Category???

Is that a ballpoint pen? I'm unfamiliar with "Blue Pen" as a category of pencils, haha. Either way, any pencil that you use by hand is for the hand drawn category - excluding apple pencil or other electronic pencils.

@iPaD, you have been in previous art contests. It's not an issue that it doesn't show as I download all artwork in this thread and then upload them in an album to help with judging.
