Title: new HWI 3.0.0 for all compatible hw wallets released!

yesterday achow101 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=290195) announced the new version of the Hardware wallet interface (HWI). in the new 3.0.0 version, emulators are no longer enumerated or autodetected unless the --emulators option is specified.
the version is of course available for all common os and can be downloaded under the github link
python 3 is required to enjoy the benefits of hwi. you can find the individual installation commands under the link also listed below
