Anyway, can I not exchange Bitcoin with other cryptocurrencies? Whenever I choose Bitcoin, it's automatically paired with RUB. My only choice is on the payment method.

And when I consult the chat support, who you claimed to be the operator, he/she speaks in Russian. When I asked if we can talk in English, he/she responded in Russian. Is it a mere bot?

Also, don't claim that your platform is anonymous when you ask for KYC/AML verification.

Finally, how is this platform related with Jarvis Exchange? Are you the same? Jarvis has an announcement thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5436770.0) here which is more or less similar with yours. Worse, Tasty Changer's AML/KYC terms are a literal copy of Jarvis'. It's a word-for-word copy that it even failed to replace jarvisexchange.com with tasty-changer.com in it.

Your exchange is exchanging Bitcoin to a bank account. Is this done automatically or manually?
According to F.A.Q, after completing all the process, the user will need to wait, which means that this may be done manually. Do you have an account licensed to do this, or is it similar to localbitcoin P2P?

This was supposed to be an easy job to make the images transparent and place there. I was even planning to send them a business proposal but looking at the footer it seems they are not serious business.

But in any case @TastyChanger, if this is a serious business you are considering then you need these basic improvements with good marketing. Feel free to reach me on my Telegram or via the forum PM. I would not mind to spend my time to help you if I am convince that it's a serious business.

Be very careful about any campaign manager offering any service. Before agreeing any deal use the Services board here to search around.

If you intend to run a signature campaign my advice would be to completely dismiss any campaign manager that was happily promoting a money laundering business after it was made clear they would eventually be seized by international law enforcement agencies. Eventually the forum administrator decided to ban mixers as that was the straw that broke the camels back.

Moving on, as for the website itself, there seems to be work required. Not being able to exchange BTC (even though the option is there), is counter-productive.
