Title: [SOLVED] Rollbit Withdrawal of 15k USD pending for 6 days
Post by: juicer07 on April 18, 2024, 03:15:54 AM
What happened: Hey y'all, I play a lot of Evolution games on Rollbit and when I lose, I tend to rage bet higher amounts. For this one, I deposited ~$28k USD and withdrew about $15k as I was playing as not to lose my entire balance when I zero out. Whenever my withdrawals are pending - contact support, I message them and my withdrawals are out in a few minutes to a few hours, never goes past 1 day. For this instance,  I'm pending about 6 days now and counting (First withdrawal was on April 12th). When I contact support, they give me answers such as no timeline or ETA for my withdrawal and that it is pending the provider (which I assume is Evolution).

My account has withdrew and deposited higher amounts with no issue so not sure what the delay is on this one.

Happy to close this post once the withdrawal is settled.

Games played normally: Evolution Blackjack (Live and First Person)

Hoping to get the attention of @Rollbit Razer and @holydarkness as well because checking back on similar issues, they were able to help others get their withdrawals/review processes expedited. Appreciate it.

Cheers

just curious, is that the only thing they said "this things can take some time, I don't have an ETA for it we'll notify you once we hear back from them"? anyway, they could be checking some things and that's probably why your withdrawal has been delayed for 6 days.

I'm drop a PM on @Rollbit Razer, lets hope he can see it and address the issue you are experiencing.

Thanks! They also said they are pending provider but the provider hasnt gotten back to them. Been 6 days already so wondering why it is taking longer than usual.

Yes thank you for PMing @Rollbit Razer. I cannot PM him as my account is still new. I made this account because of the posts I saw for those in a similar situation as myself. Seems like common denominator is Evolution.

A couple of questions
Why do you have 8 withdrawal requests instead of one?
If I understood correctly what I see on the screenshot, you have 4 successful withdraws between these stuck requests, right?

When I contact support, they give me vague answers such as no timeline or ETA for my withdrawal.

For the fact that this has not been the first time you will be initiating a withdrawal from them, and if you're truly sure about nothing fishy behind all you've said, then having more patience to wait will be the solution, you can as well see the way the transaction fee is high and mempool been congested, maybe they have not processed your transaction yet till they see that the transaction fee is more affordable and in line with their standard rate.

Hi, i have 8 withdrawals because for the others , i withdraw my daily rakeback every time i get it (once every 8 hrs) sometimes it goes thru without issue. Other times it goes to contact support.

Hi! The withdrawals are via Solana network so should be no significant transaction fee and not enough congestion to last 6 days

Yep but it could also happen due to failed transactions, the Solana network has been congested recently due to the memecoin frenzy on the Solana chain and it cause many of failed transactions.
And since 2 days ago, SOL dev has started rolling out a new patch to solve this problem. If that is the only problem, your withdrawal will definitely be processed as soon as possible.

Are you saying that this could be the reason why something like this from the OP's case is happening?

I thought so, because if the OP acc is under investigation I dont think some of his withdrawal will be approved.
As we can see in the screenshot, there are 2 pending or failed withdrawals between the payouts on 14th and 15th April.
Also there are some of pending/failed withdrawals before 14th April (other screenshots).
I dont know how the Rollbit payment system works, but perhaps it must be re-send manually for any failed transactions.
Better wait for Rollbit Razer to clarify this issue.

Even if the withdrawal would be stuck because of congestion OP would be able to see it if he checks his withdrawal address.
Also, I don't see any reason to not withdraw money because the game provider has to reply to the casino. The money is with the casino, not the provider. So this excuse is nonsense. If there is a problem and the game provider contacted to halt withdrawals for whatever reason they should just say so instead of giving this worthless reply.

6 days is not a time frame anybody should wait without any explanation.

I remember evolution gaming recently have a scheduled maintenance for upgrading their service. I encounter some issue before which my win doesn’t credit and disappear to my balance for a long time.

I’m just curious if you wager already that 28K before you withdraw the 15K? I’m assuming that you lose 10K on few bets and decided to withdraw immediately the remaining balance without completing the wagering requirements.

I’m not sure how evolution gaming is related on holding your balance while you don’t have pending issue against the provider while Rollbit itself hold your balance

There should be a warning somewhere that the wagering condition for withdrawal is not met. The OP submitted requests for withdrawal without problems, also (see screenshots) some of the withdrawal requests were processed. If it were a wagering condition as an obstacle, it should not be so selective.

Quick update: just got my withdrawals pushed thru. Took 7 days and a ton of follow-ups, but I got it! Am down bad since Solana was at $175 when I withdrew and it is now $130. Took a big hit there.

Cheers guys.

I'm glad to hear this, who knows, maybe this discussion helped someone from Rollbit pay attention to your case.

If it's not a problem for you, just change the subject in the first post and add [SOLVED], to make it clearer that this is not an open scam accusation against Rollbit. It may be useful for future reference.

Hi, my apology, I just got into the forum few minutes ago [a minor IRL problem that I need to tend to, thus I am away from the forum for longer than usual] and read your PM regarding this. I understand that your situation resolves itself. One thing that I'd like to ask [or rather offer], would you like me to PM Razer to arrange for self-exclusion?

This part worries me a lot [for your own well being], as it can be considered as a sign of problematic gambling:

Hey y'all, I play a lot of Evolution games on Rollbit and when I lose, I tend to rage bet higher amounts. For this one, I deposited ~$28k USD and withdrew about $15k as I was playing as not to lose my entire balance when I zero out. [...]
