The mempool congestion after halving today may be the cause. On the mixing website, you can see a link that you can use to contact the customer care. If it is the mixer that I am thinking of that has advanced mixing, click on the menu (the three lines) at the top right corner. You will see FAQ. Click on the FAQ. Scroll down to see 'what's the Mixero's guarantee?'. You will see an email there that you can send your complaint to with your letter of guarantee.

Whenever you send Bitcoins to a third party, all you can do is contact them. There's no "Technical Support" we can provide here.

For what it's worth: I never trusted them, they've been posting BS (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5422495.msg61341965#msg61341965) here from day 1.

This can truly mislead someone to think it is conjoin. It is a centralized mixer and not conjoin.

Just make sure you let us know what is going on. If the mixer is able to solve your problem or not, let us know on this thread.

They do have a profile here, but even tagging them will not that much, as the mixing services have already been banned from the forum and the ANN threads moved to the archival board.
They are actively advertising themselves in other forums, (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=312906.0) so please head over and report your complaint. They will be pressured to respond.

However, please do update us if you got sorted or not.

I saw this post other day and contacted the management. Thought to give you an update but later could not remember until now. The reason for the issue was the blockage in the mempool.

We are actively working on the problem and have responded to this user's email. Congestion on the mempool is the cause and is causing major delays in transaction processing.
Good to see it resolved quickly. It's always a good mixer with lower fees and good service.

For some future references, it's better to contact them here https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=312906.0
They are active there and do not have bans on public discussion.

Thanks Roysse for doing this. It is a nice management behaviour, I applaud you for this. I had also thought it's the congestion of the mempool, because the complaint came also as the congestion became high.

Nice it's resolved even without the Op stretching to the other forum.
