Not everyone in the world is going to adopt Bitcoin, neither majority of them, it seems. Bitcoin is still a very exclusive category of investment, even though it's accessible and affordable for most people in the world, since they have internet connection and a digital device.

The point is that most people aren't interested on it. They prefer being slaves with fiat than free men with Bitcoin. The question is, why? Maybe they are too busy with another endevouars and personal problems that adopting Bitcoin seems a very far away thing. Maybe they strictly live by the rules and endorsements of a political or religious authority, so Bitcoin looks dangerous or forbidden.

There are so many possibilities, although all of them indicate most individuals are still unable to develop authenticity, to seek their own paths by themselves and to think outside the box. And by that I don't mean the cliche of being a dumb revolutionary against everything built so far by our ancestrals, rather it's just to look for what is better for their personal development and welfare, which governments and leaders are unable to deliver and guarantee to us in this wicked world of lies and false promises.

True but imagine how the world would be if everyone had money (thought this can’t happen because there’ll always be lazy people in existence). Money is what people want but when everyone has it (though there’s greed), money will reduce in value because it’d have become more common. Maybe a new thing with better value will then be used as currency ???

Investing in Bitcoin is just a self determination and not by force to buy it. And it is not because a large number of people buy Bitcoin and that will also make others to buy, things are not working in that way. In business, what works for one man might not work for the other and if anyone wants to succeed in business or investment, he or she has to plan for the goal of the investment. He has to k ow if it is for long term or short.

Because some people are very good in short term investment and if they invest.i. long term investment then they won't succeed and some are very good in the long term investment and if they involved themselves in the short term investment then they won succeed. So the best thing to do is tok ow the goal of the investment. Either long or short term. So that you can lay down your aims to put into action.

Most of us here have no problem and are already invested, majority of the forum people are hodlers so these encouragements should be outside of the forum and tell it first to your family.

Yeah. For sure, not everyone will adapt Bitcoin as we are saying, and the reason behind this less adoption is just some minor things that we won’t take seriously, but on the other hand, there are things that we should consider when we see someone who doesn’t believe in the digital currency, and those things are belief and knowledge. We have many individuals who can’t even use their android phones as they are supposed to, and someone who is struggling to meet up with their daily needs won’t adopt bitcoin and other crypto currencies.

And yes the supply is scarse when you consider the large population of the earth. Also factor in that many bitcoins weren’t mined yet and almost double or triple that amount is lost forever due to people deleting their private keys or just losing their bitcoins somehow.

This because it's an anonymous forum and most people reading the OP's post already have Bitcoin but it's not very smart to go recommending things like that out there. People let them make their economic decisions and stay out of it. Just relax, Bitcoin is good enough that demand will continue to rise over time, and whoever doesn't buy it, that's up to them.

I can see that bitcoin is a good coin with a  very strong foundation and has increased adoption in it's value historically, it is very important that one needs to be buying Bitcoin and in order to have larger size and hold for  longer time , Yes I love Bitcoin and am making plans towards buying it too as little as I can be buying so that I will be among those who will be talking about Bitcoin to the fullest and also be a beneficiary of it's potentials.

I will rather use my energy and do something that will benefit me personally, like look for more money and buy bitcoin for myself. Lol we all know no one is going to follow this 262500 satoshis per person. Some might never have the funds to buy that amount of bitcoin while some would be greedy and own more than 1 bitcoin aka the whales.

Bitcoin will give you freedom as an individual but the world will always be separated by the rich and the poor and there is nothing much we can do to change that system. Still, I encourage all of us to try to at least try and invest in bitcoin so that we all get better lives no matter how poor or rich we are already

Exactly, and maybe if you will research the addresses that have bitcoin or Satoshi's in them, there are many accounts or wallet addresses that hold a large portion of the bitcoin supply, meaning there are a lot of whales, so I don't think that it is necessary to encourage all the people around the world to buy bitcoin if they don't want to or if they don't have the capability to do so.

But truly, it is worth trying to invest in bitcoin as it already has an established community that will make it strong and survive for longer. Remember,  without us who invest in bitcoin, bitcoin will not reach where it is now, combined with how smart the creator of bitcoin is. I think this news is wild, this will improve the adoption of crypto either with Bitcoin or not, in today's world there are many more people who believe in their rulers, they always want to get involved with what their rulers rules as something they can get into, this is one of them.

Bitcoin investment is a part to financial freedom and anybody that joins the hodl will surely reap bountifully, because it's a store of value. It's however not possible for everybody to follow these part of financial prosperity when they hodl Bitcoin, so it's left for us that have seen it as an asset that it's value will keep increasing, and those that'll see in the future what we're seeing now.

A large part of that 8 billion population either doesn't know about Bitcoin, doesn't have access to it, is poor and can't buy any of it, or has some reason for not acquiring a portion of the 21 million pieces available, but despite that, the scarcity will stay and the price will keep increasing as the number of people willing to own a portion of a Bitcoin increase over time and this is going to happen because just like how you can't save a forest once it catches fire because it spreads very fast, no one can stop Bitcoin from spreading anymore.

Those who tried and are trying their best to stop the spread of Bitcoin and push it away from people aren't seeing much success because the popularity and craze for Bitcoin keeps increasing despite all the hurdles in its way.

I agree with this point in general, as it's truly a very reasonable average, so it's more of a matter of price of Bitcoin than of the need to divide Bitcoin beyond satoshis. However, sometimes we do have those very unfortunate periods when looking at satoshis can show that we may not have enough for everyone. Namely, we've seen the transaction fees spike recently. It's getting better now, but still, when one transaction costs you tens of thousands of sats, 262 thousand is suddenly not that much. We can hope that it won't be worth thousands of sats in the future, of course, but we do need to keep in mind that scalability remains a big issue.

For sure the easiest way to do it is just to accumulate Bitcoin, there might be 21 million Bitcoins over all some members are telling that there might be enough for billions of people but for sure its not going to be cheap if Bitcoin already adapted to a lot of countries and people around the world, with the continue halving etc. It is surely going to be scarce because one people might easily be holding more than one Bitcoin, and there are whales out there that are holding a huge amount of it as well, which could be a thing in the future if they are going to continue holding.

Still, Bitcoin is still a huge risk even though we all believe in it, it still involved a huge risk, since its a speculative market, and the price is just driven by supply and demand meaning at any moment there will be a lot of volatility in the market if the market doesn't really have any kind of supporting asset. After a few years, Bitcoin might not exist anymore, and there might be a war putting Bitcoin price to zero we just can't predict the price movement so there will be risk in buying it. But it is high risk and high reward, so Dollar cost averaging it was just saving your Bitcoin for the future that might be worth someday in the future, we don't know if we might get lucky or not but in my opinion it's worth the investment.

Those who have collateral with Binance and that too to do just liquidate swap. So if we look, your point fits perfectly with the fact that all this money does not belong to this entity or exchange, but it is the money of the people who are the holders of this money.

No one needs to convince anyone to get involve in this market. It is the prerogative of the user if he will buy some or not. Some are hesitant because they are not familiar how crypto works. It is not that they don't believe, but a lot don't know how to transact with crypto yet. So at the end of the day, it is up to the user if he will own some crypto or not. To invest in Bitcoin, we don't have to tell anyone to invest in it. It will completely depend on their own choice and freedom. Because many people in the world still don't know what Bitcoin is, and maybe even after knowing about it, many people don't want to accept it or don't like to take risks. But yes, we do our best to share the Bitcoin price, benefits, risks, important issues, and information with everyone. The rest is entirely their decision, whether they invest or not. Although Bitcoin is accessible and affordable to everyone, anyone can invest in it. And the more people continue to invest in it, the more its popularity and value will increase.

You can't compare the value of altcoins than bitcoin and bitcoin is the most secure coin you can invest your money. Looking at altcoins their prices looks very low, even if you buy it doesn't mean this value will come up like that of bitcoin.  Bitcoin is around  $60+ and it is possible for the price to go far beyond what it is right now. Scarcity alone is not enough to convince me, if it was - I would buy a banana taped to a canvas - there's only one in the world... other are just forks!

Considering the bitcoin price volatility, not everyone will be patient with Bitcoin. That's what I'm doing when I get my salary every month, I always do the best to get the most value in bitcoin when I do buy with my salary though, got to make sure that I follow my routine DCA. Anytime is a great time to buy bitcoin but it comes with the caveat that you've got to be in bitcoin investment for the long-term because that adage that anytime is a great time to buy bitcoin since there's going to be times that you'd be timing the buy when the price is at its peak and you don't really want to be selling for the short-term there because you're guaranteed a loss or at best, a break even. Be smart about your investment and commit yourself to the fact that you're going to be investing for the long-term with bitcoin and that you'd stay no matter how much it falls when the bear season comes.

The 8 billion people are too large a number to agree on a thing, even a million is an issue. There will be disparities among such a large number so I will not pretend on that here. No one can hold it forever, that is logically not possible because everyone will have to sell their holdings at some point, besides, what makes you think people will keep holding when they see the price has reached as high as $200k per Bitcoin? I support the view that everyone should own bitcoin because its potential is huge , but to say that bitcoin is proven and that it can preserve our future is a bit of an exaggeration . Bitcoin has only existed for 15 years and that is not enough to prove anything , not to mention it is not yet popular and accepted worldwide. There is still a lot of controversy surrounding bitcoin and that is why I say that the potential of bitcoin is huge, but there are no guarantees .

It is true that there are many people who want to invest in bitcoin but because economic conditions do not allow them to invest in bitcoin . But it's never too late to invest in bitcoin and they can invest whenever they want, so if they are really determined to own bitcoin , there will always be a way.

Everyone is entitled to what they believe about bitcoin, am very sure till now, there are people that don't believe in Bitcoin. And you won't blame anyone they act according to what they understand and the information they have heard. I am just very surprised the ways many people keep telling others to keep buying Bitcoin when themselves do not have any Bitcoin holdings. This is where the word that said, "Words are easier said than done".  I will not be surprised if the people that keep writing buy Bitcoin would show us their crypto portfolio. At least that would be a little bit convincing that they are a genuine bitcoiner. It is important we understand what we want and how to go about it. It is not everybody that want to buy Bitcoin. Some would just write it or say it but they are not actually true holders. I am still waiting for the price of Bitcoin to skyrocket asap.

No doubt, bitcoin investment can be use as a hedge against inflation and commonly known as a valuable asset. Concerning trust and confidence, bitcoin has proven value in several situations and definitely I don’t think bitcoin is a weak investment choice. Comparing bitcoin investment and altcoins, people running after projects should still focus on bitcoin as this is the right time to buy and hold for future purpose. Altcoins projects are mainly for quick gains so I don’t expect an investor to hold certain coins for long run, no time is the best time but now from my opinion.


People intend to preach what they’ve never practice but, investing is not so difficult as people talk mostly in financial aspect. People usually complain about money but they’ve not even gotten any knowledge about bitcoin investment and bitcoin accumulating strategies , secondly I doubt anytime I hear words like investing requires just huge money because an investor can start with the little and grow gradually that’s what investing is all about. Any investor with the knowledge but lack the finance to start is causing more pains that will lead to regret because a time might come when the investor will not see bitcoin in previous price range.

It’s not uncommon that users having to advise other users to buy Bitcoin is a common tongue. A lot of people lie about this often but, I think it would do the lier more harm than good. There isn’t anything wrong done to the buyer if they actually buy. It’s not a welcomed virtue to lie but even then, it’s got its place as you might end up motivating someone to buy and build a portfolio while you’ve got nothing.

Well, I would advise you don’t just go with all that is said to you. Always ensure you do your own research alongside having to invest in Bitcoin. Proper research is what ensures your joy investing just to throw it away, do ensure you’ve got at least a basic idea of Bitcoin and what it entails.

Does no time somebody purchase Bitcoin that is the wrong time to invest in Bitcoin that is what some people does not know bitcoin investment can be done at any point in time some person doesn't know that you can purchase Bitcoin when the price is high and also have the same opportunity is up so therefore investing in Bitcoin is something that we know that is good and you can invest on it at any time

They already have a preconceived notion about bitcoin and they will keep believing it until the end of time. They probably are looking for a chance to gloat and say ‘i told you so.’

People rarely wants to be corrected and are full of pride so even if they have made a mistake they are not going to admit that.
Exactly people will think that it is all part of a scam that’s why the price is going up and once it goes down they will think they are correct.

If time comes that this 8 billion people have understood completely the concept of bitcoin, I guess they might be late buying bitcoin as there are individuals who decide to buy and hold more than 1 bitcoin, but I think this will be hardly possible. People usually never go with the same goals and interest, so others might be stuck with bitcoin, and the rest into other potential investments as well.

To the people who appreciate the use and the potential of the bitcoin, they will surely buy and accumulate as possible the bitcoin repeatedly shows its possible profit gains every after halving. But again the bitcoin are still now widely open and spread to the world with its other purpose. Movies, the internet, news and etc. already give a bad image of the use of the bitcoin but the people who really know what's on it can enjoy the volatility of it. It's useless to plead to invest in bitcoin to those people who don't have any interest, don't waste your energy.

This is the time to buy bitcoin and if you have the opportunity please buy because it is a plus to you and you will gain more as bitcoin increases in the value and good future, bitcoin has a good future coin

This will never happen because in addition to those who don't like bitcoin, there are also people who cannot afford to own bitcoin. The poverty rate in the world is still high, many people do not even have 3 meals a day, so owning bitcoin is impossible for them. And we don't need that to happen, just 1 billion people in the world need bitcoin, it's enough to make bitcoin's value skyrocket and have prices that we can't even think of.

I even think about the scenario, in the near future many people will not be able to own bitcoin, bitcoin will no longer be for everyone because once the rich realize its potential. They will make it extremely expensive and the game is only for the rich.

We don't know and just like me who pushes people to buy when the price is right, you can't be sure but we all know ourselves better.

That's not true. There is a difference between manipulation and control because a lot of times, one can manipulate something without having control of it. While it's true that if an individual or an entity manages to gain access to over 51% of the total mining power, they can manipulate blocks, do double spends, etc., that doesn't give them control of the network or the price but it will eventually destroy everything if they keep misusing their powers. So I don't call that control because it isn't controlling if you aren't able to use the powers you have acquired.

Talking about exchanges, they don't have any power to direct the price or the network no matter how many coins they have under their hands. Having a large amount of Bitcoins might make you able to manipulate the price a little bit by creating buying and selling walls in the market but that doesn't give you complete control.

The decentralization of Bitcoin is mainly about it not being managed by a single entity which is true and will always be.

Not everyone has that much money, so we cant compare Europe with parts of Asia. The wealth of a single person is higher there. An example:  Over 1 billion people have less than 2 dollars a day. The UN report should be on the homepage, I had just read the German part. If we believe Jack Dorseys prediction, then by 2030 bitcoin will be worth 1 million dollars and then 99% of people will no longer be able to buy their own bitcoin. So they will have to calculate in satoshis, or in % shares of bitcoin... 0.01% bitcoin.

I guess that the average number of people on this forum owns Bitcoin. As long as one is on this forum, they will definitely have the knowledge of Bitcoin and can have their interest raised so high that they will definitely desire to buy Bitcoin. Many people all around the world have Bitcoin.

Actually I think is good to urge someone to buy bitcoin, reason is because bitcoin is asset that Will benefit us in the future, if you can hold on to it for Long term. although there are some person who are interested in bitcoin investment but they don't have capital to start up the investment, there are also some people who have the capital but have chosen not to invest in bitcoin due to the risk that is involved.

Well, Bitcoin as the mother of all Cryptocurrency is the best coin one could involve themselves into currently especially those that have the mindset of long-term investment. Over the years we've seen how it's price increased till it got to $70k plus ATH (All Time High) for newbies who don't understand the term and it doesn't end there, it still have the potential of going beyond that in years to come. Also, inasmuch as Bitcoin is a very good asset for invest I don't expect someone with a short term goal or someone trying to survive to invest in Bitcoin with the little they have you should have other source of income as well and invest into Bitcoin with some percentage of your income so you'll still have something for daily survival. And based on the risk factors of Bitcoin i expect new investors to have a proper knowledge about Bitcoin you have to understand what you're doing to avoid regrets.

We should invest in Bitcoin as early as we can because the more years will pass so the value of Bitcoin will increase more which will be more money making for us. It will not immediately give us profit but for achievement we have to wait and hold Bitcoin.

I think it is not hard to invest in Bitcoin if a person is in desire to do so because he can learn and save money for investment in the same time and then if he finds the price in the dumping state then he should invest and also there is a good feature of Bitcoin investment that anyone can invest according to his affordability and there is no one who can force him to do big or small investment.

if everyone had accepted bitcoin, I think the price would rise significantly, and it is possible that 1 satoshi could approach $1. Yes, even though it's just a raw thought, we are talking about Bitcoin which has high potential. However, we can see this when everyone accepts bitcoin. Well, it's a good thing to have bitcoin nowadays, especially if we have it in large enough quantities.

Yeah, holding up to that point would be hard indeed. I bet most people will cash out when BTC reaches $600k or something. I think I will be one of them even, to be honest.

In short, Bitcoin can reach $1 million, I believe in that, and it will not cause any economic or any other catastrophe for the world.

I don't know if I've discussed in this trend before because I know quite well that whoever that want to purchase a Bitcoin make a result before Bitcoin and there is every possibility that someone who want to purchase in Bitcoin have already known about Bitcoin and waiting for the first time for it to invest in bitcoin, so mate investing in bitcoin have a target and if you fails to invest in bitcoin when people is investing that means the person have a budget or plans ...do not persuade someone to invest bitcoin because they may know better than for the appropriate time to invest.

If you understand the potential for Bitcoin to continue to increase, of course this will make you try to own this asset as an investment in your future and as you said, it is very true that we have to be able to hold it for a long period of time to be able to profit from it. the investments we make.
Of course, it would be better for someone who wants to make an investment, they can first learn about the investment and also they can understand well the right time to enter the market so that they can make a profit in the investment they make, but we have to use capital that we won't really need.

Once you have a good view about BTC and you have the money to buy it from the market, it will be a good thing  for you to use this bear season to buy as much you want and hodl, because there will be another bull run before the end of the remaining months.  

But those who have bad view about BTC, they will never buy BTC from the market even though they have the money because the fear is there already, which they need to acquire the knowledge before they can be bold to buy and hodl.

Since you know that, buying BTC now is profitable, I don't think you will miss this opportunity on ground because you know that it will favor you in the future.

The potential of Bitcoin investment is very large and there is a certainty in it, buying Bitcoin when it is trading at a cheap price is the best choice to get big profits in the future. The thing that makes someone dare to invest their money in Bitcoin is because they have a positive view of this most sensational asset, many investors have made profits after holding Bitcoin because they have full confidence in the potential for its price to increase.

It is very difficult to convince and explain the color White to blind people, I consider people who have a bad view on Bitcoin as blind people who cannot see the big opportunities in front of them. There is no need to convince them with all the advantages and benefits obtained from Bitcoin investment because they will think all your explanations are just flowers in their sleep.

Logically, buying Bitcoin now is the same as planting a coconut tree, you will enjoy the results in the future.
