There are ways Nigerians can create such an account right from Nigeria. But if you travel to US you will still notice that some features you are seeing when you are in US when using US IP address is not there when you are in Nigeria.
Nigerians that needs it are for the purpose of scam.You can open Facebook account directly in Nigeria. Also that you can be looking for a way to scam a Nigerian here but using foreign Facebook account sales as an opportunity. Nigerians here should avoid someone like you. |
