The first step every withdrawal must provide basic information, then I think this is still very reasonable because it has done before in other casinos.

Second verification, every withdrawal and deposit of $2000 will be asked for KYC

The third verification, every $5000 deposit or withdrawal equal to that will be asked for the source of wealth, well is this not burdensome for users of this casino?

I think the amount of $5000 can be said to be not too big unless it is above $50K for example, but honestly for me it is troublesome if it has to be asked like that.

This is incorrect. They are in the right place if you ask me. Check out sites like Rollbit, Stake etc who display them in a similar manner. Terms of Service itself is usually found under the about us part though.

The funny thing is that your screen looks different from mine.

I don't think they heard what you have said. I noticed they posted two updates today with similar requirements. They did not even bother to reply to you. This means the representative does not really care about the community feedback and just posting their updates to bump the thread. My suggestion is the same. Make your bonus less hard and competitive. Increase the max win amount and decrease the wager requirements. All you have to do ia, check how is your competitors doing. If most of them requires only 20x wager requirement, then why someone would choose a casino with 36x wager requirements? Also, the max win is too low. Just compare your casino with your competitors.

Good to see that you have reduced the wagering requirement but you keep the max withdrawal limit @$50 only while on the other side you are offering up to $200 bonus.
So what's the point of offering up to $200 bonus while players are limited to withdraw it max $50 only? Dont you think that it is contradictive?
I will be better if you allow players to withdraw the same amount as the bonus after completing the wagering requirement, so if players get $200 bonus then simply allow them to withdraw max $200.
Or simply change the rule, from "up to 200" to "max 50" so it willl look better.

The casino takes a while to consolidate a bet i win in a football match, for example. When I make a simple bet and i win, even if the match has ended, the ticket still appears as open and remains in that state for several hours.

Therefore, the payment amount for the bet isn't consolidated into my balance until the ticket has been closed.

I tried to find if there is a wagering requirement on deposit without bonus but I did not find it, did you place a single bet only then requested withdrawal?

I don’t mind the 36x wagering requirement but I agree with you about the rank rank requirement as it excludes new users. Promotions and contests are supposed to help attract new customers. But you know the saying: "their casino, their rules" and we have to comply with those rules.

Why did you remove live sports betting? I wanted to make a deposit and place a bet again, as I like your casino, but I can't do it.

I am also seeing this issue on the airbet.io site that when I checked for the football matches I saw that those matches were show which were done already and also seeing that all the matches were schedule at the same time.
I also asked to the Airbet support team regarding this issue and they confirm it that live bet were not available on their casino right now but they will add it soon.... But they didn't mentioned any date or the time.

In my opinion, since they currently do not have live sports games available on their site, they should not keep the sportsbet option active. It would be better if they put "on maintenance" type words there because the current situation will confuse most players.

How long does account verification/KYC take ?

I cant find information on their terms page and AML policy page about how long they process KYC but normally in other casinos it is usually under 24hours.
