I don't agree at all with your analysis, for me it's the opposite, it's the projects "without premine or with very little premine" which are redflags, because that means no future development for their projects, just look at the tokenomics of some serious project, most of them have large % allocated to the team, for airdrop, for investors, for marketing,...
