Aside from going to the beaches or Pool resorts , what could be the best way to ease the Heat here in Asia ? the temperature is reaching 52 degree and that is truly hot .


using airconditioned room 24/7 is so expensive in electricity so please give me some tips to at least lessen this super hot temperature .

Well you have to make sure for you to drink alot of ice cold water. It does get this hot for me and I do see myself having to carry with me a water bottle when it gets like that.

It is so expensive for me to pay for my air conditioner. So I only use that if there is some people that is coming to my house and we want to be comfortable.

 Many areas are very hot now.  People are getting sick due to intense heat.  So everyone has to follow some rules to stay healthy this summer.  Like not going out unless necessary.  Drink more water.  If you go out in the hot sun, definitely take an umbrella.  Wash hands and feet after 30 minutes of drying sweat from outside.  If you follow these rules, you will get some relief.

In this temperature heat stroke is very likely so staying hydrated would be the number one priority. Drink lots of fluids and preferably cold ones. Water is best to drink but if you are looking for some other ways to get cool there are plenty cold desserts to keep you away from the heat.


I say to make use of airconditioned public spaces such as malls. Even if you are in a budget, there are plenty places to stay in a mall. The air conditioner is always on and in every part of the mall so you can easily stay there.

We are finally experiencing the consequences of climate change. As individuals I am afraid we can not do much from now on. The planet will keep on heating more and more if we do not act now. The government needs to focus on environmental practices that can ease the heat we are feeling.

They need to launch a lot of planting activities and provide shelter to a lot of public spaces in a form of trees. They need to minimize the waste being produced in different fields. Temporary solutions will not solve the problem. We need to start changing the way we live now if we want to protect out planet.

But as of now, close all of your doors if the heat outside reflects on it and gets inside your house. As for the windows, if air is getting inside and circulates there, open them but just as the doors, check your area if it's ideal.

There is no way to beat the heat, airconditioner is the ideal solution you can use it in the way that consumes less electricity like Instead of 18°C go for 26 which reduces the bill by half and if there's air ventilation make use of it by giving a way in and out.

This is the respond of the nature to us human , because we are abusing the nature and not treating it
correctly this is why we are experiencing this now so sorry for all of us who is having this crazy weather now.

I kept myself hydrated and also make sure that the ventilation in my house is working completely so
the aircon will only be open in the night before sleeping.
