No one can actually tell you the movement of the coins. What people can tell is that when the price goes up or when it goes down. From your post it seems that you are here in the greed of profits only for which you bought these trash coins and face losses. Now in case of Bitcoins you need to have patience. The price goes up when the demand to accumulate the coins are more. Due to fixed amount of supply, the price goes up in order to meet the demand. You can easily say if the demand is high or low by simply observing the coin trading pairs in an exchange.

Bitcoin has it's halving in the last week or so, and it's been touted as the catalyst for a eventual bull run this year and up to 2025. Current price is at $62k give and take. But we have prediction that it could reach as high as $100k++ in this bull run, however, no one really can say what will be the biggest or new all time high.

And thanks for accepting the fact the meme coins are not a good investment in the long. Maybe there are investors who makes a lot of money, but it's not for everything in my opinion. As compare to Bitcoin wherein, the goal here is to be a long term holder, and invest and have a plan like doing DCA. So best of luck to you and hopefully you will stay as Bitcoin investor.

You bought meme tokens and alts but you're asking about Bitcoin movement. I hope you know both are different terrains. Yes, I know more experienced investors have a way of using Bitcoin to gauge alts but they do so based on Bitcoin dominance, not price. Right now, Bitcoin has taken slightly half of the chunk of the entire market capitalization with its 50%+ dominance. If anyone is expecting alts to bull on this type of dominance, they should rethink it because it's not going to be possible. Bitcoin dominance has to drop for alts to rally up.

Going forward, I think you should invest in strong fundamental coins with use cases and reduce your heavy investment in memes. Your portfolio can crash to zero overnight if memes and alts without use cases are all you have. Beware.

If you are an investor why invest in shitcoin is it because there is a 100x increase that you expect? That is not always a good expectation for you especially if you are considered a beginner after minus you think about bitcoin now.

Try if you from the beginning did invest in bitcoin even though minus you don't need to worry because usually bitcoin can recover in contrast to shitcoin will sink for the duration.

To be honest, we don't know the exact next movement of bitcoin, only now focus on buying in preparation for the increase later, because we are optimistic that after halving and waiting with patience the price will definitely go up again.

Don't get pressured, you have to realize that this minus that you are seeing on your portfolio is a normal flow and thing on this market. That's why if you've already invested, you have to take this as something usual because if not then you'll just learn it along your stay here. What will help you more is to look at the charts of the meme coins and other altcoins that you're holding to see if they've got the potential to move. Who has influenced you to invest into those? And wait, this is the Bitcoin Speculation section and you should have posted this on the Altcoins discussion so kindly move this thread there.

That is a bad sign if you are pressured on your investment, that is why,

"Invest what you can afford to lose", so I guess you can't do anything about your holdings of altcoin, just be patience and if you wanted to sell at least get back what you invested.

We don't know what the is the exact movement of Bitcoin, it's a speculative asset and so you just have to be a long term investor. Why? because it will take time for Bitcoin market to be in a bull run, meaning price is going to be up for a certain period of time and will likely reach new all time high. And with that, if you just buy and be a holder and then sell when it reaches top price maybe next year.

This is the fundamental truth, we don't know what the precise price movement of Bitcoin will be, because it's volatile and a speculative asset, this is why it's better to hodl it on the long term, so irrespective of it's Short term pump and dump, it won't affect the investor's long term plan.

Memecoins are not like Bitcoin, most of them are just like Ponzi schemes, they get hyped, to attract investors, in the end they disappear with the investors funds, so they're risky projects because most of them are scams. The best and most reputable crypto is Bitcoin, so invest the amount that you can afford to loose in memecoins.

Hong Kong is launching it's Bitcoin spot ETF today and Australia is also nursing the idea of launching one very soon. All these, coupled with the Bitcoin halving will help drive the price of Bitcoin up but I cannot tell when, and what the ATH will be, I can only speculate. Also, I cannot give you any guarantee that your portfolio will increase in value when the market eventually turns green. Memecoins are worthless pump and dump tokens with no use cases. Whenever you want to invest in any cryptocurrency, don't just invest because others are investing, seek knowledge first and always DYOR.

You should know and remember that nobody can predict the next movement of Bitcoin with certainty because of its volatility. investing in cryptocurrency carries inherent risks, and there are no guarantees.

Don't chase quick profits by jumping into the next hot meme coin. Bitcoin is considered less volatile than most altcoins, so it might be a good idea to diversify your portfolio with some Bitcoin to balance out your holdings.

If you had made much enquiry before you took part in investing that much in meme and Alt coins, I don't think if you would had been in such state of pressures over your invest.
And I guess when you said you are now minus you mean to say that you have lost all that which you invested! Huh?

Well, I will only let you know that Bitcoin is not one of those meme or Alt coins whose volatilities are subjected to hyping that you would make quick riches with a minimum amount of fund being invested.

While being frank with you, I would just tell that Bitcoin is a reputable and reliable digital currency globally accepted for means of payments that is Incase you think of making payments with it because it is not only of the potential of investments.
I have in time invested on some meme and Alt coins but they were all shits because there was no vendor or physical traders that has wanted to accept this coins for payments meanwhile there had been multiple number of persons willing to accept Bitcoin for payments.

If you happens to be a vendor or one of those traders OP, I believe you would as much refrained from those folk coin and embraces Bitcoin.

Do you know why Bitcoin is much accepted this way and why you ran a zero minus on your meme and Alt coins investments? It is because the volatility of Bitcoin is not so fragile and high as much as those AltCoins which means Bitcoin can keep a stable value despites its volatile potentials while the volatility of the Alt coins are highily weaken that it can lost its total value in no time.

As much as you can understand this then you will grab why most experienced investors keep off from Alt coins but investing on the Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is as much a crytpto coin with a highily security mechanism which assurance proof of work on transactions.

OP, I am not ready to sugarcoat the importance of Bitcoin to you and I am also not going to convince you to embrace it.
I would lastly tell you that Bitcoin is an integrified cryptocoin with the potentials of yielding profits to its Investors who would stand and advantage of making good profits while on a long time holding.

Take your decision OP and next time insist to be explained for the descriptions of any Crytop coins you want to invest on before investing and not just the possible means of how you can make profit especially in  the quickie ways.

Next move for bitcoin? It doesn’t look pretty because we are getting stale on the etf inflows and we are sitting on $60K support.

We tested this area a few times and we bounced but it looks like we will break thru it soon. The stock market having a negative day isn’t helping either.

I think we are short term bearish but long term is bullish.

I thought HK Bitcoin spot ETF has been approved already? not sure about Australia, nevertheless this is both great news to us. And as we have experienced the most important Bitcoin halving, then we will just have to sit and relax and see where the price will go. I do agree with the memecoins sentiments, they don't have use case and the worst is that they can be pump and dump by some deceitful individual so not good for us investors. Next movement and we all assume of Bitcoin is that it will reach a new all time high, but we are not fortune tellers here, we just speculate base on the market movement. It could be $120k the most as what have others predicted in this bull run.

Without a doubt your post shows that you are a newbie investor, for the sake of the argument I will suppose that someone actually knew in advance what the movements of bitcoin would be, ask yourself this question, why would that person share that information with you? Such information could be worth hundreds of millions of dollars, do you really think anyone will share that information with anyone for free? And that is assuming such a person existed, something doubtful to begin with.

You can’t get the answers to your questions here correctly. You can only get speculated answers which your investment should not be on that bit on the long time prospect of what you’re trying to invest in. If you invest in bitcoin just like you’ve invested in other meme coins, at some points, you’ll definitely be in loss and will also feel bad. What you should be looking at should be what I will stand to get in the future if i invest in this coin. No matter the volatile nature of the market, it shouldn’t make me lose all of my money by crashing or not recovering ever again. With bitcoin investment, you’re saved with all that.

Well, when you are starting out, what made you think "I believe that if I invest into these funny things, I will surely make a lot of money"? Because whatever that idea was, you need to get rid of that first. Why would you invest into a MEME and think that you could make money, don't get me wrong there were some very early birds who made some money but it is quite hard to make money that way, I believe that we are not going to make any money at all.

I feel like we should consider the situation changing and we need to make sure that we are going to make some good money in the end. I hope that we could see the situation changing and the best we can do in this case is just invest into bitcoin and that's it, accumulate as much bitcoin as you can, after you made your loss back, you can start considering putting only a little to other stuff.

OP is either hurting or feeling his mistake on getting into Meme and $hitcoins...or both!

Its standard that the replies to such a question are varied and will be after my post because
nobody can tell what happens in the future.

We have a general long term view or expectation for Bitcoin for the future which is up
but for short term anything is possible.

Meme and $hitcoins expect + or - 100x

It would help if you had thought about Bitcoin before investing heavily in meme coins and other altcoins. I'm sure you were thinking you would earn huge returns after making investments in meme coins and shit-coins but now when you have seen your investments losing value to a large extent, you are worried and you are now seeing the significance of Bitcoin and understand that it is Bitcoin that might help you recover from your losses.

This is what we keep telling newbies, we keep asking everyone to be careful when making investments, especially when it comes to meme coins and shit-coins because they might show you big dreams but those dreams don't always come true and it is only a few lucky that manage to have their dreams come true.

You are new but you have been introduced to the wrong strategy by whomever did that to you. What you have to do is if it's possible for you to cut loss, do it as soon as possible. If you're down by 5% up to 10% or even 15%, that's still a good time to cut loss.

But if you can't do that then all you have to do is to accept the losses and wait until those meme coins that you have to recover. The bad thing there is if your meme coins are literally meme coins and have been made by a bunch of fifth graders that are trying to get some money from investors and newbies like you.

Although it's not too late as this will serve as your lesson on what you must do, invest to BTC first if you're a beginner and you'll learn the rest afterward when you have understood how this volatile nature of BTC gets to our minds and hearts

True mate, and then there is also the element of luck, when you 'invest' in this shitcoin and meme coins. Remember when I met my aunt, we haven't seen for many years and then when I told here I was into crypto, he said that he invested $1000 on meme coins and my cousins his laughing (his son), but of where his mom put that money (although I know that they can afford to lose that kind of money).

Nevertheless I advises her not to invest on shit or meme coins because it's purely for pump and dump and very volatile. But instead go for where your money will slowly grow, and that is in BTC and it's already proven to us since the beginning and that formula is foolproof.

Unfortunately no one can help you with that. Bitcoin remains uncertain and unpredictable throughout these years, that even a highly experienced and highly expertised cannot predict accurately what will be the next movement of bitcoin. This is why before you decide to invest, know first all the risks so you won’t getting doomed in the end. Patience and persistency are the keys. If you are not good with that, you will never be suitable enough to continue with your bitcoin investment.

want to tell you that if you want to invest altcoin you should do make sure that you make a proper research concerning that particular coin want to invest because so many of the altcoins does not have a base and it's not something that you depend on it is better for you to invest in Bitcoin as I have a potential time to invest without plan and budget so investment is on target that is why before we invest in altcoin we have to make a proper research to know a coin that is suitable for us to invest

The dilemma for the OP is that they consider themselves to be an investor when this is clearly not the case, an investor will take the time to analyze many different assets, and after their due diligence is done they will pick the assets that presented the very best characteristics they could find, meme coins are not unique and for the most part are completely useless, so no serious investors would invest a dime on them, but since the OP did, this shows they do not qualify to be called an investor.
