Edit:
It seems chaser15 and Heartilly are alternative accounts. Created scam accusation against chaser15  and also created flag. Reference: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5494867

Too bad, shasan. I supported the flag, of course. You'd have to be a real asshole to ruin an account for those amounts when you could be earning more in an honest way, but as commented in the other thread if they are several hacked accounts managed by the same person it's more understandable that they would ruin it.

There is another alternative account that seems to operate in a similar manner. He is trying to sign the company's signature, but will he continue to participate in it? If you look at the tags in his trust, the payment terms are also overdue. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=525508

Have you confused chaser15 with goinmery? Ultimately, he must explain his connection and receive appropriate feedback.

Flag supported.
He just ruined legendary account from 2015, but account probably changed hands since than.
Based on his merit history it appears that there is some connection with member harizen, goinmerry and few other accounts, that is probably all part of a larger farm  :P

Definitely. The last transaction from the goinmerry wallet bc1qszqxjpudwecq27p2js4nda9ahz4sddg00v4gha was sent to the bc1qpc4kwayeczuj4ak2xq2m0y0g84yfd5zvy9gwrw harizen wallet, which has been inactive since October and was blocked as an account that was hacked. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5469221.0

This must be the dumbest scammer I have seen in a while. Sacrificing high ranking accounts for just pennies. Those high ranking accounts would make him way more money than he is trying to scam through defaulting loans, but of course since they are stolen accounts, he doesn't care.

You see the strategy here is that they had multiple accounts running signature campaigns and earning from those triple of quadruple of what the honest users have been making every week. Previously it was easy to gain activity without merit and rank up all these accounts.

Now as merit is in place, they cant rank up their new alt accounts to easily, but their spending habits have not changed, so they need quick money and for that they make the lenders their scapegoat and milk out money from them.

If you think of it like that, it makes complete sense as why they are destroying their old accounts at a cost and running only one possible legitimate account for campaigns.

Flag supported from my end.

It seems that the account owner was not even able to sell it, so tried to earn money by requesting a loan, but it is unfortunate to see that the value of the Legendary account has become less than $60.

It would have made more sense to try to sell it to someone else, no? I thought Legendary accounts were sold several hundreds of USD on some local boards. I was maybe wrong, but if not it's weird to only exchange it against $60. We still see many spammers here, some of them are now using AI tools for posting, so I don't think it became so difficult for them to find some signature campaigns actually.

The scammer has essentially sold their account for amount of 60 USD. Previously accounts were accepted as collateral but then the defaulted loans would mean the account went in the hands of the lender and they could do anything with it. Eventually this practice was shunned and only valuable items were accepted as collateral.

In this manner the user obtains a lumpsump (of only 60$) by sacrificing one of their accounts. Pretty heroic (not). That person should be ashamed of their actions.
