Title: trustdice.io SCAM closed my account after winning at casino roulette
Post by: abdo91 on May 04, 2024, 10:15:28 AM
Warning: Alert to All! I'm compelled to write this message with a heavy heart to urge caution regarding a suspicious website. Despite my winning $1,135 in the Lightning Roulette game on trustdice.win on 2024/04/16, I was shocked this morning to find my account unjustly closed. The website falsely claimed that I have other accounts, which is entirely untrue.
2024/04/16 win casino 260 §
2024/04/17 win casino 575.40 §
2024/04/18 win casino 300.50 §

These individuals have no conscience. How can it be conceivable that a person as vulnerable as myself could possess $1000 in my entire life? I swear to you, it's all I have. They closed my account and did not pay my money. I have sent them hundreds of messages without any response

would you mind posting evidence backing up your claims, like your chat or email with their support? it'll help forum members understand the context of your issue with trustdice.win.

they have an ANN thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5126117.0) here in the forum and they also have a forum representative who was online on April 30th. I'll try and send their representative a PM perhaps he can give more information about your issue with their gambling site.

If you don’t use bonuses to help you win that amount then you can post here screenshots of your bets since having multiple account on lightning roulette seems not a big deal to win because there’s no arbitrage betting on this game that will give you an advantage using multiple account.

I remember reading same issue before and same game lightning roulette win. I can’t remember the specific case and the result of the issue but I don’t see any way to cheat on this using multiple account unless you are availing bonuses such as cashback and deposit bonus on your game.

They will not respond here.

They've made a public statement (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5440533.0) that they will not attend to any thread on scam accusation board. I believe [and by that, I mean I am sure] that was rooted from when they had those stack-of-cases that happens to many casinos at certain point with, at least, IIRC, one false accusation [this one I remember, though; it was a late bet that was not late at all].

I forgot which one was which that became the trigger of things went south, but things got heated, spiralled down, and instead of de-escalating the situation, "the marketing guy behind this post" [that's how the representative referred to himself] choose to took the low blow and taking drastic steps by manipulating posts, twisting the reality of what I said to paint me black by snipping my post to an entirely different narrative, and ultimately trying to dox me and Pmalek [we both were the ones overseeing those cases], and later edited and removed the incriminating sentence that doxxed me... wrongly [there has been numerous attempt to dox me as a retaliation of what I did, but none seems to be correct so far]. Bottomline: acting very unprofessional.

But I am not here to reopen old wounds and/or having a bad blood with TrustDice, even if they still have the same representative as the one attended to those old cases. Those things are in the past, completely forgiven though not forgotten. So, if they want to return to this board, I can give my words that I'll oversee their cases like I oversee any other that arrives on this board: from neutral ground.

Otherwise, I think they asked people to redirect any open scam accusation against them to CG or AG.

So, OP, abdo91, that's your call if you want to escalate them to CG or AG. And, Coinbox1, this is an invitation with a wide arm to return to this board, leave all those stupid things that happened in the past stays in the past, and start everything clean.

If it’s a Sportsbook related problem with Trustdice, posters can bring their problem to linked thread and I’ll contact Trustdice. That’s Sportsbook only, nothing casino related such as this roulette complaint. Only one post has ever been deleted in the thread but if it’s obnoxious stuff as directed towards holydarkness , then it’ll be deleted.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=717790.4280

I’m not trying to stear posters to my thread instead of scam accusations. Scam accusations should always be used first since there is a great format here with many posters contributing.

Sportsbook reviews would be great at the thread linked since it helps with grades.

Wait... I... umm... posted obnoxious stuffs? Uhh...? thanks?

Anyway, moving to the topic, they do specified that they'll exclusively refrained from replying to any cases posted on this board, but not on other board, like gambling or perhaps even their own ANN [though it'll derail the flow of discussion of the ann itself]. What I somewhat sure is they will not appreciate if one of the two users [or both] that used to "harass" them --namely, me-- appears and oversee the case on whatever thread or board it is to oversee the case. So, how do you propose to overcome this issue?

Though I don' think that's necessary or worth any further discussion. As you said yourself, you'll only lend your thread it it's sportsbet related, and not casino related. OP's situation is with casino gambling:

[...] Despite my winning $1,135 in the Lightning Roulette game on trustdice.win [...]

2024/04/17 win casino 575.40 §

I really don't try to arbitrate since it's no win. I just inquire and if a book is blantantly wrong, then I downgrade their rating.

To answer your question we first need to know if the player took a bonus. Then I take a backseat and watch since my knowledge is limited with casino play.

I remember that case.
They were trying to make it look like the player submitted late bets and took advantage of late market odds changes to bet at higher odds than what should have been the case. That was debunked as being untrue because the timestamps when the bets were made show that the odds were of the same size as on other popular bookies.

Based on that, there are two possible scenarios:

1. They have no idea how live sports betting works and tried to frame the player as being a cheater.
2. They knew exactly what they were doing and tried to steal the players money/winnings.

In either case, the public appearance in the Scam Accusation board made them look incompetent. They got butthurt, and tried to present themselves to the community as being the victims of harassment of you and me, while in reality they took money that didn't belong to them. Didn't they also try to offend you by saying something like "he is just another Croatian!?" Maybe I am thinking of another case.

Since no one bought their bullshit, they decided to never again engage in a scam accusation against their brand. Why? Because they might be put in a situation where they will lie or be shown as being incompetent again. So, their forum rep. decided it's better for business to remain quiet.

That’s interesting. My limited interactions with them have been good. No casino should totally ignore scam accusations here. There aren’t that many accusations against Trustdice where they would be overburdened.

I completely forgot that they stated they would no longer address any scam accusations here in the forum. I saw them interacting with forum users and even clearing up some misunderstandings regarding their wagering requirements a few months back on a thread so I thought they were still addressing any kind of inquiry about their casino, I guess not.

LMAO, yes, something like that. I still have the screenshot provided by someone else notifying me about this doxxing attempt in my gallery.

That said, I won't really dwell in the past. Maybe they've improved their HR, maybe that marketing guy was still behind the posts but learned his lesson. Anyway, I'll treat them like any other casino/forum user if they'll answer their case here

They did not, ignore scam accusation. At least not as far as I know. They'll probably handle it privately by PM and/or through CG. And no there are not, currently, though that's probably purely due to their withdrawal from this board. But there was a time where two or three cases stacked against them.

They still will, just not on this board. They'll address issues if it's raised on [let's say] gambling board or somewhere else. But once it's moved here, they'll refrain from it

If what's stated in the OP is true, then I'll be shocked to my bones that most casinos are rugpulling gamblers and tainting their own self-earned trust. How detrimental that'll be to them in future.

haven't they got an explanation for this guy's case? I'm wondering how frustrating it can be to get logged out without an explanation (not even a response from the calcare/customer service)

So basically, they refuse to pay huge winnings at their loss? Then, just to get away with it, they accuse the user of some minor case of misconduct??

@abdo91, you have so far made three scam accusations regarding the same issue, which still won't help if you don't follow what some members have advised you to do. Instead, the mods might just start deleting your repetitive scam accusation.

You have been told to at least file a complaint with Casino guru (https://casino.guru/complaints/all) or Ask Gamblers (https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints). They will be compelled to respond to your complaints over there.

Yes, this is true. He opened more than one topic for the same problem, and he did not provide any evidence for his accusations. The worst thing is that he did not respond to the members’ questions on any of the topics he opened.

At least some evidence and screenshots should be provided or interaction with the members who responded and were trying to help him, but he did not do anything, he just opened several topics.

I apologize for not responding, but you have the evidence

I close my account after winning at roulette. If you see a complaint at Casino Guro, you will find that I sent them evidence and have been waiting for a response for a week. The fire is unfortunate and ridiculous. Scam site

while I cannot say trust dice is or isn't a scam site I can say that they probably aren't accusing you without a reason. You think they just randomly chose you over a small amount of winnings?

It's clear, brother. Roulette has no tricks. There are thousands of people whose accounts are closed without providing any evidence. Half of the sites licensed in Curacao are fraudulent because they cannot find any entity that protects players

Publicly? Not that I know of. I look at allof OP's threads, none seems to be attended by TD's representative, even the one that's not on this board.

OP, I'll once again ask you, lock your other threads. Choose one that will be your main [and only] thread, then focus on that one only. Having more than one thread of same issue will only create confusion and difficulties to follow updates.

I am assuming you are replying to holydarkness's suggestion to lock the other threads that you have created. just to be clear, he isn't trying to defend the casino, it is just to keep the board clean and for you to stop spamming the board by creating multiple threads talking about the same issue.

anyway, as suggested before by holydrakness, you can escalate this issue to Casino.guru or AskGamblers, TrustDice representative might be more willing to discuss your issue with their gambling site on those platforms.

If that is the case, why are you gambling on Curacao-licensed casinos? You should know better. I bet mostly on sports, and I have accounts on a few Curacao-licensed online casinos. None of them have been blocked nor have I had my money confiscated.

The screenshot you posted is not evidence of anything. No one here can possibly know what the casino has against you and if you are telling the truth or not. The best thing to do is to share your story with a mediator site, link the discussion here, and hope for the best.

I believe he's trying to reply to yahoo62278 but doesn't know how to quote, it'll make more sense. I can assure you though, OP, that yahoo has no business with TD. He's simply voicing his opinion and he's not siding with TD.

Let’s not attack other posters and stick to facts. I normally try to take the players side first, but switch fast to book if it gets personal. It’s a waste of time reading the bickering.

What were the terms of your bonus and how much of a bonus did you take.

I don't think it matters how big of a bonus the player claimed. I have just checked the Casino Guru thread, and the TrustDice casino representative claims they have proof that the player has used multiple accounts. They have shared their findings with the Casino Guru team a few hours ago. As soon as Casino Guru reviews the information, they'll post their decision or request more information from one side or the other.
