@blackjack.fun can you tell what's the main reason why the old ann thread was locked and now created a new with self-moderated thread?

To avoid spam fest against their brand since they recently attacked by a certain user here in the forum. They probably already have enough of explanation and just do the easiest way to avoid endless debate against user that doesn’t want to settle the issue using their own way.

I believe the old thread is much better for transparency but it’s up to them in how they want to communicate in the forum as long as they are still reasonable to hear out players concerns then I don’t have any problem with self-moderated thread.

I understand this kind of scenario but this also mean they can just delete anyone's reply/comment either good or bad for them.

Well, reputation board is open and ninjastic.space archives is there to provide those missing info. But a local rule might be helpful and mods will respect that, so reporting it to them will probably a big help.

If this thread is to prevent @jackracer and his kind from spamming their thread then it’s totally fine - because it’s kind of annoying to go to a thread and see a user post the same thing continuously with colored texts while Ignoring suggestions; tbh, it kills one’s vibe to continue discussing in that thread.

I understand the concerns and questions asked by other members, but to be honest, I don't have any issue with a new thread being self-moderated because this might make a lot of things better, and we might now get our questions and concerns answered way quicker than before.

Reporting useless posts and spam to mods might have helped but I guess you can't do that if it's excessive, so there has to be a solution to that, and this probably is the solution and this shouldn't be against the rules since the previous thread has been locked before the creation of the new one.

Let's hope we have a better experience from this point onwards.

Plus any person could start their own topics, and repeatedly post over there every day if they truly believe that the casino has done something wrong to them. No one will stop him/her. But of course they will use the cypherpunks' ethos against you. They will tell everyone that they're being censored. Censored? He/she can literally start his/her own topic.


I believe the whole forum is transparent enough. Transparency should not depend on a mere thread. The spammer can make a blog about his/her experience if he wants to do that.

It's quite sad to see a bad member win to be honest. Every time some guy hijacks a thread it hurts many people, especially when they just don't seem to want to listen to advice.

Still I would have continued to report the guy while hoping the mods would delete spam. I know it doesn't always work but anyway, self mod thread it is.

Not quiet sad to see this since expect that this action will happen especially if there's someone blatantly spamming on their thread and people cannot see the update happening since they are been disturb by something they don't like to see in the thread especially if the accusation of certain people is questionable or need some time to debate. If they want to accuse them I guess its better to post it on correct section since for that a lot of people can focus on the topic and no nonsense other not on topic will be added.

That's why there's no people take those accusation seriously since a lot of people think about that those post is just a spam to spread hatred on this casino.

Sadly this is the sad part when a casino meets a persistent harassment. Self-moderated thread is only solution to Blackjack.fun case since it’s very hard to report a post if it’s still on topic to the thread even though it’s just a repetition and baseless accusation.

I do suggest admin Eva to just ignore the user since his words doesn’t have much value here but it seems that they can’t stand anymore the harassment and proceed to shortcut on dealing this problem.

Why you are hoping and waiting for the moderators to delete the guys comment he will keep on bumping the thread with lot more, so far as I just checked back most of his comments which was dropped with both red and green colored they are all still their which I believe the Op of the three and others might have reported the post to moderator, so their is a high possibility that moderators have over looked it. 
 
This one is nice with a different design and also a self-moderated version of it, where spam can easily be deleted. Let it just be kept that way, and I hope they don't delete posts that they believe are against them, like users coming to lay complaints and the rest of them.

You definitely pertaining to the general transparency and not the transparency of conversation on this thread. You can’t view post here once deleted unless you use data scraping service like ninjastic.space which is not part of the forum. I clearly described what kind of transparency I’m looking on this specific thread not on other thread or other shit blog.

Anyway, I’m sure Blackjack will not turn into tyranny since they are now guided by reputable manager here.

This new thread caught me off guard since I wasn't aware of the issues caused by some member. Self-moderated thread is definitely a good way to deal with such people, but it also implies that the thread itself isn't 100% transparent.

You did the right thing, sometimes you have to do what needs to be done, you have a campaign running and this harassment is really annoying to the platform that you need to rebrand, this is a good start for Blackjackfun all we ask is to address issues as they come along, which I'm sure you will, I'm sure you will recapture blackjack.fun glory.
I can attest to Blackjack,fun reputation I have been a part of Blackjack.fun old campaign, and its one of the longest campaigns I've participated in, besides Stake and they never miss paying always on time to pay their promoters.

Common, we have ninjastic which scraps all posts, if there would be any abuse anyone could just open a new topic and point them out, it would be far worse for Blackjack to do something like this, but with that nutcase polluting the topic it was becoming impossible, not even mentioning his writing style that really pissed me off, had him on ignore and of course, there were guys quoting him.
To be honest I'm surprised he hasn't already tried to pollute this topic too.

Anyhow, good luck with this new one, ..or is it a bad omen to wish somebody good luck at betting?  ;D

I can tell I have been a very satisfied customer at Blackjack.fun for half a year now. I was losing a lot there at some point, but despite the fact that I am in the plus overall now due to a massive Oklahoma City Thunder win a couple weeks ago, they keep nice and process all withdrawals quickly. Their website is quick and easy to navigate and I love the layout. I believe opening a self-moderated topic to replace the old one is not a win for the trolls. In fact, if you ask me, all services in BitcoinTalk should open their threads with the self-moderation flag on. The topics will be cleaner and easier to enter discussions.

Censorship in the forum shouldn't be a concern because anyone who has something to say can always open their own topics, and post their complaints.

OP the one thing I asked for since I joined BJF. I repeat. A proper guide for how to use BJF :)

Especially how the tournaments work, they daily prizes etc.

Trust me, you make this guide and you will get a lot of less confused users and potentially stop more dropping off:)


Like I said. Keep reporting. That's the best way. Self moderated threads will suffer greatly in the long term because newbies will see that note about self moderation and they will assume the worse.

I had several weeks of signature campaign earnings in my Blackjack.fun account, so I decided to withdraw them last night. Here is my feedback.
The withdrawal process was very quick. It took only a few minutes for your team to process the transaction. Good job on that!

Two suggestions and things that could be improved.
You could allow players to adjust the priority of their withdrawals. In other words, paying cheaper fees and waiting longer or overpaying for a quick confirmation.
My withdrawal transaction unnecessarily had 4 inputs, which increased the final withdrawal fees. This is probably an automated system, but perhaps it can be modified not to do that unless it's really necessary.

Hi Blackjack.fun, I tried your website and played within your site, I do actually likes the platform and the games as well as the new sports betting you have. Though I have noticed that when I play in casino and sportsbet and place bet, the top value of my current bankroll doesn't automatically updates and I do need to refresh it before it shows the current amount that I have, it's hard to track down especially when playing casino how much bankroll you have. I'm not sure if I am the only one experience this in your site.

I will add the necessity of cash back explanation as well. It would be great, if it was possible to find some information about it. I have asked this question in the previous thread, however, I didn't get an answer, maybe due to the topic closure. I also received a few more notifications about cash back since then.

Are you losing huge amount of Bitcoin lately since your recent cashback show a decent amount meaning you lose something big because typical cashback percentage is ranging from 10% to 20%.

Actually, I don't have huge amount of Bitcoin to lose it  :D I have played several games, I have won a little, but that was all for now. I cannot see this cash back anywhere except in those notifications, that is why I don't even know if it is real and what it means. I am not able to play another game with it or simply withdraw it. That is why I even thought it might be some error. I  decided to ask somebody here about it, maybe someone has the same notification.

Blackjack.fun isn't the only casino where you will see multiple inputs on a withdrawal transaction. Your withdrawal transaction was containing some other users deposited transaction. Casino doesn't use the hot wallet system for Bitcoin withdrawal anymore. You may see one input occasionally if your withdrawal amount + the transaction fee becomes similar to a single deposit transaction (of another user).

BTW, Blackjack.fun has developed their own tokens too! Perhaps, it will be the tradition of crypto casinos to build their own tokens in the near future.

I see now, I thought this is the regular cashback for newbie. I received a couple of this cashback before almost every week when I’m very active competing for the tournament. I think it’s their rakeback or some VIP rewards since they have a reward like this before on their old VIP system.

I didn't find anything about tournaments on the site, just about competitions which are pretty much self explanatory I think.
Be in the top 10 for the highest amounts wagered hourly/daily/weekly and you get rewarded. Same for getting the biggest multipliers on casino games and biggest wins, there is a list for everything.

They also run a nice promo for high wager players from other sites, basically a bounty you can get for some reason. But can't talk more about that for obvious reasons, haha.

AFAIK, they have a freeroll tournament before on blackjack using their house blackjack. This is the exact issue which @Jackpotracer keeps emphasizing on his long dispute against blackjack.fun but the rest is what you mention competition.

I believe the guide he plans to create is the rewards system, when you will receive rewards and where it will go/what’s the requirements before you can claim the prize since tournament prize has a wagering requirements.

Sorry If it has been already discussed but I am wondering when it will be available trading/exchange/wallet related JACK TOKEN? Or when it will be available the function of the coin? I mean the option of cashback and so on?

Self-explanatory but not complete. For example, it doesn't say that the prize you win is a bonus, which needs wagering. It was 70x when I was last active, not sure about it now, if I check my last messages, it doesn't seem to really say.

Then again if you check now it says prize is "Main Wallet" so does this mean it's no longer a bonus? I guess so, but if you're a new player, would you know what Main wallet and Bonus wallet means?

I have to say that replies via email sometimes are not received. I got 2 answers to my questions from admin Eva on my email, however, the question about how the cashback works remains unanswered for a long time now. I believe that live support is a highly needed option for Blackjack. It would make the communication and resolving potential inquiries much faster and easies for both: the user and the admins.

Isn't that cashback in our picture the payment for the signature campaign, cause I have the same date and roughly the same sums and time  :D

I received this mysterious cashback when I’m still active playing here starting from January to March this year. Other user received this cashback too despite not a participants on the signature campaign.

We speculate before that it’s from the VIP reward since Blackjack.fun old VIP system gives fixed Bitcoin in weekly basis if you wager certain amount but we are confused on where this cashback go after a notification that we received it.  :D

It is definitely not payments for signature campaign, cause amounts are different, plus I received those mysterious cash backs more often than signature payments. I believe someone from the Blackjack team will finally give us some explanation and it all will become more clear.

I think that is the signature payments  as it comes every week in my account.

Have you guys tried the investment system?

Since I joined the campaign the fees were very high, so I decided to stake my coins in the investment system they have.

I receive 15% APY , which is amazing. They send a notification every hour with the satoshis you receive as payment, and you can withdraw anytime.

bitmover, unfortunately, I haven't used it. Although, of course, I should have, because I had a sum on my balance for a long time. Besides, you can't invest your bitcoins at 15% APY everywhere, or rather there are practically no such offers. I plan to try the investment system in the future.

I haven't tried it yet, but since the fees were so high a few weeks ago I just play Sugar Rush which makes my money 10x, and play some football bets and live sportbetting.

It is really cool how Blackjack organizes these free raffles and contests, giving players the opportunity to win good prizes for free. There are still a couple of slots left to be filled in this one, you could probably implement a new rule that would allow users take up to 3 slots for future raffles. It will help to get the slots filled up faster.

I'd say that there are several typical transaction descriptions and the cashback option is used for the signature campaign payments as the easiest way of organizing this process. So there can probably be some other transactions which can have the same definition. Probably some users get some other rewards with this description for some actions as well.

I have tried out the site with some 50$ I won from a prediction contest. A lot of stuff still isn't working even though the site exists for quite a while.
When you go to your profile page a lot of stuff is still "coming soon", for quite a while now. Can't click on "profile", "quests", "transactions" and other stuff.
Even "statistics" is not working yet and I guess there is also no betting history, at least I didn't find any.

There really is still A LOT to be done on the site.

I really like the design of the blackjack.fun site, it is very stylish, very beautiful and at the same time very innovative. 
Navigation around the site is intuitive, and this (in my opinion) is the most important thing in online casino sites.  After all, time is money! 
What could have been done even better?  What can be improved in website design?  By going to the Deposit tab, you can display your balance expressed in BTC, mBTC, uBTC and sat.  Personally, I find it convenient (maybe other users have different preferences) to see my balance expressed in Bitcoin, but unfortunately the site only displays a limited number of decimal places. 
For example, my current balance shows as 0 bitcoins, but in fact my balance is currently $18.32.  This may be a small thing, but if it could be fixed, it would make the user experience even better in my opinion! 
It should be noted that I played in different online casinos, and saw different examples of sites, the design of the blackjack.fun site stands out for the better among them.  I really like him!

I think you are safe from KYC if you do not use a prohibited jurisdiction or break the rules.

Yeah, there are some issues right now, I am already logged in and all games except classic BJ don't load.

There is a bigger bug with the BJF wallet menu that was present before, though. Clicking on the dropdown menu to select another coin results in a blank page loading.
The error message in the browser console is: "Uncaught Error: Expected integer amount, got 0.00039051". Same result in desktop Firefox/Chrome with private/incognito window and extensions disabled.

In general, KYC is only asked for those user account that shows a possibility of violating the ToS. You can’t be asked for it if you are just playing normally. IIRC Blackjack.fun has a threshold amount for unKYC account. If your account total withdraw/deposit amount exceeds limit then you will be obligated to do KYC. This is based on their older policy tho.

So it actually seems you lost your bet, as it was a clean sheet for Atalanta with 3 goals all scored by A.Lookman. So that's the spirit of gambling (i.e you either lose or win).

It did prove to be a bad choice as Bayern conceded 3 goals without reply, shocking scoreline, but that was why i said in a final anything is possible. Atalanta is a very good side, with a good manager and they deserved the win. Now the unbeaten run in over, and they have another final on Saturday, who thinks the same as me that they may just lose again? The odds are attractive for Kaiserslautern ;)

History might repeat itself, but I would be very surprised if it did. Bayer has been very dominant on the national stage this year, and let's not forget that Kaiserslautern is a 2nd division club. Not only that, but it's a 2nd division club placed among the bottom clubs of the 2. Bundesliga. The fact that they qualified for the finals of the national cup is an amazing feat in itself. 

Leverkusen already showed weaknesses in the return leg against AS Roma in the semi finals and they were lucky not to lose it at home. Seems that they used up all their wild cards before the Atalanta match.

The server works properly so as the website and this might have been late but yesterday I had no issues accessing them so, with such difficulties it could be your ISP issue. Anyway, it's for sure back to normal on your end.

Most casinos like Blackjack.fun won't ask for KYC by the time you firstly deposit. They might just ask you if you have deposited and then you try to withdraw without doing anything on your account because that can be considered as money laundering on their end.

But still, I don't know how they will address that but that's most likely what will happen if you do so.

The above mentioned things are still under construction so it seems. Is there some ETA to finally get this going? It's can't be that hard to implement a betting history as well as other stuff.
The site is running but essential features are still missing for a long time so it seems. It would definitely improve the customer's experience so this should be added/fixed asap.

P.S. I would also add some feedback about possible errors. When I play CrashX game I press the button for picking up my reward and sometimes it does not work immediately, but after a few seconds. In such games, these seconds are very significant, because you can lose during them only because the button did not work. This is extremely annoying  >:(; I lost my entire deposit several times for this reason.

There is always some small delay for the crash, In case you already hit the crash button. Nothing they can do, and others can do. It's just like common case for crash game, that's why auto-cash out is being made.

I think it's a smart thing to do, especially if the coins are just sitting there, as in my case, considering that I prefer several deposits to make a withdrawal. Even they are telling you with the response: we update the interval reaction and other things. Another factor can be happened on the user side, such as delayed click on browser user and also internet speed case.

In some sports circles, I have heard them underestimate Hungary for as long as I can remember. This was the team that topped their group undefeated, and if my memory serves me right, they beaten England during the Nations League. They also either beaten or tied with with Germany in their last 3 encounters.

I don't think that is what Blackjack means there. They mean that the maximum amount accepted by all collective members who want to stake their coins is 20 BTC, so whenever they reach the cap of 20 BTC from all users staking their coins, then new players won't be able to join anymore to stake coins.

Not really, but since all the BJF promotions are not using their own site/apps and just on forum, it can make different rules for it's own version of cricket Blackjack. Like, you can stick with 4s, or 6s, or stick with batters/bowlers and predict how many will fall before '21' runs or something?

Sportsbet one was simple counting to hit exactly 21, payout was 21x, so it was a bet. BJF one is just prediction :)

stompix, in my opinion, it is unfair to give more chances to a predictor who bets that the first goal in the match will be scored in the 45th minute. If the goal is scored in extra time, then it would make sense to guess the exact minute of extra time. It could even be specified in the rules of the contest so that no disputes arise later on.

It's great to see the many events created by BJF. This is really encouraging for everyone. and this will probably last throughout EURO 2024.

But has anyone experienced the same experience as me when opening the Sports betting menu, it takes quite a long time to load compared to other menus such as eSports. but this doesn't happen when you choose casino games.

Pandu Geddon, yeah, it's the same for me. I already wrote above in this thread that this happens when opening the site from IP addresses of certain countries. The problem is solved quite simply, you need to choose a VPN of a particular country, with the help of which the site will load without any delays.

I already thought that they played one more game, but it was on June 4 against Finland and it seems that the game was quite interesting considering that even Finland managed to score two goals. I hope that Portugal will have a much harder job tomorrow when they face Croatia.

Suggestion: can you list all the predicted seconds on the first page to easily choose a prediction time without checking the page 1 by 1 for the duplicate on prediction.

In my opinion, this is quite labor-intensive for the organizer. 
Each participant can independently check which bets have already been made by other participants.
In principle, there will not be a big problem if two participants make the same bets.    If they guess correctly, the prize can be split in half (each winner gets $25 instead of $50). 
However, let everything be as the organizers of the competition decide...
In any case, this is a very interesting competition from the online casino Blackjack.fun!  And I try to regularly take part in such competitions.

This is not a hard labor since the OP will know at what number of post the last update. Imagine 10 user will do the same post browse from page 1 to 3 and check all the post one by one while the OP just need to update few the list to add new entries which he should do too when he will compile the the list of entries for the draw.

I do this many times when managing entries to the raffle I launch for the project I’m working before. I believe the reason there’s no list before is because there’s only few entries in the past but go check collectible section raffle, we frequently do this.

What else can I say but thank the bookies for underestimating a team that is worth much more than many think. Croatia's excellent game in the first half, when they could fill Portugal's net, only slightly changed in the second half, but they held on until the end and beat Portugal for the first time in history. Spaniards, you are next ;)

Finally, I have time to play again on this casino to try new feature after long hiatus on gambling here.

I play the house Blackjack first and I notice the probably fair system is already available on the game to verify bets which is a great improvement to avoid doubts. I manage to win a couple of bucks but my game get stagnant to win/lose cycle so I decided to play other game.

I decided to place a bet on sportsbook to try it for the first time. I immediately notice Boston vs Dallas live games and bet immediately to Brown will get over 20.5pts total including overtime. That time, Brown still has 15 pts on the end of 3rd quarter. I’m surprised that Blackjack.fun still gives 1.9 odds on this pick while Brown is known for being aggressive to score. As the match progressed, I realized why the odds is so high because Brown don’t take shots frequently during the 4th quarter.  Lmao, luckily he manage to cover my bet with his last layup that end the game.

Lastly, I withdraw my funds. Before, it always took a say at least to process withdrawal by right now it only took few hours which is already good improvement although they still do manual withdrawal instead of instant withdrawal but still a nice improvement overall.

That is a super nice promotion I think for the Euro 2024,the first round though people should not expect that many goals as most teams in the first games will try to maximize their chances and even a valuable point of a draw 0-0 can be precious for their way on the Euro 2024.

So depending on the number of games I suppose the number of goals scored,the average number of goals in all these games,per game should be 2-3 goals and this should be the way to try and maximize your chances to get that 50 dollars which is a super nice prize for such an easy job.

Consider this a free advice from me,the one who never make the right predictions in a single game yet I have been able to win in both F1 and Champions League pools,so the choice is yours if you will get this or not  ;).

I requested a withdrawal and I received the payment fast.

I just have a suggestion.
When I go to transaction history and withdrawal tab, I see my withdrawal there, but it only shows the amount I withdrew and the status of withdrawal. It would be nice if we could get the transaction hash too.

I can't 100% remember when, but I believe 3 years ago, if the withdrawals were small, they were fast. Never instant, just fast. And even a year ago, I noticed USDT amounts were fast, I would request withdrawal and get in my wallet in 10 minutes. So not instant, but definitely not slow.

There was one point I needed manual authorization, I can't find in forum but I also posted about it and then admin fixed it. They said it was a process for new accounts, but since we were all old, they 'authorized' us.

I believe to get this authorization, either you must be known to admin in whitelist, OR provide KYC. But since none of this is clear or written, it's just my guess.

BTW agree the history should show tx ID. This is standard in all crypto casinos :)

Same as for anyone of us here, but that's only if we assume that the fist goal can be scored in any minute with the same probability. But actually the probability is not the same. It is believed that there is exactly a 50/50 chance of a goal being scored over or under 30 minute, so if you bet on something within the first 30 minutes, your chances are a bit better than for those who bet 31'-90'. We'll see how it goes. Anyway, you have no chance if you don't participate.

Yes, I also can’t access the blackjack.fun website yet.
But this morning everything was working fine.    
Most likely these are technical problems that will be resolved in the near future.

I have some time ago the site also did not load, while I refreshed the page periodically and nothing changed. Now the site is working, but I was unlogged from it. But I logged in again and everything is fine. At first I thought that there might be some problems with the VPN, but it turned out that there was not.

The site is now live.  There were probably some short-term technical problems on the server.  I think this has nothing to do with the use/non-use of VPN.

Back online now here too!

Thanks for the confirmation. I requested to be whitelisted even before since I already do KYC and wager huge volume on this casino to be trusted but the problem is I never get this feature that makes me always wait a day for a withdrawal even if I use quick processing blockchain.

They should just do a manual verification for huge transaction or frequent withdrawal on account since they are already very strict with multiple account so it’s very hard to abuse their competition which is their problem before.

That black screen happens to me every now and then, even clearing cache and new browser doesn't work, I think you have to try everything new. New device, new IP etc. Until the server cache clears your username. At least that's how I see it.

The announcements, the information, the communications, yes, I've constantly said that the lack of easy access to information (and reliance on chat for updates) is something quite urgently needs to be fixed for BJF. Us old users still use it but I can understand it's a red flag for many potential newbies.

As for the other matches, considering that these are the first matches, I myself chose the half/end options for a smaller bet - there is logic that the weaker teams could keep a draw at halftime, and that the favorites could still win in the end. A brave bet when it comes to Germany, but even though the Scots are always fighting, it seems to me that the home team will win, even if it's the hard way.

The odds for a Switzerland win were very attractive, but I expected a draw. I didn't think Hungary would play so bad in the defensive end. The back four made several mistakes and put the Swiss players in good scoring positions. It looked somewhat better in the second half, especially after the goal. They started to press to tie the game, and again it was a defensive mistake that lead to the 3:1 goal.

I was more concerned about Germany with a flop on the first day than with Hungary producing a surprise.
But just as with Germany Spain really outperformed themselves in this first half, so right now I would only need either Italy to win or Croatia to score once, I still believe they can do it, I was anyhow placing those bets just to place one, void of any inspiration.

Also, I hope that the other teams start thinking about conserving energy, I'm in the 30s with predictions on goals per round and I'm betting on fewer goals from now on, I really want to at least be close to one result even if I can't win one.

I actually had less luck in betting on the Spain vs Croatia match. I don't think Croatia will be hit with 3 goals without scoring 1 goal. but in other matches, I hold 3 luck today.

I haven't made the next bet yet, Poland vs Netherlands, I don't know how big the Netherlands' chances are in this match. but maybe both can score, I don't expect the match to end in a draw. because the competition in their group will probably be the tightest.

Pandu Geddon, I wouldn't bet on Poland, they did not qualify for the Euros, they might not have qualified at all, they were lucky to get Estonia as opponents in the knockout matches. Lewandowski will not play. All in all, in my opinion, the Netherlands look much more solid in this match. I would assume that there will be no draw, but a victory for the Netherlands. It's much harder to judge by the number of goals.

My prediction for Italy - Albania was Italy winning 1:0. It looked good until about 30 seconds into the match. ;D I still correctly predicted that Italy wouldn't do much more than what was needed to get a win.

Not only Lewandowski. their second-best striker, Milik, got injured in the last friendly match that Poland played and hasn't travelled with the team to the tournament at all. I expect an easy victory for The Netherlands today. However, they also lost an important player in Koopmeiners just before the start of the tournament. But the Dutch have more squad depth to replace him.

I got the last 3 combo nice going even if I wasn;t believing in it at all, and looking back till today everyone who bet on the favorite got lucky, so let's push our luck a bit:

Croatia's game can only be described with one word "catastrophic", because they did not show even a fraction of what they showed in friendly matches, completely without any idea and tactics, they can be happy that they only conceded 3 goals.

I haven't decided yet if I want to play something today, but yesterday when I tried to play something I could only see the offer of basic games without any additional offers - is this a bug that happens from time to time or something else?

I had this happening too yesterday right before Italy's match, all I could get was the offer for the winning team, the extra bets were simply not accessible, I blame it on the tablet and shrug it off but as we speak it works also on it so it might have been a bug with the sports page.
Now I wish I had tried other sports to see if it's just the euro tournament or every sport.

@stompix, I also checked some other sports and I can confirm that the bug was not related exclusively to the EURO24 offer - it was not possible to select anything but 1x2 on any event. I hope that someone from the BlackJack team will read it and try to see what it is about, whether it is a bug, something specific for a certain browser or maybe something else.

Pandu Geddon, Congratulations! You also got a multiplier over 2, that's great. It wasn't really a very clear-cut game. The score was tied for a long time and only on 83 minutes the Netherlands managed to take the lead. And in the end the Poles had little chance to win back, there was too little time left.

This issue is still not fixed. I'm unable to select another coin in the wallet, it's stuck to the default USDT.
No response to the message sent through the "live support" form.

Strange. As for me, I just tried and this problem doesn't appear for me.
I have tried both firefox and chrome and at both browsers I was able to change the currency without any issue occurring.

I don't think this problem occurs for all users. I still access it smoothly and normally.

The problem you are experiencing does not occur for all BJF users. they have told you that the issue will be looked into. Because it only happens to a few accounts, checking may take more time. whether it's a bug from their system or maybe from your device.

Pandu Geddon, we have already discussed this issue in this thread, but since the discussion runs forward and it is very inconvenient to re-read the whole thread, I will say again that for users from a number of countries there are problems when displaying the sports betting module on the Blackjack.fun website. The issue is solved with the help of VPN, and not every third-party IP address can be suitable, so it is worth choosing a working one.

I logged in to my account using a free VPN. The region was India.

It may worth mentioning that the website usually keeps me logged in and I don't need to log in.
I logged out from my account and logged in just to check if it works.

I just tried logging back in, but it didn't work. The same problem took me to the page to log in again.
This problem new occurred because previously I could log in easily. In fact, it usually automatically logs in without logging in if I don't log out of the site.

I'm sure there's something wrong with their system. in their telegram there doesn't seem to be any announcement regarding this.

I was already logged in when reading bullrun2024bro's post about the issue with the website. As I said in my previous post, I logged out and logged in again without any problem.

a while ago I made a BTC withdrawal from BJF. it doesn't happen instantly and takes some time. I am aware that withdrawals are also related to the possibility of dense transactions occurring.
I to send live support, but it doesn't seem to work. Just send a message and you will be contacted via email. Even after my withdrawal was successful, I didn't receive any emails.

I don't see the transaction hash to check the withdrawal I made. Even the transaction history for withdrawal doesn't show anything. which appears transaction history for deposits. Has anyone else experienced this?

Maybe the website hasn't been loaded properly for you and a simple refresh may solve the problem.

Note that even if you can see your withdrawal there, you will only see the amount of the withdrawal and its status. They don't display the transaction hash at all.

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I've refreshed the website but it still only displays deposit history and doesn't display withdrawal history.

there are no problems with withdrawals. However, when the withdrawal is delayed, the withdrawal history does not display anything, making the gambler feel bad.

I can see withdrawal history from my own end, when you click on transaction history, two options show up: 'deposits' and 'withdrawals', click on withdrawals to get your own withdrawal history, can you confirm that when you click on 'withdrawals', you see nothing?
