According to some, football is an addictive sport, and sticking with a team for a long time proves you are a loyal fan regardless of how well they perform. I do not belong to any club, but I have seen people arguing before about their clubs. It is rubbish to me. But I have noticed that if you are a fan of anyone or club, you will want to defend the person or club.

When one is a football aficionado, they are typically emotionally invested in their team's journey irrespective of the match outcome; it is an unwavering loyalty that attaches them to their clubs even amidst adversities.

The tension and emotion encapsulated in football often evoke strong responses from supporters. Many individuals feel like active participants each time their favorite team takes the field, even if they are miles away watching from afar, which sometimes triggers impulsive reactions ranging from shouting to heated debates or even feelings of restlessness throughout the game.

And when the game is watched in the company of friends or family members, such spirited emotions come alive within a shared space pulsating with heightened fervor, thereby enriching everyone's viewing experience through this collective intensity felt during those ninety minutes on the pitch.

Although, there are many factors that trigger emotional reactions to football. In essence, sport can produce emotional bonds that are strong enough to trigger various reactions from club fans.

It's normal for people to get angry and nervous when they're discussing the team they like, many people even resort to physical violence, something senseless, but it happens a lot. Here in my country, for example, when there are games involving Real Madrid, Barcelona, Benfica, Porto and Sporting and I have to stay inside my house listening to people fighting outside because of those teams I mentioned, it seems like those fans are receiving a lot of money to defend these teams, when in fact they are not receiving anything and the players of these teams that I mentioned, after the game they go home to rest and live very well, it doesn't even look like they lost the game
