So everyone who I know who is a Christian is also worthless scumbag. Christians tend to be extremely angry, hateful, hostile people. Christians are completely and utterly incapable of apologizing for anything because Christians do not know a damn thing about repentance. Christians are often alcoholics or people who just act like they are drunk 24/7. Christians have very low levels of intelligence. If you tell me that you are a Christian, I will just believe that you are a lying immoral scumbag. Jesus hates Christians.

I can't tell if this post is real, a bait, or trolling. If OP hates Christians (and yet he quotes scriptures) then what is your faith/religion?

That is quite a generalization to make. I think most christians do want to uphold the teachings of the bible but fail to do so which they usually hide. Sometimes they misunderstand the teachings of the bible and they spread hate.

But I also have met some christians who were honestly the kindest people. There are lots of kinds of christians so I don’t want to generalize them all. I will judge a person not by his or her religion but by his or her attitude.

Unlike most Christians, I am a Christian.

The problem with generalizations and stereotypes is that they are usually true. Sure. There may be exceptions. But the majority of Christians are non-Christians. Sure. There may be a rare example of a Christian who displays some virtues, but even in this case, the virtues are often quite shallow.

Since being a Christian has to do with the heart, mind, and soul of an individual, how can you make this essentially all inclusive statement about Christians? Can you read their minds, sense their emotions, view their souls sufficiently to see if Jesus is holding them or not? Can you even sense your own heart, soul, and mind enough that you can tell about yourself with certainty?

EVERYBODY is a hypocrite about some things in his/her life. Just because a person becomes a Christian doesn't mean his act will suddenly change. In fact, his own knowledge of his failures is what pushes him in the direction of Christianity. Why? Because he knows that he can't save himself, so he trusts in Jesus to save him. That's what being a Christian is.

A christian can have radical ideas just like anyone else. If he resists the working that the Holy Spirit does in his heart, this doesn't mean he has resisted the salvation working of the Holy Spirit. Just because a Christian continues to make mistakes, this doesn't mean he has pushed salvation out of his life. In fact, it means that he is using salvation even if he is using it in a wrong way for a time.

You can't find anybody who is perfect enough to keep himself from dying. Lack of perfection is what sends people to Hell. In other words, everybody is headed there. Why pick on Christians? After all, they are the ones who have come to Jesus for salvation... the only way anybody can be saved.

A blanket statement about Christians going to Hell doesn't fit. A few so-called Christians are liars. A few are simple mistaken about where they are in life. But it is Jesus who saves them. If they didn't need salvation from their mistakes, they wouldn't come to Jesus for help.

Your blanket statement about Christians shows that you are essentially on your own, without Jesus. Can you keep yourself alive indefinitely? But Jesus will raise His people from the dead.

Christianity is about the heart and mind. Does that mean that Christians should be good on the inside and it really does not matter if they are horrible people on the outside? No. People who are good on the inside will behave good on the outside. By contrapositive, people who are bad on the outside are also bad on the inside. So stop making stupid excuses for horrible people acting horribly. People claim to get saved, but they act EVEN WORSE 20 or more years after becoming Christians. That is more than enough time for these chlurmcks to clean themselves up on the outside.

In reality, most Christians are hypocrites who do not care at all about Jesus but instead just become Christians in order to fit into a miserable society and as a miserable attempt to make themselves look good. And now, whenever someone says 'ima Christian', all I hear is "I'ma a judgmental, miserable scumbag, and I hate you."

Christians are people. People make mistakes. If they don't accept Jesus as Savior, they will go to Hell. But since they are Christians, they HAVE accepted Jesus as Savior. So, they are not going to Hell, because that is what Christianity is all about... saving SINNERS.

Of course there are those Christians who are only Christian in name. And there are many people who are truly Christian but few people know it... not because they are bad actors, but because they don't express it much.

Becoming a Christian isn't something that a person does. Rather, it is something that the Holy Spirit works in some of the people who are too weak to resist.

Christians don't automatically become good people when they become Christians. Rather, they become better people. It isn't their doing. Rather, it's the Holy Spirit working in them, causing them to do good works.

Everybody is hypocritical about something. But most Christians are forgive for their hypocrisy, because they believe in Jesus salvation, because that is what being a Christian is all about.

This reminds me of a great quote from Michael Caine playing Austin Powers' father in one of those Austin Powers movies.  This quote echoes in my brain and makes me laugh more often than it should.  I believe that's the correct response when someone says something so insanely hypocritical and stupid.  That seems to be the case with this thread, so I think it fits perfectly.  Enjoy!

I am looking for evidence that Christians behave better, and I have not found such evidence. If anything, I have seen plenty of evidence that Christians behave much worse than non-Christians.

Your language is so ignorant, and you are a pitiful person, remember that there are good/bad people everywhere. And you also have a good/bad personality. But your mention of a religious perspective is only a narrow view of it, and you really do not understand that religion or the people who belong to that religion.

IMO, there will be those who want to bring their true message to life and those who want to destroy it, which brings the complete lesson to us. I don't know criticism but I don't want to use it on anyone, and I see everyone has a role to play in looking after life in this universe, even if I don't join any religion but I see The problem is each person's attitude towards life. I have met enough evidence to conclude beyond reasonable doubt that Christians are just nasty people. This is a poor argument. If you want to claim that Christians are good, it is much better to be a decent Christian than to say that there must be some good Christians that you just have not met yet. That just tells me that these good people simply do not exist or that they are so rare and obscure that I will not have any chance of meeting them ever.

Instead of trying to be decent people, Christians just say "u cahnt judg meeeee. only Godd can judg meeee." And then they go on to commit atrocious sins and refuse to repent of anything whatsoever.

Surely the Christians you mean are those who are only Christians of descent, you also have to understand that each person has a different pattern of behavior in each country, in my place the Christians are very religious and tend to be smart, if you look more broadly, many of the big and influential people in the world are Christians, so don't judge all Christians easily if the comparison you use is only your area.

I have been advocating for divine digital signatures so that we can get cryptographic proof that God exists and has written the scriptures and the scriptures have not been tampered with. And I am willing to develop a divine digital signature algorithm that a deity may use (yeah, I know, a deity may use its own divine digital signature algorithm, but we need to research such a thing so that we know what to expect from divine digital signatures) for a low cost of 200 an hour. Anyone who is unwilling to pay me for this is not taking their faith or lack thereof seriously.

I cannot control the behavior of any deities. The only thing I can do is create a cryptographically secure puzzle that is too difficult for any non-deity to solve. And that will be $200/hr. Everyone has their own experiences, but there's a lot of good in the world thanks to Christians too.

You think I need to meet hundreds of millions of Christians just to get a good idea of what Christians are like in general? Not only is this completely delusional, but I wonder why you do not have much confidence in the existence of a good Christian among a sample unless that sample contains hundreds of millions of members. what about dr. joel osteen? do you think he's a good christian? if not what exactly is wrong with him. because he has a huge following. apparently he is a doctor but i don't know what of. just the title "dr." doesn't really mean anything in some cases i don't think. too many people call themselves doctors but their knowledge area is very tiny and i wouldn't put you in that category at all though Dr. Joseph. you're a true PhD.

Doctorates in the social sciences don't count due to the unprofessionalism of universities. Universities first need to apologize for promoting violence against me and also for their hatred whenever I bring this subject up. Universities are bastions of Nazism and hatred. Only doctorates in the hard sciences count.

Many people who call themselves "Christians" are bad people. I totally agree with that. Just don't say all of them are bad, because that's not true.

Be it Christians or Islamists, it is not going to work that way in 2024. You MUST be humble else you will find out the dangerous way.
