Have you already found one?
If not, I tried to search but I can't find any shops or sites that sell mining tools in the UK.

The tool that can reflash EEPRom is called hash board code editor and it seems there are few shops in Amazon or eBay sell this tool why not buy directly from them?

yes i seen alibaba sells it at 34 pound i might order that i made one from the info on the net but seems to just read all ff's so think more investigation is needed as i have about 22 hash boards and control boards fans etc

Well if you see the info of the seller no reviews yet and the account is new then better not to deal with them and that offer is pretty cheap I don't think we can trust a seller that sells cheap.
Another thing is make sure the code editor supports almost all hashboards because the old version of EEPROM programmer only supports one unit the one from zeusbtc supports almost all hashboard models the only problem it is a bit expensive around $100+.

Why not share the product link here so we can check if the seller can be trusted or not?

I'm also curious about what hashboard model you have

ZEUS MINING provides "Hashboard decoding tool EEPROM programming cable". See if this is correct?

The first link you posted seems it has bad feedback and I think it can't be trusted also, you are pointing to pickit3 what exactly unit model are you trying to reflash with EEPROM?
I think Pickit3 can only flash with PIC files, not EEPROM. If you want to replace or reflash the EEPROM, you will need a code editor not the PICKiT3 but someone here use it to revive t9+ or s9 control board.

The 2nd link you provided is I think legit based on the trust feedback.

Can you tell us the exact model you want to flash with pick3?
