I recommend him to all managers. If there is any space don't allow him to apply but pm him and ask him to wear the signature and avatar. All the things he said the content are 💯% correct. hugeblack is the first person I know of that visits most of the local board to know what's going on in those local board and In the process reward quality posters with merit. Still remembered that when I joined the forum and could only contribute in my local board due to my limited knowledge of Bitcoin and the forum at the time, it was through his regular weekly merit that he gives in my local board that guided me to fine tune my post to becoming of hight quality. As a personality that's general known to encourage quality posting, It's good to see him in the service board and it's obvious that his reputation alone speaks for itself that he's equal to any he accepts to be a part of.

As long as this Bitcointalk forum is concerned Hugeblack is one of the most reputable member in this forum, his always able and capable of carrying everybody along  together, however when I joined this forum new he was the first person that gave me merit in this forum his always there to encourage and motivate newbies. I must confess you are a very generous merits giver. Your generosity gave me my my first merit in this forum last year November 2nd. I created my account on 2 October and went on to post for straight one month without merit. Not that I don't make quality posts, but I was confused back then and I don't know how the forum work back then. To be frank I was getting frustrated and I was contemplating on living the forum, because I wasn't having merits after a month of being active in the forum. The night I said I was going to be my last was the night @Hudgeblack gave me my first 2 merits and I was very happy and this gave me the believe that I can even do it and from that day I got motivated and that singular act got me this far. hugeblack - I know exactly how difficult it is to find new campaign other than casinos so far. Not many new projects were promoted after the forum forbid mixer - but I'm sure, there are other things that will come here instead of just casinos.

I think the Foxpup's Merit Cycling Club might be a good fit for you considering you are a pretty generous merit source so far. I'm wondering why he hasn't offered you a chance and joined his club yet, so I hope he comes through for you soon. It's definitely cool.  ;)

During the Best_Change campaign, when the manager went on vacation and I manage the campaign, I found HB to be a decent & quality poster. I could say better than me, to be honest. But it seems my friend is also trying to ignore gambling like me. I don't know exactly why, but since it's a personal matter, we shouldn't ask it as well. For me, I am trying to ignore gambling due to the force of a 10 post on gambling section. I can make it, but it would look like spam, which I don't want, since I am not a gambler or very good at writing gambling posts. I hope HB will find a new campaign.

I find you in my local board and am like, is he Nigerian, then I see you again writing Arabic with the Arabs and am like oh! Then your out again, sniffing and poke nosing in a good way, where one wouldn’t hope to find you!

I have been following you because I see every contribution you make in the forum interesting. I respect you so much because of how you handle things in the forum, your contribution to forum discussions always make sense, you make things easy for newbies and make learning to be interesting. If you read what The Cryptovator said and what hugeblack said, and I quote

Thank you, I didn't notice the date. I thought I would stay here for a few days, but 7 years have passed. Time has passed quickly.
I remember when the price was around $3,000 or less, and today we are talking about $60,000.
The forum has changed a lot, many have stopped posting but there are still good new members.

It is really a beautiful moment now for you all, how time flies seeing the surging of bitcoin price from $3k to it current level and this is why most of you folks believed highly on Bitcoin potential and this is something I really did learn from the folks at WO, ironically while some awesome members as left others are still coming but that doesn`t mean they`re still not being missed or their impact on the forum can be forgotten but I thank God you and others are still around and active in the forum even after so many years it`s a beautiful I admire.

 I think the reason why you haven't gotten any campaign yet is due to the fact you choose not to advertise gambling signatures and Avatar because a lot of the campaigns that are running currently in the forum are mostly gambling and casino campaigns.

It is so unusual for a high profile poster like you to stay till this time without a signature campaign since BestChange ended but hopefully in the near future, non gambling campaigns will seek for your service in promoting their signatures and Avatar.

The first time I saw BitList.co was at ALTT and I liked that it was a service without ads or hidden referral links but this part is what stopped me from wearing the signature:


I think it's a conflict of interest, if you wear BitList.co's signature you will increase your chance of joining your signature campaigns and not because they like the project.
If you delete this part, I will support the project.

Good advice. I removed this part. But I disagree with you about the conflict of interest. This is a non-profit project and it was created as a site on which there will not be a single banner. And this part was added in the hope that he would attract at least some attention.

What I mean by conflict of interest is whoever wears the signature will have a better opportunity to join the campaigns you run.
In other words, whoever helps you to promote your project, you will help him to get a paid signature, which is the part I requested to be deleted.

Yeah it was sad when BestChange called it quits. I also had trouble finding any campaigns. Had 2 campaigns accept me but both of them after a couple of weeks stopped advertising on Bitcointalk. I think its getting harder and harder to almost impossible to re-join a decent campaign anymore.

It seems like it's hard to get a paid signature so I think I'll be okay with not wearing a paid signature by the end of the current Bitcoin cycle.
