- https://tbtc.bitaps.com/ - https://coinfaucet.eu/en/btc-testnet/ - https://bitcoinfaucet.uo1.net/ - https://mempool.space/testnet4/faucet Testnet is onchain but if you want to develop something fast and can do it offline why not go for Regtest and mine a block right away? Low value testnet transactions are impractical, change vanishes into oblivion, if there is any.
