Trade with caution. This account has just woken up and you can not just trust this account after he reset password via email in the past and went on a long sleep and woke up again.

I am not implying that you can not trust this user but it is better you use an escrow while having deals with him because he got nothing to lose on this forum as of now. Avoid dealing with him on Telegram. Make all you transactions transparent on this forum and use escrow (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=276897.msg2955628#msg2955628).

If someone add his or her Telegram account link on his post on this forum like this in a way he has nothing to lose and rendering a service without being a reputed member, it is just commonly used by scammers.
