Positive

Convenience. Well the convenience of not needing to do signup process and adding another username password combo to your password manager or your own memory if you dont use a password manager.

Security.

About the terms and conditions
On any site I use, the first thing I do is read the terms and conditions before proceeding, so one thing I like about the terms and conditions is that it restricts people under the age of 18. Playgram has good intuition by getting into new ways of gambling, this was my first experience gambling directly via Telegram. Ok, straight to the important points that need to be reviewed, it doesn't take a long time to become a Playgram user, it's as easy as opening the bot and then playing.

I made a deposit using Tron (TRX), at first I wanted to do it on the Cardano (ADA) network because I had some unused Cardano (ADA) in my portfolio, but unfortunately the page for Cardano (ADA) deposits did not display the deposit destination address. After I checked again on all the deposit destination addresses, it turned out that it was not only Cardano (ADA) that had problems, because Binance Coin (BNB) on the Beacon chain also experienced the same thing (this is input to the team to immediately fix the problem).


Experience & Opinion About Playgram
Hmmm, I don't think that Playgram is different from other gambling platforms, it's just that Playgram has differences which make access easier, because we know that current crypto adopters can't be separated from Telegram itself. The games and everything else are the same, it's just that Playgram is a game changer with its bot integration in Telegram, that's the main point.

After a few more games and deposits, I finally made my first withdrawal, honestly, it's a bit annoying having to wait up to 24 hours for the first withdrawal, I know this is for validation purposes or something, but this shouldn't be the case. Can you make it even easier?

Suggestions & Opinions About Promotions
For suggestion, I wouldn't go to the promotion, I'd rather go to the platform. Playgram only supports Euro in the game, I think it would be better if you support more options in FIAT. It has been a wonderful experience using the Playgram platform and this was actually my first time gambling via through telegram, however I deposited using USDT Trc20, though my initial plan was to deposit using Bitcoin but because of the fee I had to use the USDT Trc20, however what interest me during the deposit was how fast it was because it was barely two minutes after my deposit and was credited on my Playgram account.

1st - Late telegram deposit notification - it was late for more than 24 hours, but my deposit already reflected in my account so I was able to play immediately.

I would have to wait to see if the withdrawal will reflect within the specific time to check if the minimum withdrawal sum is correct. I would also suggest that the withdrawal limits be reduced. What I saw as a potential problem is that the deposit address is not fully visible. I sent a deposit, of $10 in Ethereum. The transaction was confirmed by the network, but for an hour now, the deposit has not appeared in my Playgram account.
How long does it take to process the deposit?

Update:
I contacted support regarding the problem with the deposit. After a few minutes I received a direct communication, however, the matter had to go to a higher department, so I had to wait a while. After some time, funds appeared in my account.
I did not receive any explanation from support, nor a notification that the deposit was successfully completed. I assume that everything is done manually. I don't know what the cause was, but I wouldn't speculate, certainly if there is a problem the team knows about it now, so I believe they will correct it so that things don't become more complicated when the platform has more users/deposits.

I have tested several games and here I am also positively surprised that everything works quite well (although my current internet connection is quite weak).

I assumed that you wanted users' feedback when using your casino, that is, more based on what you can improve or to find possible bugs, rather than just praises and presentation of obvious conclusions.

To avoid these "praises and presentation of obvious conclusions" Perhaps 3-5 special slots for technical  users can be opened to  test the platform extensively, from pushing it to the limit to see how well it holds up with a  traffic overload (stress test), server speeds, any security concerns and anything else that falls under a technical review.

This should be a nice campaign after the first one is paid for and closed.
