But as it usually happens with these things, what gives privacy to us who respect the rules also gives it to those who break them.

Previously when I used to hunt alt accounts, learning from the best here like Lauda (miss you :'() this metric was the poorest among the evidence that can be used to prove accounts to be alts. Usually same addresses and transactions were more concrete evidences. |
