it's just a political garvinization, don't mind Trump or Biden, they are looking for means to get voters. They understand that using bitcoin to campaign will gain them more votes, because majority of the population are into crypto in USA, no American president will value crypto more than the dollar,  or approve it has means of transaction. Reason been that Bitcoin us founder by a Russian,  and we all know that USA and Russia don't have good relationship, in terms of international relations. So USA won't trust bitcoin to control their market. Besides bitcoin has more value than the dollar so it will ruin dollar if they approve it. Both parties are just making political statement,of deceiving votes using bitcoin.
