I suggest reading this thread Newbies - Read before posting (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1689727.0), most of the things a newbie needs to know to properly start their navigation here in the forum can be seen on that thread. you can also find the forum rules on that thread, I suggest you read that too, it could save you a lot of trouble in the future. if you have questions on specific things, you can use the advanced search that can be seen at the upper right side of the forum or you can use google but add "bitcointalk" at the end of what you are searcing.

It takes only a good reader to understand the forum without someone telling them what to do, usually this is a very large forum that requires reading and if you focused on reading then you find out things yourself, it's better to study yourself to unveil things for yourself. Always knows that in every board I mean subforum they have their rules pinned on the top first page so before you click reply you must see the rules over there click and read before posting with this it would help you more better than just wanted everything to work and function like bollywood.

How did you get to know the forum? is it from your friend?
If you are told by your friends, you should also be informed about what is on the forum and what interests you.
but if you get your own information from the internet, I think it's a Bitcoin discussion forum. I don't really understand what you mean, but you definitely know how discussion forums work. Maybe you have experience with other discussion forums, and it won't be much different.

Maybe you currently have an interest in Bitcoin and anything related to Cryptocurrency. You can discuss it here and you are in the right forum.
My advice, read any further information available. especially regarding Bitcoin knowledge and also forum rules.
welcome to the forum.

I believe everyother peryabove have told you what to do and how to go about the forum. The forum is for serious minded people which means that you must make reading a hobby if not you will become tired. Thousands of newbies always flood the forum every week, month and year and most of them stoped along the line because not what they expected that they saw. You should make use of the pined messages in every board you find yourself. Those pined messages will guide you on how to navigate throughout the forum.

Welcome to the forum. You are in the best place where the right information about bitcoin and other cryptocurrency is discussed and people from all over the world share their knowledge and learn from other through discussions and interactions. For an easier result on the things you want to read or find out, always make use of the search button it helps you to know the things that has been discussed already and the questions you only need to read and learn instead of repeating it again.

To understand how the forum functions as a website, use the HELP (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=help) option. This is one of the very important tools to get started with posting, messaging, searching etc.

After this, move to reading pinned threads on different boards, finding a particular subject that interests you and building you knowledge.

I don't want to know how you got in here but you signed up here and made your first post in the Beginners and Help thread. Your knowledge would have increased if you had noticed a pin posted in this thread (Newbies-read before posting) before making that post.
All new members joining this forum will first be recommended to post in accordance with the forum rules. If you ask a senior member about the forum initially, they will ask you about the basic knowledge and rules of the forum.

Above a member has shared the link of three posts for newbies to gain knowledge, you should read them and follow the rules mentioned there. I am again sharing the links of that post for your reading convenience; Notice the posts.

That's the perfect thread for beginners, as most of their concerns are listed there and being addressed. Also, being a wide reader creates an advantage in the forum since everything here is all about reading and understanding what you have read, before you proceed into any discussion. So by maximizing reading here, you will gain a lot of new insights and perspectives that will lead you to a full understanding how the forum works. It takes patience and determination to get into your goals here.

Hello Bitcointalk Forum 👋

Welcome to the forum

The first advice I give you is to look at two important elements:

1. Familiarity with the field of blockchain technology in general, and I advise you to start with Bitcoin. It is important to realize that you must learn about the Bitcoin Ecosystem independently of any central services.
This will not require you to do more than follow the huge documentation about Bitcoin that you will find here on the forum and which you can search by using the “search” feature. The search process can be done on Google, with the exception that you must always check the sources before taking this or that information as granted.

2. Learn about the operating rules of this forum, including the publishing rules and general behavioral rules. Here in the Beginners section we have detailed pinned topics that can help you.

FAQ: Everything you need to know about forum 'activity, account ranks and merit (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2766177.0)

It seems difficult at first and requires a long breath, but this is the price of knowledge.

I wish you a good journey and that you will be an outstanding forum member :)
