I was looking at the TOS, and found some points that really look anty-cryptos, i have some questions about it:

If i use my bitcoin core wallet, that's not a licensed institution, so, can i make a withdrawal to my address on that wallet?



One free withdrawal per week and the other ones have a cost of 4%, that's cruel, i would like to know why 4% and not 10%? i mean if 10% doesn't feel ethical, the 4% is still a thief for the user balance without reason.

You can definitely make a withdrawal to your address on a Bitcoin Core wallet.

Some clauses, like 3.8.26, provide additional safety and clearance in case players want to abuse the system. It sounds unfair, however it is not applied to most of the players.

Welcome to Bitcointalk.org, I just created an account and scrolled through your terms and conditions I saw a lots of things about withdrawal but none of them states if the user is required to complete their kyc verification first before they can withdraw or they can make deposit and withdraw from their account even without having to under verification.

And again, concerning deposits - is there any wagering requirement needed before we can withdraw? Let’s say I make a deposit of 0.5 BTC and I want to withdraw it back do I have to wager it any number or time? Or can I just go ahead and withdraw it instantly?

Welcome to the forum but I think T&C of any company is one thing that shouldn't be jeopardized and as such you should try as much as possible to make these terms very clearer so that, anyone playing can actually be sure of the terms before playing.

Secondly, I love the fact that you guys are already very active and responding to suggestions and I think that's one way to grow in the gambling field and why you are working on some other things, I think you should also consider your marketing in the forum as that will help with your publicity and it's likes and just in case you want to get the opinion of users about your platform then you should also consider the review campaign and there are a lot reputable campaign and bounty managers you can choose from and below is the link to the list of managers

Nice to see the platform has casino games as well though I think you can make your welcome bonus more enticing. IMO even the usual 100%-200% bonus with x amount of wagering requirement is more enticing as oppose to you get 10 bucks for every $400 wagered.

Lastly, I agree about making a nice infographic for your ANN thread. Meanwhile, campaign managers could help you run promotion stuff in the forum. I suggest looking into: Bitcointalk Services from Bitcointalk Members (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5406507.0).

Created an account to explore your site more and I found that deposit and withdrawal is required to complete KYC first, seems to be basic KYC where players need to fill their personal information such as name, address, etc.
Am I right that it is basic KYC only or used to be known ask KYC Level 1 or do we need to pass identity verification first by submitting photo of our ID card or something else? 
Not something preferred by most crypto gamblers including me IMO and maybe it will be a bit harder for you to get players from this community because of your mandatory KYC.
But welcome to the forum, hopefully you will be able to compete and survive in this crypto gambling industry.

After quick testing I can say that Epicbet design is nice and clean, pages are loading fast and I didnt saw any problems, but I will post more feedback in few days.

While I have no issues with someone recommending a manager for campaigns, even if it's not myself, I do have an issue with users misleading a company. Hiring this manager or that manager does not automatically guarantee traffic flows into a casino. Saying a manager is experienced with help get traffic to a site or something along those lines is acceptable.

Obari did it right by posting a link to all managers who could help.

Sorry for not mentioning your name but you are good manager in the forum. It is only few managers are liberal and the rest have their gang or cartel to work for them. But you are from the liberal school of thought. You are for all. And as I said it only few managers are liberal in the forum. I also recommend yahoo62278 for companies to hear. And also I can't mention all the managers in the forum and if the manager is smart and good then surely he will see a campaign to manage so there is no need to blow alert. You are liked by all in the forum.

It's not about my name not being mentioned. It's more of a what if you say using this manager will get you a million signups if they run a campaign for you. Then that company hires that manager and gets 2 sign ups. Your recommendation of a certain manager was a lie and they and other companies may look at your recommendation and never use that person again. You could be hurting the manager with your words is what I am saying.

Just put something like if you want an experienced manager to do some marketing for you, hire this guy and see if he can help you bring some traffic to your site. That makes your recommendation a little better and you're not giving guarantees. You can put any managers name you want.

However, I'm not quite impressed with the odds. It's actually the most important thing I checked on an sportsbook.

I was hoping I could get at least 1.90, but it's lower here. I haven't cross checked it with other sportsbook, maybe this league is not popular so odds are low, I'm just not too sure.

These are just requirements by their regulator, which means they need to have that on their gambling site even if it doesn't really work to prevent an underage person from registering on their website. also, clicking the box yes means that you accept their terms and condition which means if they found out that you are an underage your account will be closed immidiately(though I don't know if they will confiscate the funds too).

Another casino/bookie is launched here. It means, online gambling business is indeed growing. They always have a room for another player in this industry. Competition is good as they will strive to offer their best to their players.

On the note that the epicbet needs to address -

The funds will be confiscated because from their point of view the person has violated the Terms and Conditions which has been stated clearly even in the registration process. And for the process the person can't forge the age because if the person say yes has passed 18 years then he will still fill it in the form and probably when he wants to withdraw big, they will ask him to provide some documents and they can catch from there and the coins or funds will be seized.

@EpicCharles there is no need to reply to each one in your post just quote which post you are replying to and make one post it would be better.

It's good that usually with signature campaigns or reviews it can increase customer confidence in your casino, especially if you do a lot of promotions on this forum, of course people will have a lot of experience.

I asked my colleagues to clarify some questions that were raised here. I hope my post will be helpful.

1. KYC. Only basic KYC info is required. We have additional levels for further verification that can be requested from user after they have registered based on internal processes and triggers.
2. All deposits must be wagered at least once before requesting a withdrawal.
3. Core wallets can be used for crypto transactions as well. We will revise the clause mentioned and update accordingly.
4. Clause 3.8.26 will be revised and adjustments will be made.
5. Regarding underage players. Customers are required to enter their personal details (including date of birth) before being able to place any bets or make any deposits. We do not allow anyone under 18 to gamble on our website and if any such activity on an account is detected, the relationship between the customer and the operator is considered null and void.
6. We do not have a clause on the website that specifies the actual minimum and maximum amounts we have available, these amounts may change in time. We currently do not impose any minimum or maximum amounts for crypto deposits. Our minimum and maximum amounts for withdrawals are visible when requesting a withdrawal on our site. We do have a clause for maximum withdrawal amount per day (3.8.25) that may be imposed when requesting a larger withdrawal.

Since we are a hybrid Sportsbook and allowing FIAT currencies in some regions, we try to have as universal rules as possible. Sometimes it's not the best solution.

Thanks to the feedback we were able to amend some of our clauses and look into the improvements.

Because of the nature to allow FIAT, I think it's impossible for you to avoid KYC requirement. It's not frustrating though. I am sure you have enough players who use fiat as their payment options.

That's not how to make a deposit. That link will show your deposits history.
To make a deposit, click on the "+" button on the top of the page, next to your balance (on mobile) then you will see the deposit tab where you can choose the coin to deposit and the network to use...

I've noticed that bitcoin deposits require two confirmations to get credited. This is a bit to long especially for a sportsbook. You may consider lowering it to 1 confirmation or, even better, start accepting instant deposits (zero confirmation).
Also, better use segwit addresses instead of legacy ones.

I think he has mentioned that users have to wager their deposits atleast ones, before asking for withdrawal, so, I personally assume that the wager requirement for deposit should be between 1x and 2x, which is pretty nice and fair to be honest.

But then, on the hand, I will also want to know if this wager requirement rule applies to all deposits to an account, or does it only apply to maybe the first, second and third deposits?

And I did visited the site now, looks sleek and calm, I like the design and colours, maybe will sign up later and try some betting, but also saying welcome to the forum again.

According to OP's reply, the wagering requirement is only 1x. You can find that information on their ToS, (clause 3.8.24). Since the main reason for having this wagering requirement is to prevent money laundering and such, this requirement applies to all deposited funds not only the first deposit.

Watch out when registering at this casino. They banned my account and confiscated the funds. I registered from an unsupported nation but I did not expect KYC (thought only level 1, ofcourse it's only me to blame)

Would have been fair if they at least refunded the funds like reputable bookmakers do. @epicbet if you read this maybe you can still help me get my 900 usdt back :(

Why do you warn other members against registering on the casino while you self-admitted it was your fault for registering from a restricted country?
Unfortunately, their ToS (clause: 3.2.1-V) gives them the right to seize your funds if you violate their terms (which you did).
But it would be nice from their part if they let you withdraw your initial deposit before they close your account permanently.

Isn’t it the casino's fault also? The casino needs to show a warning about this while the user tries to register from an unsupported or restricted nation. I know that a user must read the Terms and Conditions of a casino before registering, but a trustworthy casino needs to be professional and should not entertain users from restricted countries. If the warning is shown and still the user has registered, then it’s completely the user’s fault, I will say. Still, in this case, if EpicBet wants, they may return the initial deposit to the player as a nice gesture.

It appears they are geo-blocking players from accessing their website. I tried to hop from a typically restricted country by offshore gambling platforms like netherlands + USA and got a warning:

IDK where @jema1633 is from but it's likely such warning was shown as well unless they were using an IP from a non-restricted jurisdiction through a VPN service for instance.

If the warning is shown, there is no way that a user can move further. IDK if it's stated on the TOS that there are different levels of KYC that they require but if yes, then it's true that there is also a lack of responsibility there from @jema1633 for not reading it, and if she does, maybe she will not continue on registering and playing here anymore.

Both has their own mistakes and both needs to change their approach but for now, yeah that the casino needs to refund her only for the people here to trust them again. They are new here and they may not be aware yet of what this forum (Bitcointalk) can do to the platforms that are being posted here.

The OP visited the forum this April. However, the scam accusation was created after such date. But do take note for forum gamblers that they have existing scam accusation as posted above.
On that case, I don't understand gamblers playing on a not-so-familiar casino and spending thousands of dollars. More than likely, this will go to unresolved case as they are not very active here in the forum.
The user is asking for holydarkness assistance to resolve this matter. But wonder if the epicbet's rep here will reply or come back again on this forum after such accusation.

Since OP, the representative of Epicbet has not been online and has not responded to the scam accusations raised against them. I am leaving negative feedback with a reference link, so when OP becomes online, he will notice the feedback and should respond there. I will change the feedback when he responds to the scam accusation and solves the issue. At least he should have a clear explanation, and he must prove the victim wrong.

They replied yesterday and today as well. But the explanation isn't satisfying to us. They made a typical reply like others about using multi-account. Still, we don't know whether it's true or not. Seems the accusation creator is not replying there. We have to wait for him to counter the explanation. If the victim does not come to the counter, then Epicbet would become true. Without the victim's opinion, we can't make a conclusion. I will keep monitoring this thread and scam accusations for a few more days to see the responses.
