I don't know what happened but it seems like a technical issue since your withdrawal was denied and balance is now empty (I'm assuming so because you said got an insufficient balance notification). For now, just notify them about your issue at their ann thread [1] and also send a pm to their representative[2] if he can help you sort out the issue.
